Always love HL. The music is lovely as you shop around the store. Beautiful home decor, crafts, fabrics. A relaxing experience, which sounds weird, but it is. The employees are friendly. Miss the 50% off coupon, but it wont stop me from shopping there.

Always clean and tidy. Items are organized and displayed attractively. Associates are generally helpful and pleasant. Shelves are stocked and inventory is vast. Prices are fair and sales are ongoing.

I always like coming here. The store is clean. Items are easy to find. My only issue is trying to find a person to help you if the need arises.

Very nice craft store. If your looking for anything specific chances are they will have what your looking for.I go for party supplies for my kids parties. They have Everything you need to throw anykind of themed party! We recentlydid a construction themed birthday party it was awesome. Many of the items used were purchased here.Any hobby,any craft, any project you will find what you need here. Staff is always around to help if you need it. Oh and the store is always very clean!

This store is amazing... for my sake it is good that its almost an hr away... I would be there to much n spend more then I should all the time... yes its that awesome of a store... friendly employees n very big.... Gosh I wanna go back now...

I needed some stick-on numbers to identify a trailer. I was on my way to drop this trailer in Annville, and Hobby Lobby had the numbers that I needed @ a reasonable price. All good.

I was impressed last month when I took my handicapped relative to Hobby Lobby. She is in a wheelchair and we have a tough time getting it in and out of the car. When we got into the store we were so happy to see that the store provided large wheelchairs with a basket in the front .😀 It was so helpful and she could be able to see everything and put her idems in the cart attached. We were able to get most of the idems we went looking for plus some great gifts for the holiday. We returned again this month. This time I was able to take the store wheelchair out to our car and get her into the chair. No need to struggle getting hers out. Its very heavy and this made it easier. This time we were able to get Spring idems and see the new displays for the upcoming Holidays. 😊 We were there for hours again and found new idems we didnt know were carried. She cant get around well and told her I have my day reserved for her so she could shop and not pay for a Aid to take her. I am glad I found a place that makes it easier for the handicapped ♿. Only need a button to push to automatically open the doors, as Boscovs has. Its hard to maneuver to get into store. The aisles are plenty wide too. Thank You!! I live here in Lebanon but my relative lives in Womelsdorf. So it is quite a trip for her to get to the store but I think we will be doing this on a regular basis. She started crafting and has great ideas.

Store was very clean and all the staff was very very helpful. If you have a hobby and you need anything for your hobby, they have it there and they probably have 10 different kinds of the stuff that youre looking for.

Im in love with this store. Im a crafter and I was in heaven. Beautiful store with any and everything you could want/need for not only crafts but decorating and so much more. This was my first in-store visit, I usually order online from Hobby Lobby, and I cant wait to go back. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. VERY PLEASED with this locations selction, appearance, and staff.

Im not usually such a Karen. Only when necessary. But your employees (specifically the teenage girls) are incredibly rude, miserable and can barely do their job. Should probably look into better staffing ;)

This store literally has it all.. Im out there at least twice a week maybe more just depends on what project Im working on. I still have not gotten through the whole story and thats cuz I get stuck in a few areas and then before I realize it its been either hours or closing time.. Either way I still love this store and everyone is very helpful and nice!!

Usually I cant get my wife out of a store. But this one, she cant get ME out. A flood of awesome products and trinkets from back to front and side to side. My family members know what to get me for bday and xmas. MAKE IT A GIFT CARD FOR HOBBY LOBBY!!!!!!

The girls are rude... Ask for coupon give one its no good cuz u gotta read the small print cuz it doesnt help with basically anything. For a religious based store the employees are rude and I dont think Ill be shopping there anymore Im going to Michaels much friendlier

Had everything I needed for my science fair project.

Love it! Its my happy place.

The one cash register was tied up with someone returning things. No one came to take the lines. When someone finally came. It was not in order by people already standing in line. I ended up after 15 minutes leaving my items behind. I still would not have been helped, if I would have waited because the other line got the new customers in line. Very disappointed.

First time at Hobby Lobby to find decor for our nursery. I couldnt stop shopping. Dangerous. Beware. Love ALL the parts & crafts. I could decorate each room in my home!

Got what I went for and it was on sale,

Very rude lady at cash register. Yesterday there was one register open and someone was making returns. Finally a manager got a lady to the other register and she sassed him back for calling her too attend the long line of customers waiting to pay. I quickly got out of the other line to pay for the one thing I had in my hand and she scolded me like a child and asked me if I had been waiting in the other line. I told her I was, and she called the person who was before me in the other line and said Id have to wait my turn. My poor 95 year old mom was about ready to fall over since the store doesnt even have seating in the front (or anywhere for that matter). So I dropped my purchase and left. Im 60 and expect some respect. I did no wrong. I was 2nd in line behind the person making returns and the 1st person had decided to stay in that line. With rude service like that Im not sure I want to shop there. The store proclaims Christian values like not opening on Sundays, but those values are only legalistic and not Christian practice.

I love this store. Always have and probably always will. I love what it stands for, I love how they treat their employees and I love their products, though I always buy on sale. I only had to remove a star because there never seems to be enough open cash registers. This time I waited as long kn line as it took me to hunt for what I wanted. Its okay though just being honest.
