Got this comfy bed for my dog today

I frequent this store for my garage and home improvement projects, looking for tools or random items like bolts, hooks, chains, dowels, and other hardware. Out of the dozens of times I have been there, only once did they not have the item I needed (they did sell it, but it was out of stock). The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable.They also have a pet grooming shop attached.

Went on a Saturday night - maybe I should have known better, but it is what it is. They were extremely busy.I went for a specific pet carrier. It was on the top shelf above everything. I went to look for someone to help me. No luck. When I looked at the line it was 6 or 7 people deep. I got one down by myself but it was difficult. Unfortunately it was the wrong size so I needed to get another one down. Still no one in sight. Luckily another customer was able to help me out and we got it down.This is a large, cumbersome carrier. Its not heavy, just awkward. The tag was located in the carrier attached to the door. The cashier simply looked at me like I was supposed to know what to do. So I opened the door and sort of picked it up so they could ring it up. Their scanners are wireless and it was disappointing to find that I had to do all the work. Then as soon as I had paid and was handed my receipt they called up the next person who had to wait while I closed the door and pick this thing up to carry to my car.I wont ever go back unless its the only option. Zero customer service or care.

I love this store. There are always friendly workers to answer a question or direct the right person to me and walk me through my choices. The Wilco in Lebanon has a large supply of dog products and beautiful plants. I usually end up spending quite awhile there because I want to see all the new stuff.

Great place to do any farm supply shopping and the staff is very knowledgeable as well as the occasional know it all customer who wonders by while youre looking at something you need...lol

Always excellent customer service, I order online and pick up in the back, workers are always so prompt, they load up and close the trunk, they are always so polite, when I have to go inside and if I have questions they take the time to assist me with everything I need!

Absolutely great atmosphere... delicious food... you shouldnt miss this great place

I just got off the phone with an employee by the name of Miranda, she was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond in helping me with a chicken coop purchase over the phone. She sent pictures, she measured, priced, suggested delivery, and even signed me up for a WILCO Farm Store card in order to give me the best deal. Thank you Miranda, you deserve a raise!

Wilco still struggles with making sure that all customers are wearing masks and even some of the check out clerks wear their mask improperly and there doesnt seem to be a manager giving them Direction on proper mask-wearing. Other than that they always have what I am looking for for my farm business.

Nice selection, clean store but didnt have what I needed or apparently anybody there too help a customer.

These guys have the best nuts and bolts selection. This is my first stop when looking to start any project.

Wilco is my go-to farm store. This particular location in Lebanon Oregon is always staffed with extremely friendly and knowledgeable employees. I have never had a bad experience at a Wilco.

We use these guys for our weekly animal feed, and other farm related items. We generally spend at least $800.00-$1500.00 a month with them. They say they sell water tanks, and they do, as smaller ones are often in the lot. We specifically requested a larger tank and they completely dropped the ball. I have had to call in an request updates on the status of the order for over 4 weeks - even though Ruth told me she would write notes to remind herself to call me....apparently she forgot to write herself the notes. After politely communicating for weeks they just don’t seem to care. If you don’t want to, or for some reason can’t get the water tank in....then why not tell me that? Why string me along for weeks,,,thinking I had a water tank coming. I guess you only have respect for you time, energy and money, not your customers.

I placed an online order. I received quick responses to confirm and pick up order. I did not wait long at loading dock. Staff loaded for me. All staff are friendly and helpful.

WILCO,IT almost like Walmart! Pretty much has everything you might need,but little bit more expensive......!;) Also the employees treat customers very good, with respect! They dont wait to be asked where something is, they ask me if I need help finding what I need!

Ill never shop at the Lebanon location again! There is total disregard for the mask mandate by the shoppers at this location and the employees do nothing towards enforcement of the mask requirement posted on their entry doors!

The folks who Ive dealt with that work here are never very friendly. They dont seem to know much about chickens or ducks (both of which they sell) a friendly smile would do wonders.

Not sure which came first, Costal Farm and Ranch or Wilco Farm Store, but that is about the only thing I know of to compare. Wilco reminded me of a small Costal Ranch. Even down to having way to many Dewalt products lol. But over all I have nothing to complain about and they are only a couple blocks from home.

I only bought seed there this time but get a kick out of looking at the chicks. They are so cute.

Wilco is higher the average place to shop. The staff as always been polite and curtious. They have a massive screw and bolt section.

They have good price on goat feed. We get valley hay there also thats usually good. Its fun to see the baby chicks and they have good deals on them. Lots of stuff for just about anyo e.

I needed an apple peeler, cover, & slicer all in one! Bimart was out, Walmart gave me the run around (4 different Walmart people sent me to 4 different parts of Walmart finally someone said its an online item, so i went to wilco, should have gone to wilco first n ot only did they have it, they knew what I was talking about too!! Well informed

I purchased what I believed to be Crested Cream Legbar chicks in January and was told by breeders that what I had was either Golden Crele Legbars or another breed entirely. I called the Lebanon Wilco over a month later and was told by a very rude woman that I bought Cream Legbars, not Crested Cream Legbars. However, there is absolutely no difference - one name simply acknowledges the crest

Not very many clothing options for plus size women. Very helpful employees and I found what I was looking for pretty easily.

Store manager didnt have any knowledge on some of the product in his store yet was in that department to order assistance. This manager then harassed me when my mask slipped down just past the tip of my nose, mistaking an order for a law. Ill gladly save money and go to Walmart. Hope this place goes under next.

Great service, great sales! Anything you can fit in their bucket was 20% off, what a deal!!! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they didnt have the chickens I wanted, they only had 2 bins of chicks. But maybe next time.Update: have to give them 5 ☆ now!!
