First of all Leslie is not a salesperson and yes she has had bad attitudes with people.Doors are never locked 15 minutes early. If your gonna shop allow time to shop...They dont sell for full figured woman and not all of us are pencil thin. They do have certain stores that do, but this store in Lebanon has plenty of room for that area.... Unfortunately they will be losing an A+ staff. Trent has been there for 4 years now and is very knowledgeable on their brands.... Upper management needed to pay more for their A+ employee.. Jerry needs to quite bulling certain people too

We had a *wonderful * experience shopping for boots and a hat for my son! Jerry was very patient and asked him so many questions about how was going to use his boots to help figure out what style was best. He then pulled out several different brands of boots and talked my son through trying them on.We will define be back!

Great selection work clothes, footwear. I was looking for wax for my duster and since they didnt have what I needed they suggested somewhere else who had it. Very friendly, knowledgeable.

Great place for Cowboy boots and clothing. I wished they carried a wider selection of work boots, though. Its really hard to find a store with a premium selection of actual work boots.

I have always wanted a cowboy hat !! So it was western day @ work so scooted on down to Bootbarn to see what they have. I wear a 7 3/4 . Got a Cody James collection . ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT !!!!

Friendly people for the most part. Guy was a lil rough around the edges when I joked with him about getting something free with expensive boot purchases. Wouldnt exchange without receipt was inconvenient but I do really like my new boots so Im happy.

Soooooooo much to choose from. Literally every kind of boot u can think of. The downside about this place is most of everything is a high end brand. So its pretty pricey. They also have cheap jewelry and wallets and some clothes.

The store manager, Jerry, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even accepted coupons that we had from Dallas/Fort Worth stores. They had a large range of boot sizes for women. The store is very well laid out making it easier to find what we were looking for. We will definitely be back to this store. They have room for bobtail parking.

My husband purchased a pair a boots and after leaving the store he realized he had been overcharged. We live out of state, so he called the store to see how the problem could be corrected. The store was unable to take care of the issue unless we returned, so he called customer service for a solution. The solution he received was to be sent the difference on a gift card. It’s been over a month and my husband has not received the store credit. The staff were friendly, however in regards to being charged the proper amount, and having the issue taken care of, we feel it could have been handled better. It’s disappointing because he loves boot barn but will likely shop around next time.

Quite a selection no doubt. The prices werent as competitive as I thought they would be with the obvious buying power they have in owning so many of these stores. I needed a square toe lace up for work, couldnt find a single one.I checked on Amazon and quickly found a Twisted X steel toe square toe lace up. Maybe vary up the selection instead of having the same ol same ol boots. Just my opinion.

Been to one in Lebanon and Opry Mills. They are about the same. Prices are decent, but can be high on some things. But a good pair of boots can get expensive. But they have some boots that are decent priced. Clothes are good priced. Hats also. Had a good variety of cowboy accessories. Both stores were clean and well maintained.

This was the first pair of Western boots for me to buy and wear. The salesman was very helpful in explaining the essentials to get the right fit. He had me try many pairs and the Ariats that I purchased are perfect. Best of all they offer a military discount.

Gina, sales associate, was fantastic. However, the red headed sales girl was the most annoying person ive ever dealt with. On top of her basically stalking me the entire time i shopped. Selection was okay, but prices were good.

Small selection of work boots plenty of western style items

Oh, Man! If boots are what you need, look no further! From the moment I walked in the barn, Jimmy was nothing but help to me. I didnt know what I didnt know until he asked me what I was looking for. Square toed or pointed, brown or black, oil resistant or water proof, steel toe or....um....the other one (sorry, Jimmy, the memory aint what it used to be). I got out of there with a nice pair of Justins and a healthy respect for western wear! I also fell pretty hard for Gina, she was a real live beauty queen and had a voice like a county western singing star....not that I ever actually spoke to her, mind you, she was half my age and nothing is creepier than an old man drooling all over a girl so far out of his class her PICTURE wont look at him...at least, thats what the cops tell me. Anyway, I digress, even though there isnt a single petting zoo animal there, though it CLEARLY says barn in the name, I would send anyone that is serious about buying a pair of boots or a hat or even a hat for your favorite pair of boots here to get it done! Five stars!!

Im only giving one star because I had to!!!!!! We live in NC and called ahead to make SURE that the style of boot my husband wanted was in store so he could TRY IT ON because no one close to us had this style. He made sure to tell the girl on the phone that we were pretty far away and made sure it was supposedly the right boot. We just drove 232 miles to find out that the girl who said she was standing there looking at it didnt have a clue!!!!!!! Wow lesson learned....never shopping at a Boot Barn!!!! Pretty pissed at the moment. Absolutely ridiculous!!! 👎🏼

Didnt have the right size of boot, was talked into buying a half a size smaller, being told I could bring them back within the month no problem. Tried them for two weeks trying to break them in, hurt my feet. When I went to return them, they wouldnt take them back because they werent in sellable condition. $240 wasted. Im sorry but when you sell a pair of work boots to a construction worker, telling them they have a full month to give them a shot, they wont be in perfect condition if theyre brought back. Total BS of a warranty. Very dissatisfied.
