Showed up to this location to do our cellular business. No one said a word to us for the 45 minutes we waited to be taken care of. Three employees. None made eye contact. No one else waiting in front of us. When we thought it was our turn the employee walked right past us and out the front door. We ended up leaving not giving our business to this location. Don’t waste your time on this disorganized, unprofessional T-Mobile location.

Excellent customer service from Davis. He helped me with purchasing an Apple Watch for my fiancé. It was a surprise so he helped me keep it a secret with helping with the set up process so he would not get a notification that it was added to his phone number. He also helped me with picking which one to get and answered all of my questions I had regarding the different series and what each one has. He also helped with explaining the financing option to get a better deal on the watch. Thinking about switching my personal service to T-Mobile since I had great customer service with Davis!
First, the website said it was closed. Drove by on our way home, many cars on parking lot... walked in... 5 persons ahead of me and all 3 CSRs were busy at the time... walked out... have an hour+ drive home... made appointment in another store for Monday... and I hope they honor my time... because the one and only time I did that I had to wait 40 mins... while they took care of walk-ins... same store I walked away from...
Had to replace a lost iPhone and we were worried about the emails and voice messages at Julia helped us get it all set up and we got everything back thank you that was awesome

Went to T-Mobile today to activate my new phone. Embarrassed by the caveman type phone I brought in, the salesman Christopher was so nice and respectful he put me at ease with the whole process. I left feeling excited about my new adventure with my new phone. Keep up the good work Christopher youre an asset to your company.
