I always visit this Rite Aid for all of my drug store/convenience store needs. Staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly... they really make shopping here a great experience. The manager, Lauren, consistently goes above and beyond to make sure the store is running at its best. She never misses an opportunity to lend a helping hand. Make sure to check out this Rite Aid!!

The manager Lauren is hands down the best. I went in having a really bad day. She was able to cheer me up right away. Hands down the best stranger I’ve met in a long time. And just makes me have faith in humanity again.

This store is amazing. Always well stocked with attentive staff. Manager Lauren went out of her way to make sure that I found everything okay and even offered me a substitution for a item that was out of stock due to shipping issues regarding COVID. Cant recommend it enough.

Lady at pharmacey says -we only sell boxes, so I say ok I guess Ill take a full box, she says we dont have a full box, and I cant sell it to ya if its not full so I say hmmm what your saying is you cant sell me anything ??? She says yes thats correct. I say wow, I always go to rite aid just not this location, this is a first, wonder how did the boxes get any missing out of em if you dont sell anything less than a full box??????

While running errands I had to swing by and pick up some medicine for my family. Had a little bit of trouble finding what I needed, until the manager Lauren came up to me and asked if I needed assistance. She lead me in the right direction and made sure I got everything I needed!

Tried three Rite Aid today. One for the third time. First store, still Lebanon doesn’t answer the phone. Third consecutive day. Next store doesn’t deliver. Last week they did. Supposedly by the same driver. Dee, at store #3, the soul of service. Dee said delivery tomorrow!! I’ll let you know

The pharmacy staff is always great

This Rite Aid location is fairly new, large, well lit with an open and easy to navigate layout and large selection of items. Prices often run slightly higher than the same items at larger retail stores.

Was an awful experience. The lady in the front is so rude, I ask something and she yelling at me. I never going to stop by that place never.

The woman at this pharmacy most days is very polite and efficient.

Customer service was awful. The lady at the drive through talked down to me with an attitude like I didnt know what I was doing. Then when I handed her my insurance card and prescription info, she said my insurance wouldnt cover it. They were gonna charge me $90 when she could have searched my insurance info and found that I indeed have prescription insurance. Meanwhile, CVS did it right and it was only $8, so... not the greatest experience for this Rite Aid.
