Terrible service, expensive repairs and takes over 7 days to even know how much you need to pay. Took 8 days to get back to me on a price for a simple screen repair. Tried to charge me over 2x the price of the part 160 dollars and 40 more for a strip. 90 dollars in labor and when I picked it up I was told it was still 90 in labor because they ripped it apart to look at it when I already told them theproblem I wanted fixed. Will never use this company again. Save your money, go elsewhere.
Dont use these guys. Just because they are local doesnt mean they are nice. A couple of the techs are nice, but the owner isnt.
Very nice store and reliable people in service. We always check with Systems Plus first whenever we need an Apple repair or are looking for new Apple products.
I would not take my computer here again. I brought in my laptop because it alerted me that there was a problem with the battery. I dropped it off for repair but the amount to fix it was more than the computer was worth. I went back to pick up my machine and they charged me $100 for labor and diagnostics despite the fact that there was no work done and the problem had already been diagnosed when I brought it in. There is no way that anyone there looked at my machine for more than 5 minutes. If you bring your computer here be prepared for similar shenanigans
I had an iphone battery replaced. They were easy to deal with and efficient. However, as other reviewers note, their COVID safety practices are limited and dangerous. While the employees put on masks (that they are re-using) while dealing with customers, it is only the ONE employee dealing with customers who wears a mask. Other maskless employees come in and out of the showroom floor/customer service space while customers are in the store. These maskless employees do not check if customers are in the store, nor do they stay 6 feet away from other employees. So basically, if you enter this store, you should be aware that not everyone in the same space/room is masked. This happened both at drop off and pick up for my repair, implying that it is a regular and accepted practice for maskless employees to enter the room where customers are being assisted. I have aimed to make this review neutral and descriptive to help inform others, but needless to say, I will not be returning.
Ive used their services for a number of years now. Friendly staff and the tech support team has always been proficient and knowledgeable. If you own a small business they will really work to fit you in at the earliest time they possibly can. They really understand what an imposition it is to lose the use of your computer - for even just a couple of days- and what a loss of productivity that involves. We are fortunate to have a computer store like this in the upper valley. It beats driving to a larger city like Concord or Manchester.
Ive utilized Systems Plus for both my personal and business related IT needs. Their Sales Staff are friendly and the IT Team is helpful and responsive. They service our workstations, as well as provide software and security. It has been a great partnership over the last 3+ years. If there ever is a product you need they dont have in stock, they will always order it in for you. Great local shop for your Mac needs. My go-to location.
I brought my Mac in for a SIMPLE file recovery. (One folder got replaced by another resulting in loss of files). Laptop was IMMEDIATELY (within 15 minutes of loss) brought to systems plus. The young man at the door acted as if he’d never seen a computer or answered questions in his life, already leaving me wary about giving them my computer and external drive. It was a Friday, and I was assured that they would get to it by the following Tuesday if not sooner. Today is Friday again and I had to call to check the status of my laptop, which apparently they ran a test on yesterday and are planning another for today... So for $90, systems plus will hold my laptop for a week and then slowly and unsuccessfully run tests over 2 days but without updating me. FOR $90 I COULD PURCHASE THE SAME PROGRAMS TO RUN TESTS MYSELF THAT WOULDVE BEEN DONE SOONER. Not worth the money, the workers give you no confidence, the work will not be done on time, and they do not keep you updated with the contact information you leave them. DO NOT bring a device you care about to systems plus.
They were as helpful as they could be, given very low inventory and a repair backlog.
Systems Plus installed a network computer system into my business. Its fairly complicated and did get off to a rough start, causing several incidents that were disruptive to the work flow.Heres why 5 stars: to get the system operating correctly took quite a lot of effort, time and persistence. Throughout the process and especially in the past few months, the folks at Systems Plus made it very clear to me that they would do whatever it took to get it right. I didnt feel any need to try to get them to see it from my side. They saw it from my perspective, saw that things were not operating optimally and held themselves to the higher standard, insisting that the issues got thoroughly and properly addressed. With systems like this, there are always going to be unanticipated problems-- so you want to engage with a business that will do whatever it takes to get it right. You want Systems Plus. They do what it takes and they get it right.
Prompt, courteous service. It wasnt nearly as expensive to fix my laptop as I had feared. Steve, the technician who handled the repair, kept me in the loop with his progress. Billing was transparent. Highly recommended.
This is a great service center for your Apple products. People are kind, informed, skilled, and punctual. They also perform warranty work. Definitely recommend.
Sue in the service was very nice and helpful. Steve repaired my laptop quickly for a fair and reasonable price .
This guy is a liar. He told my father he needed to spend $400 for a hard drive. We took it to the Apple store for a second opinion and found out there was nothing wrong. The laptop just had a minor glitch during the software update, simple FREE fix. Stay away from this crook!
Absolutely going to be a lifetime customer! I had a problem with my computer and tried to seek online help and walked into an internet scam that installed malware and stripped my sensitive information from my computer. Systems Plus saved the day by removing my hard drive and restoring the files while simultaneously removing any insidious malware that was installed during the hack. Thank you for the wonderful service!!! You guys are the best!
I have had Systems Plus techs come out to my house twice now, for two different problems. The techs are awesome people who quickly understood my needs and solved my installation problems. These guys are the greatest.
Best service Ive ever had! Not only did they find an inexpensive solution to my problem but they helped get me back on the road to my next show with prompt service and excellent customer care.
Expert, helpful and friendly staff, great products and fair prices.
Systems Plus is worth paying for. They give good service re software and repairs, and have always solved my problems with malware and scams that I couldnt address on my own. With all the predators on the internet Im grateful to have access to a brick and mortar place I can trust when things go wrong and I need support.
Great experience - they ensured Apple covered the repairs, were prompt, and very very helpful.
Nice little computer store. But what set it apart for me is the customer service. I had a little bit of user error in my purchase and they made it right for me. Bravo!
EXCELLENT service and HONEST advice
Top shelf Apple store and repair center.
Liar. The promise that our service work for 30-days after service has been rendered is completely a lie !!! Their service would not even last for 30 mins. My laptop was fine but running slow so I brought it to the store. After spending $100, I got my laptop back with the CPU cooling fan fell off. Now the laptop gets overheated so quickly and power off at all times. The staff at system plus refused to correct their faults and asked me for another $150 to fix it (Market price for a new fan is $12 on Amazon)!! They told me the 30-day guarantee is no longer true and shut down the online dialog window rudely. This company has no honor and no respect for the customer. They took your money, make things worse, and ask for more! Please do yourself a favor and do not do any business with them.
Great product and friendly people.
Sent my macbook there to fix the hard drive a couple of years ago. They charged me a fortune, and did a horrible job. The new hard drive they installed made a lot of noise and made my computer overheat constantly, to the point where it even burned me one day. They also did a bad job closing the computer back up and it came apart just a couple of weeks later. Had to buy a new computer. Absolutely not worth it.
I dont trust this company. They took in my daughters Mac, she called a week later to see if the work had been completed, but they had done nothing as they forgot to ask her for password and other information - even though she had offered all the needed information. The mac that had been tested by my local Apple Store just two weeks before they took it possession. Then they claimed it needed about $600 worth of work, some of which was because they corrupted the OS, They wanted $90 for reloading the OS which I thought they pay for in the first place. If you have a Dartmouth student that needs computer service, beware of up sale or gouging.
Satisfied with their service. FYI, its also an Apple authorized service center.
Overpriced, unreliable. 20 year history will never shop there again.
Horrible experience with this company. I would leave 0 stars if it were possible
Jason tried had to get my iPhone working. But Apple was not willing
Horrible customer service. Dont pay for service!
