Arrived 11pm. All the RV parking was occupied by trucks. Was told by manager on duty where I could park - side of the building and he would let the GM know he allowed it because the RV parking was all taken by trucks.Just before 6 am someone, a male wearing a kilt (I kid you not) hammered on the camper door. Gruffly told me I had to move. I explained that Jeffery had told me that I could park where I was parked. Me hollered “Well, Jeffrey’s not a manager so you have to move. This is employee parking.” (No signs posted that say employee parking!)Employee professionalism, friendliness, and assistance at night, five stars. Early morning, zero.

Very poor customer service. Just wanted to pay for a couple of drinks and cashers didnt want to help customers. Told us to leave because he couldnt help us. To busy goofing off on the phone.

The girl at Cinnabon, Izzy was so sweet and she was very patient with me when i was trying to decide what i wanted for myself and my daughter, She complimented my daughters shirt and was very interactive with her. My favorite thing would have to be how she kept a smile on her face the entire time. We will 100% be coming back!

It’s a truck stop. But they are owned by pilot. They all have a Denny’s or good restaurant connected. Clean large bathrooms and showers. Lots of parking for RV and trucks

This travel center is nice and modern. The restrooms are really clean with nice decor. The employees are also friendly and helpful. The coffee bar is laid out nicely with many options.

I was insulted by what the girl behind the counter was saying about Swift drivers. She was trying to be funny and made a joke on how terrible Swift drivers are with bad language. I dont drive for Swift, but I just didnt find it funny.

A favorite truck stop/travel center of mine. This is a new location, and it is nice. The restrooms are clean, the store is organized, and the staff is friendly. I enjoy the hot dogs off the grill. Auntie Anns and Cinnabon are a nice addition. The do have a food bar they serve from. Got breakfast here one day and it was decent for gas station food. The fresh fruit in the cooler is nice. It is a gas station, but nice for what it is. Great stop for the weary traveler or the Lebanon local.

Logan Hensley was very polite and extremely helpful during our visit at pilot flying J. he really seem like he cared which is rare to find these days thank you Logan for making our trip home a good one!!

Honestly, best flying J I have ever been to! There was a lot of selection! I have to admit though, my favorite part was the music they were playing, while I was in they played the hokey pokey and beauty and the beast. It made my day.

Worst Flying J Ive ever been to. Literally half of their 12 pumps were out of order, only one had a sign on it. Drove to 5 different pumps to find one that worked.

Should have been a 5 star location, easy large spots, lots of supplies and food options and the showers are amazing but yet I can not give it more then a 1.Flying J I hope to hear from you on this. NFPA, OSHA, and Ohio State Fire Codes state that a clear fire lane must be kept clear and yet you allow trucks to park in the fire lane. I mentioned something to the manager about unsafe parking and the lane being blocked and was told that she would send someone out to have people move and yet no one ever came out. Then while walking into the store tonight, July 10th at 2300 your manager I would assume, told a driver to just pull in behind another truck for the night fully blocking the fire lane making him the fourth truck to park for the night in the fire lane.I would hope that this kind of practice at your establishment would not be allowed, as a first responder, EMT, and firefighter, and OTR truck driver, this troubles me to no end.

Absolute joke of a truck stop. Every time I go in between 6-8 am on any day of the week no breakfast, no Cinnabon, no nothing. Wendy’s doesn’t open till 10. Complete waste of time to stop here.

It gets very crowded after 4 pm,so if you get here after 5 ..Good luck finding a parking spot..the only spots available are the Reserved Parking spots.Clean bathrooms and showers staff is friendly,good food.

When you ask for road side services please give them details of year semi or vehicle. They do not work on older models past 2000, we had a problem with airlines to trailer, mechanic could not figure it out, we referred him to 2 other mechanics for advice. His lead mechanic after 3 hours said no more we are done, if he would have listened to the other mechanics it would have worked, the mechanic on road call was young and inexperienced. The road call truck did not have the tools or equipment for winter weather jobs. We still had to pay for the service call and was not fixed... abandoned! Do not let this happen to you!!!

Where to start, The Wendy’s in the Flying J has to be the slowest restaurant on the planet, I was the only one in line and couldn’t get anyone to take my order, they shut down the grill for cleaning so no cooked food available for lunch, Flying J let’s too many drivers drop their trailers in one spot and park in another spot taking up 2 spots, Nothing done about drivers sitting in their trucks at the fuel isle not fueling and won’t move!

Tried to get service at Wendys. Not enough employees, and these geniuses closed the dining room and used drive-thru only.. AT A TRUCK STOP!!! Then they wouldnt allow you to walk up to the drive-thru.. Just another example of Pilot screwing truck drivers.. The manager should be fired..what an idiot.

Rude and combative staff. Especially “manager” Tyler. Had ordered the half chicken meal, didn’t notice I was undercharged as I had just maxed out my 11 hour driving so I was tired. The young man at the counter handed me only the chicken, and I asked where the rest of the meal. He was snippy with his response with I only said chicken. I said I wanted the meal. After going back to give me the mash and corn, he charged me individually, so it came out to like $13 instead of the $9 meal price, so I asked what about the meal price and also I wanted a biscuit, when the “manager” Tyler chimed in that I was going to get charged for the biscuit as well. I felt I was in some twilight zone situation. I thought to myself this ain’t worth it and said forget it, have a nice night, when he replied in a very disrespectful manner. I turned around and said look the kid overcharged me, trying to explain why I was frustrated, when Tyler put up his hand in my face and said wait a minute, turned to the kid to ask him what happened. Boy, if I didn’t hold my tongue I would’ve probably got locked up after that. Dude, then says to me it’s on you, it’s two separate transactions. I didn’t have it in me to argue, like, I said I was so tired and frustrated, I probably would’ve done something stupid. So I told him to forget it, I’d call corporate. And left. I’m sure they have some good people, but, this Tyler punk, for a manager, is very unprofessional, disrespectful, and combative. There was NO, zero, zip, customer service exhibited at all. Pfft, I won’t be stopping here anymore. But, I’m sure Tyler don’t give 2 blanks!

We were customers and they called the sheriffs because we had been charging our phones and eating Wendys, they discriminated plain and simple they didnt like how we looked.

23:45. Restroom is filthy. Can smell it from across the store. Wendys is closed. Cinnabon is closed. Auntie Annes is closed. Nothing on the roller grills. Cold sandwich case is empty. Hot sandwich case is empty. Hot food area at counter is empty except for a few wings that had been there all day. Cashier says theyre not making any more food tonight. Apparently they only value drivers that are asleep right now. Its like being at a TA.

Hey there’s a truckstop after all but it is an incredibly nice truck stop. Seems very new very clean very modern very nice and very well laid out.Their gasoline prices were a few cents cheaper than any competitors in the area and they have plenty of stalls to fill your car up with no waiting.The staff working the counter when you walk in will greet you with a cheerful hello.Glad I stopped here brighten my day a little bit

Ive been to almost every pfj in the past. With covid running rampant more now than ever and having a 7 year old immuno compromised daughter i have custody of at home, it is very upsetting to walk into a shower that says on the door sanitized for your safety and find the last persons used wash cloth hanging in plain sight on the shower control handle. I still took a shower but luckily have lysol on my shower bag. Not happy with this pfj!

Showers are NOT cleaned between every use. They just switch out the towels

As a truckers wife I know the benefits of a truck stop versus a gas station. Flying J has made some great improvements over the years. Bathrooms were clean new and stocked. Food options were plentiful but the BEST thing was the chilled fresh coffee for iced coffee. Because it was just too hot for hot coffee. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Good job flying hoof!

Needed some advice on an item and a pleasant truck driver helped me figure it out about my lighter in van. Then went to counter and explained to cashier that I thought the sticker on shelf said it was on discount. It didnt ring up as I had thought I would. Miss Rachel an extremely helpful young lady walked over with me to check price on shelf and we realized my product was on the shelf above, silly me! I then thought how wonderful that coffee smelled and made a cup and again Miss Rachel took very good care of me. I will be back soon for sure. It is so nice to actually feel respected and appreciated even looking as poor as I did today. Snow so had on a few layers. I was quite pleasantly surprised by such outstanding customer service. A true rarity and great experience there today. Thank you Pilot for such a great day and most of all, thank you Rachel! You made a little old lady smile quite a needed bit! I will see Yall again soon!!!

The bowls of the oatmeal are empty everyday you come over there, it doesnt matter the time, I get exited there different times from 6AM to 11am nothing is there. I would give them 0 Star if it could be there. Drivers stay away from this place if you love cooked oatmeal like me.

This is a really good place to stop. They do have bathrooms. They have a Wendy’s (with a drive-thru), so many snacks, and so much more inside. They do have gas here as well. The prices are not bad. They have self-checkout and a register as well. There is more than just Wendy’s if you go inside. Great place whether you’re just on a family vacation or if you’re a truck driver. They do have showers as well. So many drinks to choose from, candies to pick from, potato chips, t-shirts, and much much more. Best truck stop in the area !!

Lovely place. The employees are all so so nice and sweet and friendly. (Mal was our favorite!) Clean showers and bathrooms, the shower rooms arent freezing cold like most of them.Store is clean, their food quality at the hot bar seems to be higher than what Ive had at other stores. They give nice portions and arent stingy with everything. Overall just a really fantastic flying j.

The place is very nice and clean. They have almost everything you might need when on the road. The staff were not the best. The uniforms could be better and cleaner, as well as the personal hygiene could be improved. Your employees are the face of your business, and if theyre not well taken care of, it shows.

Great gas prices and the in house breakfast pizza was delicious!!! Made fresh to order. Anything you need as a traveler, they have. Big parking lot, plenty of parking and places to get gas. Gas today was the cheapest Ive seen around me, $2.73.9 a gallon. Employees on the 9am shift today were friendly patient and very helpful. We will return.

I have yet to come across a Flying Js that has disappointed me. Im frequently going on roadtrips across the country and they always have the cleanest bathrooms and storefronts. The employees are always friendly and helpful no matter what time you stop in and they offer the best selection of drinks and snacks available to anyone on a short or long car ride. Plus they typically have cheaper gas prices than most other gas stations around.

This place rude people specially the night manager millisa she’s not fit to be here and with customer American heroes . Truck drivers need service but we don’t come here to get some hate or rude .I stand front cashier more than 7 minutes but no one was there this manager millisa show up and start urging and hate also not look happy person also when I bought my sprite she gave me like a crazy and rude this person need help to to deal with the customer.Quick change here please help ur customer and truck drivers.

This 5 star review is for one employee only!!! As I fueled my truck this morning a tall lanky young man came by cleaning out trash can and with a smile on his face said good morning sir!A friendly and respectful young man and as I watched him go about his duty I took notice of how every single trash can was filled to overflowing and started thinking about WHY there was so much trash this early in the morning??? Well obviously the prior shift did not do their job!!! So after I finished fueling I walked over and asked the young man his name...and it was BRAD, well Brad I am very impressed by your work ethic and quality of character, this man was obviously doing the clean up of two shifts with a customer friendly smile of good cheer and that gives me some hope for the younger generation....there are still some young me of quality in America!!!Have a great day Brad 👍👍👍👍👍

Its not the truck stop but the cinnabon inside. We were traveling and we all wanted a hot cinnamon roll. When we asked for 6 she told us it was $5 higher to get them hot or we could get the prepackaged ones and warm them in the truck stop microwave. I asked how old they were she responded they have only sat there since yesterday. I think that it sucks that your choice is fresh for almost 20 Dollars or stale day old you must heat in microwave to eat at $14 dollars.

Clean inside. Variety of food...even has a soup bar...custom made coffee..you pick the bean and it grinds it right then and there. Cinnabon is inside as well as a Wendys. Cinnamon makes fresh cinnamon buns every hour. Pretzels are great. And get this...you ask for a pretzel with nothing on it and theyll make it that way. Right in front of you...kinda neat to watch how its made. Customer service is always friendly.

Reserved a prime parking spot at 941pm. Called to confirm and they said yes we still have 7 spots left. Got there at 11pm ad all spots were taken I counted 8 trucks with no tickets in the windshield. Low gas prices. Great place to refuel yourself too. Many selections from drinks of all kinds and grocery items. Hotdogs, treats for people and pets and nice clean restrooms. Always stop at the centers while traveling. Feel totally safe here.

These people really take care of their drivers. For real! Make you feel right at home.

The usual Flying J amenities and offerings.

This was the best roadside stop Ive ever been to. It was very clean and everything was fully stocked. They had many options and choices. Parking was plentiful and close to the door. The restroom was clean and I felt very safe. The employees were friendly and efficient.

Over 50% reserved. At least one day advanced notice required I suppose. Staff are rude and combative. Will never spend my or my companies money at that location.

Great place to stop for a minute and tend to your travel needs. The Cinnabon is amazing and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. Would be a 5 star had it not been been for the employee cleaning the mens restroom. The nonstop stream of obscenities is not warranted for this task, I have been in his shoes before.

Again the layout of the place is ridiculous. Such a nice large parking area. But its laidout really weird. Not really positive which way is in or out. The inside area is the newer design. Looks like it might have been one of the first ones done that way. And its a Pilot. Not a flying J. The entrance is narrow and connected to a 2 lane side road. The location is s god location

This truck stop has almost everything youll need on your journey to wherever or just to stop in and get something from Wendys or a pretzel from auntie Annes. Plenty of parking space and plenty of food,snack and beverage choices! Perfect location for the surrounding areas.

Greeted by the wonderful aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls! First service center Ive reviewed....Everything you could need in a clean, bright, and new facility. Safe location. Super clean everything.

I love the Flying Js with the RV fuel pumps right at the entrance! You dont have to worry about weaving through the regular pumps. Had a great breakfast at Country Kitchen. Lots of parking for large vehicles after pumping, but they are nose in, so if youre pulling a vehicle youll have to find a spot near a curb.

Service is good, staff courteous and friendly. Gas prices are sometimes lower than other stations at town of Lebanon, it is about 4 minutes away. I dont go here often, as I usually will stop there when I want,to get Cinnabons. There is also a Wendys, but I have never had any food from this Wendys.

This is definitely one of the nicer Flying J. The lot is spacy, but it does have a few spots that they want you to pull into because of the air and electric ports. The store is stocked and has a full hot bar. Showers are amazing. Lounge is super nice. Well be back.

Its a pretty nice truck stop(remodeled). Like most pilots/flying j truck stops its right off the interstate. Parking is a bit limited so you definitely want to get here before or by 5pm!

Flying J is my go to when on the road. Fast convenient an some healthy choice foods for long trips. Also you can always stop in for some rest if distance traveling. Never a problem.

They have a very friendly staff and everyone always seems to be cheerful. they also have a Cinnabon store inside which is delicious. Prices are reasonable and most of their items. The fuel price is usually a couple cents less than surrounding gas stations as well. I would recommend stopping by

Stopped for fuel and food,was surprised by the cleanliness of the facility. It was so clean it looks to be brand new. The staff was very friendly. They even have someone to make you fresh deserts and pastries!! Awesome!

It is a good Flying J. It is better than a Loves. Like any other Pilot it is the equivalent of a fast food franchise. You know what to expect when you get there and it all boils down to the quality of the individuals working that day as to how clean and organized things will be at any given time.

Clean inside and out. Good fresh hot coffee. Fresh food in the deli section. Really compliments the Wendy, Auntie Ems and Cinabon that are also there.Once again I only give them a 2 star for the simple fact they do not fly the American Flag. If they cant recognize our country and our people then I can not and will not recognize them with 5 stars.

As a truck driver I am supporting myself in the Land of the free and Home of the brave because of our military brothers and sisters, most of my family has or is currently serving our country, the gentlman I have been with for 6 years served proudly in the USAF, Im a very proud American and honored to be living in this country we call America, if the Flying J / Pilot cannot proudly fly the beautiful red white and blue then my service will go else where. I will proudly stand beside a veteran but not if he/she doesnt proudly display our flag

If I could leave zero stars I would!!!! I have never seen a Place allow a manager to treat their employees the way they have. Making threats of physical harm not only from the manager but calling their boyfriend to do so as well. All because someone couldn’t make it to work. She decided to personally attack them! Absolutely disgusting!

The Flying J is great. Dont go to the Wendys here if you want a good breakfast. I ordered the gravy & sausage breakfast bowl. It had no sausage in it. Was told that the sausage was in the gravy. If it was there, it was hiding.

Don’t eat from the Wendy’s the employees nasty I had to ask to remake my food after employee grab my food with they bare hands one guy had hair on his fries he brought back in there while I was in there nasty

Pretty easy parking if in by dark. Fuel island moved quickly. Employees very friendly. Bathroom and shower clean. Denny was nasty. Bugs flying all over food. Cold and nasty.

Its a hit or miss with this place. The customer service at the gas station half is horrible but the customer service at the Wendys connected to it is great. The food however is always gross compared to our local Wendys. We will continue to use the gas station because its the closest one to the highway when we go visit family up North but it would be nice if the people were a little more polite or welcoming.

We came in to shower and eat and had been waiting awhile for showers while they werent busy. I went to the back and half the showers were open and not cleaned. I asked a cashier if she could have some one clean one for us. She was very condescending, unfriendly and not helpful at all. She lied and said some one was cleaning them. I explained that I was just back there and that they were not. Then she said they were all on break with more attitude.Luckily, an attendant stepped in and cleaned of for us. If she would have been straight forward and friendly this review would have been very different.We still left the attendant a tip. Its not his fault his co- worker is rude.It takes a village to raise a child. This store has theyre hands full with this one.Everyone else was pleasant.

Its a Flying J! The staff are super nice, clean location and reasonable prices. Easy to see from the road, both Rt. 36/37 and from 71. They have plenty of parking, they share their space with a restaurant. Gas prices keep up with the surrounding areas.
