Garbage location with horrible service.
The BEST liquor store and beer selection in Lebanon AND Alok is a legend.
This place has treetop delta 8 gummies!!!!!
Horrible place, dont bother going to this Ameristop! It was 3:20 pm today and when I arrived, there was no one in the store. I was in a hurry to get change for a $20 bill to conduct business with another area business that closed at 4:00 pm. Upon entering I saw no one and said hello. I heard someone behind the counter but still didnt see who it was. After walking around the counter to find an open viewing spot (the counter had lots of items on it creating a barricade) I saw someone seated. I said, Im sorry, I didnt see you. He then stood and I could see he was physically challenged/disabled. I asked if I could have change for a $20.00 bill. He then with a smirk on his face said that he had no change of which I didnt believe him. I asked how can this be given his business? He said everyone uses a credit card! I told him thats not true, he just didnt want to do it because I was Black and then I left knowing it was no use trying to argue with him. I went to another business in Lebanon that was more than happy to give change. Dont waste your time going to this Ameristop on the corner of East and Main.
Its the best beer store in the area. Im always pleasantly surprised at the weird stuff they stock, and the staff is enthusiastic and helpful at answering questions about any new and unusual beers theyve got.
Great craft beer selection. Will order you anything you want.
If I could rate this less than one star I would. My puppy had relieved herself across the street on the church lawn and I was unprepared. Which in fairness is my own fault but I tried to do the right thing and clean up after her.I went into the store and asked the man walking behind the counter if he had a plastic bag. He, I’m assuming the owner, picks up a wrinkled up bag on the counter goes to hand it to me and says “.25¢” without saying anything else to me not even a ‘hello’ as I walked in. I laughed and said “seriously” and went to leave luckily there was a customer who gave me a quarter.I try and make a little joke and said “I didn’t know we were in California” (which charges for plastic bags) thank him then thank his patron again and as I’m walking out the owner says to my back “I don’t give anything away for free” so I open the door back up and tell him that “since he doesn’t give anything away for free I’ll make sure to never buy anything there again.”I totally understand making ends meet as a small business owner but a piece of plastic is not going to break his bank account.Try participating in being a stand up member of the community and helping out a local who has previously shopped at your store multiple times while on walks downtown I’ll take my business elsewhere and make sure my family and friends do as well.
Still the best for craft beer in Lebanon! Far as the hideous bus....that was removed once the manager was notified.
Rude staff. Will just stare daggers at you like youre planning to stuff everything you can in your pockets the moment they turn away.
Allowed one of those hideous roving busses covered with Trump merchandise to use the parking lot. Yep, will be shopping elsewhere.
Its hard for me to complain a lot about a business but this is one store I avoid. Customer service deserves a one star rating.
