Whats the point of having a phone when no one answers its ridiculous.

So far after a year-and-a-half Metro has been a very good service. Their manager has always gone way out of their way to resolve my issues and 2 get me the best deals. They will recommend it to me to my by my neighbor so I am a preferred customer and that says even more.

They tried to rip me off, one receipt said 1 amount but my checking account was charged another amount. Very unprofessional employees. Will NEVER!!! GO THERE AGAIN!!!This store should be shut down.If you want great service go to Metro Pcs on Bowman street in lebanon by giants. You will see professionalism there.

Awesome and quick service. The two girls in here both work their butts off to make sure everybody leaves happy and/or satisfied. They are always helping customers with different issues every time I go in there. I rather pay the $3 just to see these two employees every month. They are funny and full of joy, keep up the good work girls. You can only do so much. Great team work!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They do know how to work on your phone. Any problems take your phone to your location they will tell you what is going on with it

Lack of courtesy, interest and politeness from employee. They have a construction employee doing office improvements, which makes a lot of noise with the electric saw.

Noone is ever there . Poor establishment . Poor selection. All though I must say that they have very good prices and are a fairly cheap option when it come to cell phone services.😎

This location is not much better then the one in center city Lebanon, PA. Trying to get someone to answer the phone here is like pulling teeth. I call and call, no one answers. Just tried calling again and someone picked up the phone and hung up the phone. Having only 1 person. There is not a good idea. 1 person can only do so much. At least answer the phone and take my number and call me back.

Bowman street store Lebanon pa stay away Monday was there 5 hours. Told me my phone will be there Wednesday call them 46 times today they dont answer not once. So taking my business else where. My money is good and spends at other stores just the same.im so mad. So dam mad.. REALLY DONT KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS BUT I GOT YA MY MONEY IS GOOD AND YOU MAY HABE GOTTEN 400.00 ON MONDAY BUT IF THE NEW SRORE I GO TO DONT HAVE THE BLADE THEN IM GETTING ANOTHER IPHONE AND SPENDING AT LEAST 1000.00 THERE SO GUESS THEM PEOPLE THERE AT THE STORE DIDNT NEED MY MONEY FOR THERE COMMISSIONS. One of the reps was rude and got upset because I returned a phone. Told me since I did that I couldnt come back and get another phone from them! Where in their rules does it say this?

Was terrible, cashier came at 11:10 am, supposed they open at 11am. Them items has prices, but the items isn’t available in stock.....

Limited selection. Long very long lines frequently.....
