This company is very professional they go above and beyond of what is expected they are very friendly knowledgeable and informative the prices cant be beat if I could rate with more stars I would and I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends. They made my 3-year-old gaming laptop run like it was brand new like the first day I bought it. For what I paid to get it fixed was a hell of a lot cheaper than going out buying a new laptop Plus getting a few more years with this one was well worth the price.. so if youre on the fence about getting your PC repaired its definitely well worth it and a lot cheaper of course thats just my opinion but if you decide you want to get your laptop repaired this company is the one to do it for you. You wont be disappointed.

Had a hard drive that began having issues. Of course, it had to happen at a time when I had several deadlines fast approaching. While upgrading the hard drive to an SSD, I had the RAM upgraded and Windows 10 installed, as well as moving all of my files. In doing so, I also had a specific graphics program that also needed to be retained. Orlando was able to reinstall this program and get it running with Windows 10, as well as the hardware upgrades within the agreed delivery time and on budget. I am very happy with the work completed and have no hesitation recommended his work to anyone in need of professional help.

Mr. Perrone did a n excellent job helping me resolve a problem with my Outlook email program. Very professional and patient. He took over my computer with Team Viewer program and between the two of us we resolved the problem without either of us leaving home.Very satisfied

I was told by the manufacturer that I would have to lose my data...going beck thirty years! A computer-savy friend said the same thing, but Orlando saved the day!He got past the boot sequence that I mistakenly activated and restructured it to the proper order so now I turn it on and all my data and programs are there.No scavenging among my multiple amateur backup attempts and laboring through restoration of programs. Wouldve given Perrones 5 Star but when I initially came to the counter he said hed have it ready by the next night. Fortunately I had a backup laptop...2wks later my primary laptop was finished. But to his credit he always kept me posted that he kept working on my laptop AND HE KEPT TO ORIGINAL QUOTE! Id definately go back to them again:-) Very personable & very professional!
