We were visiting from Florida and our trunk latch broke and we could not shut our trunk. We called one dealership in the area and were turned away immediately. We called Ladd Hanford Kia and they invited us to come in the very next day and went out of their way to get the part the very same day and it was fixed within a half hour. We are very appreciative of the service we received! If they take good care of those visiting the area they will certainly take care of the locals.

My daughter was on a road trip and had car trouble in Lebanon, the dealership was quick and efficient in getting her car repaired and back to her quickly. John, Nicole, and the service department were extremely kind and helpful.

I recently purchased a brand new Kia Seltos S from Ladd Hanford Kia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sales manager James Green made the process so easy and painless. There was no pressure, no uncomfortable negotiations, and he was very up front about everything and he was able to get me to the price I wanted. The paperwork was done through emails and mail and the physical pickup of the vehicle was straightforward and quick. I had a great experience and this was my first Kia purchase. I have only ever bought Hyundai’s before. I love my new Seltos!

Watch out for the sales folks in this Ladd Hanford Kia used car dealership (more specifically Chad). Sells me a car with only one car key FOB and fails to disclose this significant fact until I was about to drive off with the car. Then promises to amicably resolve the issue (only to realize later that this was a cheap ploy). Then valiantly attempt to extricate themselves from their responsibility. I surmise a dealership sanctioned practice because attempts to engage the dealership owners falls completely on deaf ears.

As easy as it gets when it comes to buying a car. We asked to lower the price, they did. We made a counter offer, they met it exactly, should have shot lower. That said it wasnt like haggling with some car dealers where you feel like you need to bathe in bleach afterward. Really nice people. The paperwork was as fast and as easy one could hope for and there finance beat my bank by over half a percent which adds up over time. Will definitely go back when the time comes.

Just purchased the new 2020 Kia Telluride! Love it! Was one of the best dealer experiences I’ve had and I’ve been purchasing new vehicles for a long time! Taylor was wonderful with the process...called him in my search and as soon as the vehicle came in I was looking for he called! Emailed me all the info we needed and the whole process could not have gone smoother! We hate spending hours in a dealership negotiating but Taylor was great! Drove over an hour to this Kia dealership...well worth it!

Jason was very friendly and provided exceptional, no-pressure service as he helped me purchase my own vehichle for the first time. I was allowed to test-drive a Kia Rio almost as soon as I got there and was even able to test drive it by myself. I had expected the process to be stressful upon my return, but Jason was very upfront about everything, including the fact that he is not commissioned. I didnt need to haggle over prices or be peppered about extra features to purchase. Jason made the process easy. I am now happily driving a new Kia Rio!

I could not have had a more pleasant experience with the service department. I was pleasantly surprised how nice everyone was from the mechanic to the service desk employee. There were no arguments about my cars issue being covered under warranty and no extra service was pushed onto me when getting my car repaired. I showed up early to drop my car off before their shuttle service arrived and had to be at work by 8 and one of their mechanics drove me to work so I wouldn’t be late. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I will go back for future repairs!

I will NEVER buy another car from them. My 2017 forte broke down a year after I bought it. After having the car for 5 days. They told me the oil plug fell out and that I hit something to make it fall out. And I was 3000 miles over due for a oil change which I wasnt close to needing one. So they charged me for a oil change.

We are very pleased with the treatment we received. Our salesman, Austin was courteous and helpful. Very happy with the deal on the vehicle we purchased.

Most people are afraid to walk into a dealership with a feeling of intimidation and a fear of being scammed or pushed into a sale, but this dealership is far from that.We worked with Michael Ebling on a car we were interested in trading our current car for, and he did his best to get us a great deal and financing rate. After a three hour drive through a snowstorm to see the new car, we were greeted by Michael who was nothing short of amazing. Michael was very informative and patient breaking down every single step of the process for us (we had a million and one questions for him but he still kept a smile on), and made us feel very comfortable. Purchased a 2013 Kia Soul from Ladd Hanford and Sales Rep Mike Ebling. The staff at L-H are very easy to deal with nd friendly. They do not do the high pressure thing which is a nice change. The staff explained all aspects of the deal and whether it would work best to purchase or lease. My vehicle was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas, Mike reviewed the vehicle features and off we went. A very Smooth and rewarding expierience.
