I went here to pick up lotion for my cracked skin and they had such a huge Variety of stuff to pick fromAnd the store was so clean and well put together. I am impressed with my local rite aid, It looks very nice and the person who checked me out was very helpful.
Ross the manager was professional and quickly guided me through the store. Great experience
Wonderful store always has the products i need. Always well stocked aswell too. And everyone here is supper nice and welcomeing to me i was looking for a spasific item and the gm himself shlwed me to the product and was very knowledgeable. Its very clean and nicely managed i noticed They can get busy in the middle of the day but thats to be expected at a pharmacy. But yeah good location.
The manager was super helpfull with my questions/concerns.
I was left on hold for 53 minutes before anyone bothered to see what I needed. They clearly dont value their customers. They werent even sorry about the wait, and unhelpful for the matter I called about. . It must be time to move Rx service.
Reliable especial when you dont know what you looking for
The pharmacy is aways 1 - 2 weeks behind. If a doctor phones in a prescription you might get it a week later or you have monthly prescriptions you will get it a week late, no matter how important it is or if you run out.
Slowest pharmacy in Linn County. If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother because they are understaffed. This leads to employees that don’t value your time and reply in a RUDE manner. We called in prescription 24 hours prior and I spend 20 minutes in line and I’m told it’s not ready and will be 1/2 hour. When I tell them this unacceptable, I’m told “we get 600 scripts a day”. I don’t give two sh*ts how many you get, if you want my business have my script ready and DON’T BE RUDE!
Never is accurate with medication time. Operating hours are different than the website. On going problems.
I don’t like giving businesses bad reviews if I can help it, but neither my wife or myself have ever had a prescription ready at the pharmacy when we went to pick it up.Even days after the doctor prescribed a medication they still didn’t have it ready and always told us to come back in half an hour. Crazy, I will never be going back.
Sign says it opens at 8am. I arrive at 7:59am the morning worker is sitting in her car gets to the door at 8:01 am says its going to be a few minutes. . . . When I ran a store my workers were there 15 minuets early to open the doors at the exact time. So whats with the lazy workers. This lady wasnt a young kid she was older. She seemed sluggish and not happy to be there. Maybe its fine for rite aid to get new workers
I dont know why you offer western union service if you never gonna have cash to cash 😒
Daughter had surgery. Dr gave us a pain script. Turned it in at noon. They said be ready at 3. Came at 3:30 not ready another hour. Call at 4:30 its ready. Go inside and its not ready another hr. Call at 6. You cant have it today. Daughter was too sick and couldnt understand the reason. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO MAKE HER SUFFER THROUGH THE NIGHT AFTER HER SURGERY. IM FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE OREGON BOARD OF PHARMACY AS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!
I have been using rite aid pharmacy for close to 5 years. Granted most of that was in the Corvallis never had issues with them. When I moved I attempted for over a month to transfer my medications to Lebanon. Still not done because they havent accepted the transfer. Yesterday my doctor sent medications over at 2pm. I came to the pharmacy 5 hours later and was told that because I did not call then and tell them the orders were sent, they never filled them. I have never had to do this, why have digital systems then? I was Told me come back in an hour they would fill them immediately. I left went home and figured I would get them on my way to work today, they should be ready right? No they just told me its a 30min wait they were never filled. This is bul****t. I have never had such issues. This location needs staff or something to help make improvements needed to help customers. Im not one to normally post a review but enough is enough.
Im a Senior Citizen and I appreciate the Pharmacy Drive Thru. And their hours are excellent.
Didn’t let me switch medication and there saying that I didn’t get it this year
Only way to get the sales price is to give your phone number. So you got my phone number but lost a customer. Amazon!
REPEATEDLY horrible experiences, I never think it can get worse, and always does. Terrible long wait times for prescriptions, excuses, and rude staff. I always have to go AT MINIMUM twice to be able to get any medications. I will never use them again.
My 8 year old daughter and I went in to get flu shots my was quick and easy but when it came time my daughters turn she lost it in a breakdown and the pharmacist Blake French was so amazing. He was very patient with her and was trying to pep talk her it took close to 20 mins just to be able to give it to her. He never got frustrated and after he gave her 2 suckers and a whole sheet of stickers. He was amazing!!! Thank you
Clean friendly environment, employees always helpful nice,
Best Pharmacy in town! I decided to give Rite Aid I try after having numerous problems with other pharmacies and Im so glad I did. The staff is friendly and helpful. I get a call to let me know when my prescription is finished. They are always quicker than expected. If there are ever any insurance issues they always seem to figure it out quickly. Ive only been by once when they were out of my certain type of medication and they had it ordered in and ready for me early the next day. Im very grateful for them, theyve made my life much easier when it comes to medication. Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacy for doing your jobs well!
Pharmacy here is an absolute joke. Called to check on a prescription that was faxed in the previous day and they had no clue what I was talking about until checking their fax machine. One of my prescriptions was for an operation that I was having 2 days later. Never recieved notification if anything was ready. Definitely lost my business.
Absolutely love the service at this store, generally I would go to Walmart or a discount store but the employees are extremely nice, and helpful. Rite Aid became the place I go for quick, convenient service. Plus they offer cash back on debit purchases.
Not very good at being a pharmacy. If you have a prescription sent there you will also need to call ahead to confirm they are actually going to fill it because as a rule they dont fill prescriptions there till you are waiting... Even if you wait a full day. And if you complain about it they tell you they have so many prescriptions that are behind with that they could not possibly fill them all. Think about that, they are so behind that they couldnt hope to catch up so they dont even bother filling prescriptions till you are physically there waiting. UPDATE: The email address included in the reply (when cut and pasted) does not go anywhere. LOL. These guys really need some computer help. The folks there are friendly for the most part but that insanely long backlog of prescriptions in the computer system needs to be addressed.
They cannot seem to get anything right there. I’ve had the worst week and even worse day but they cannot lift a finger to help and Instead made it worse. I will never shop at Rite Aid ever again.
Prescription was called in YESTERDAY.. stop by at noon today and the lady says it isnt ready..wth?. Says i should call first. Umm no, the dr called it in.. It should be done!! Super inconvenient to sit in a hot car with a crying baby and a complaining child because people cant just do thier jobs as they come in.. Ugh..
The Pharmacist was short and rude to me when I asked to buy insulin syringes(reciting the exact size) this is for my diabetes and well-being of my physical condition. I find myself getting glared at, and the Pharm Tech used a condicending tone when talking to me. Then after they said they were out of the 10pk and if I wanted to pay $47 for 100pk I could do that. I just turned around and walked out.
Why do I always have to wait to talk to a pharmacist when I pick up an inhaler that Ive been taking my whole life??? I think Ive got the hang of it by now. Stop wasting my time!!
Meds are more expensive and they do not price match. Hindi-cap cart is kept in the back by the pharmacy an employee has to go get it for you or you can walk to the back of the store but if you can then you do not need it. It does have a drive up if you do not need to go inside. I have found Great prices on cigs and sales that rocked inside on many items.
Always a clean and friendly environment!
Love love the employees!
Great selections
