Great place to get shoes, always go here for the kids and they are always respectful even though my kids are crazy as hell.

Didnt have a huge selection but their prices are pretty good.

Went there to get steel toe shoes for work. My son and I both found comfortable pairs. The gals at the register were very nice as well. I will return for other shoes soon!

Went to return shoes my kiddo was given as a gift. Didnt have a receipt obviously, I just needed to exchange the size. Nope wouldnt do it. Had to buy the correct size instead. While I was getting the correct size and looking with my daughter for her shoes 3, literally 3 of the employees followed me around every single area I went in the store, like I was going to steal something. So unprofessional and RUDE! I ended up being so annoyed by them doing this that I paid for the correct size shoe and took my daughter to Hibbett to get shoes. Will not be shopping at this store again.

Friendly enough CSRs. the selection is something to be desired, even though they did have the shoes my daughter wanted...

After an hour of searching, I finally found a pair that fit my wide feet. They had several pair on sale if you had a small narrow foot for $20.00, but my $60.00 original cost was only discounted $5.00.

Pricing is good now that they seem to be shutting down. Selection of brands is decent too.

I have wide feet and this store has a huge selection of excellent brands, styles and good prices for all sizes even my size 11 wide, this may be the best shoe store I have ever been to. I found shoes for my son size 15 eee and the staff are wonderful

Good sale, not had troubles finding sizes 8-10 for my daughter and I and didnt have sizes to fit my husband 12-13.

Stopped by the Shoe Sensation in St Robert for a new pair of Sketchers. They didnt have the size I needed and were going to order the size I needed but said the it was available in Lebanon or Rolla. Since I was going to Lebanon they offered to call them and have the shoes set aside. When I got there the shoes were behind the register and were waiting for me. I only give the store 3 stars because of customer safety.

Prices were reasonable compared to Springfield shopping and the sales lady was very helpful in finding the right running shoe.

Not a ton of choices but ..at least they had my size. Customer service could be better. It took about 30 min before someone offered to ask me if I was finding everything okay.

Not too pricey and had the shoes I wanted. Its a win win.

They have a decent selection of footwear and usually are running some kind of sale. Ive bought several pairs of shoes here and have been pleased. Be sure to sign up for the rewards program as well.

Rudest bunch Ive ever seen in a shoe sensation. I was the only customer in the store and they did not greet me or ask if I needed help. 2 employees and they stood in backroom talking to each other never even acted like I was there. When I left I told them thank you for all the help and the guy just looked at me didnt even speak . Now thats good service.

The prices are HORRIBLE there were these pair of boots that you could get at Wal-Mart for 20 dollars but here they were freakin 70 DOLLARS are they CRAZY no wonder no one is there when I go and the boots werent even comfy mph 😠
