Worst ice cream weve had in years. Strawberry was all ice crystals and no berries. Gummy with a taste that was too long in the cooler exposed to air. Ive had slushies that werent any icier than thisicecream. The cone was so stale it was inedible. And best of all at a price that doubles other quality brands.

Just called today. My 17 year old daughter has attempted to bring home smoothies from this location. However, I was just informed that the drive thru is too busy for smoothies (ANY time you order them ) & they will direct you INSIDE for these type of orders. Also was advised the hours are wrong too. According to my call, the Baskin menu is only available after 11am or noon until approximately 6pm.I understand COVID. However, if you can prepare all the Dunkin items for drive through, a Smoothie shouldnt be SO time consuming its unavailable for drive thru.Just say your Baskin is temporarily closed. You are giving Baskin a bad name. Again, we successfully got our 1st Smoothie here about a month ago. No one asked me to come in. But they asked my 17 year old to? Fishy. Then, we were excited about the smoothies & attempted at least 2 other times to get smoothies. Every time its been my daughter and shes refused to go inside, so this location is LOSING SALES because of how much harder a smoothie is to prepare.Bottom line. Great location for Dunkin and should should stick with that.

I ordered an ice cream cake from them and paid extra for a picture. I got a call saying they couldnt do the picture (which was an extra 8 dollars). I went through with it anyway. Upon pick up day, they were closed. I had no way of contacting them other than the managers personal phone number which I was desperate enough to call. When I asked for my 8 dollars back, they said the manager would call me (he never did). They were very rude and did not help the situation at all. Do not buy cakes from them.

We visited twice. Exceptionally friendly staff and wonderful ice cream. Very large portions so order accordingly. Even during slow times there can be a line, but it is worth it!

The new owners are very greedy and it’s disgusting. If you ask for no ice in your drink will charge you a dollar extra, very unhelpful and unprofessional. I would absolutely not recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts

I liked this place. I bought a butter pecan and peanut butter shake and a dry apple fritter. The lobby was very clean and spacious. The gentlemen attended to me right away as expected. The only thing that would make this visit better was the moisture in the dry apple fritter. Other than that, the experience was good.

This place is the worst. The man behind the counter didnt make eye contact with us when speaking. When asking if they had the Creature Creation he kept pointing to the Monster energy drinks. I had ordered a hot fudge sunday which was listed on the menu and he told me they dont have hot fudge with an attitude.

Mostly all Types ice creme available in this Baskin.Great customer service!!

We need to get American Ownership back in the US. Seriously.......

Worst baskin Robbins ever no one in that whole place couldnt speak proper English at all ordered clearly 2 lattes and 2 double scoops and only got 1 latte and 2 double scoops they couldnt comprehend that I ordered a second latte after sitting in the drive thru line trying to explain it to them I just drove off never will return again

Excellent atention

We arrived 10 minutes before closing time at 9pm and the employees closed the door right in our noses ... The only good thing is that I will never have to go back to this branch because it was just passing through and it was the only option in my route.
