So I will not becoming back to any human bean, the price are worse then Starbucks. I was charged an extra $1.50 for heavy cream in my 12oz Americano. I paid a total of $4. Other places charge $.50 to $.75 for heavy cream or alternative milks. Basically I should have just bought a sugary drink for the same price which makes no sense. Please someone in a management understand how this math makes no sense and something needs to change. Youre making a ton of money on sugary drinks and not off of americanos.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. Visited this location twice now, espresso is burnt, lattes are not impressive. Just visited this morning and was told we dont carry whole milk for the whole milk latte I ordered. WHAT??? A coffee business that doesnt carry whole milk??!?Add to that, a former employee from this franchise recently informed me that trainees NEVER get tips. Again...WHAT??? So, just because someone is training, and working MUCH harder to get it right, impress their boss, and improve their productivity on an hourly basis, they arent rewarded for their hard work? How exactly does this business expect to retain good workers?NOTE TO FUTURE BARISTAS- This is NOT a business that wants to reward hard work and retain employees.Go to Margin Coffee in downtown Albany for excellent coffee and beautifully gracious staff, pass by the Human Bean in the Willamette Valley...better coffee is on the horizon.

Coffee was good, had no cash so tried to tip on my card, guy said I couldn’t. Kinda gave me a weird vibe and made it known he was upset I didn’t tip. Won’t be coming back!

Oh my God I love this place. The girls who work here should get a raise. They are friendly, hilarious, very personable and I just love getting my coffee every morning. And I should mention that Ive been to other ones and however the service was good... The Personalities in the connections werent exactly there so if you get a chance to go by this Human Bean do it

They are not the fastest shop by a long shot, but the baristas are always nice and willing to make anything you request. I love the coffee here and their muffins are so affordable!

Ive gone to almost every drive through place in Albany who sells coffee, trying to find the best Caramel Frappe. I believe Human Bean has the best caramel frappe in town. They use better tasting coffee And the caramel they use is thicker than all the others. Out of all coffee shops I highly recommend Human Bean the most.

My other favorite drinking spot . Sweet butterscotch. If only Dutch bro would get butterscotch.

I love the drinks, and the people. Im only leaving a review now because Im tired of showing up a half hour before they close just to be told theyre closed. Very disappointed in the girl working right now 8:32PM May 27th please replace these people with some who are willing to work their entire shift. She also described ides to tell me that as another car just got their order and has all the lights on.

The human bean and Bentleys have become my go to coffee shops but this one isnt as good as the rest. I always have to have it remade or have them add extra flavoring. I still usually choose them over dutch bros though. I love that you get a chocolate covered coffee bean with your drink.

Dont go here if you see a line. My drink which should taste caffeinated tar, tastes like breast milk from a mom that was just introduced to coffee. 3 shots are not equivalent to 1 shot of espresso. They direly need to up the quality. This is the 2nd time in two weeks.

Don’t go when there’s a line. The girls, are friendly, coffee is good but they seem to talk a lot among themselves. Service is super SLOW.

The barista dropped my change on the ground and then refused to replace it. She said I needed to drive forward and get it myself. I couldnt do that due to a car behind me, so I had to leave without my change. I wrote to the owner twice and never heard back. I feel sad about the way I was treated and the fact that no one responded. From now on, Ill go across the street, which I guess is fine with the owner.

I get the same drink everytime and it tastes different each time. Not consistent. About 50% of the staff are sort of friendly and the 50% arent.

New to the area just discovered this place for my daily coffee. Love it! The coffee is perfect and the baristas Ive met are so kind and friendly!!!

This is my favorite place! They know my drink order when I or my husband show up. The girls are so friendly and the service is quick. They know when its cold outside I want a hot Chocolate Mac Breve(my favorite by far but I do switch it up on occasion). When its hot out then its a Java Chip and is definitely a must try if you love chocolate chunks in your cold coffee drink. I give it 5 stars.

Changed my review to 1* because on the last three drinks theyve made have been very sub-par. It seems they forgot the extra two shots I paid for, the flavor all stays at the bottom so your first 5 sips are bland and the last 5 are so sweet you cant even drink it. The drinks need to be stirred or something.The employees at Lebanon are 10x nicer also.The grantia machine makes pretty whatever drinks.The peppermint mocha was mind-blowing awesome, though. Its like a fresh green mint.

This place has gone down hill, if you do not mind waiting for a half an hour while being the second car back, this is your place! One day I went there and was the third car in the line and only 20 minutes into waiting when the girl steps out to take orders and skips over the gal in front of me and me as well. Get your stuff together guys!

Did not taste good. I do not think that they put everything in it that I asked for didnt taste like any Splenda was put in there I didnt get the two coffee beans that I asked for and it did not taste the same so I wasnt very satisfied

I used to LOVE coming here, regardless of the time, but now I enjoy only coming during the evening. The girls in the morning act sort of snooty. When I come during the evening, it is completely the opposite. Barista is very friendly and sweet. :)

8/10/18, 1120am, south window barista was unfriendly from the second I pulled up. To her co-worker she then snidely, and audibly, mocked my single drink order. There are literally dozens of other coffee shops nearby; Ill take my business to one that doesnt think severe allergies should be made fun of.

The coffee was bitter, the barista had a bad attitude and screwed up our order. It was also very expensive for what we got.

Since I moved to Albany I have visited this stand at LEAST a dozen times and I keep coming back to this stand in hope that it will get better, but I seem to run across the same problem. The customer service here is just so dry. The baristas sound like they hate being there and their facial expressions give off the same vibe. By no means am I saying they have to be jumping up and down with energy but at they could at least pretend to like their job or care a little about their customers. During my most recent visit the gal at the window seemed more irritated than anything to have customers and upon arriving home, I took my first sip of my drink and found..that they only gave me what tasted like chocolate milk. They forgot the actual COFFEE in my mocha..very disappointing.

Took way too long to order because they didnt know how to handle the line and then they got my order wrong

I go there every morning before work when they see me pull up they know what I want and have it ready when I get to the window. Good job ladies!

There was quite a wait. After receiving the product, it was average with typical Human Bean standards. Nothing incredibly special about this location other than it is at a busy Albany intersection and might be difficult to get in and get out.

The crew here is very personable! Even the new people have my order down and wait time is pretty much just a swipe of a card!

Not too impressed by this place. Actually the only thing I am impressed with is there Prices. Half of the staff that work here are very rude, making it a bad experience every other time I go there. I mean how hard is it to be nice?

Updated review.while it wasnt this particular human bean, but the 1 by WinCo. Ive never had problems there I usually go out of my way to get drinks from there. Today I asked for the Jaws which is usually a pretty purple drink and well got hamdeda basic rockstar with next to no flavor. I asked the guy if it was right and even told him it tasted off or wrong, the guy rolled his eyes and argued that it was right... This is clearly wrong.
