Im trying to shop there even with the construction going on because I like the manager. He came out quickly when he was paged, listened to my complaints a few months ago and spent time explaining the stores plans. The store is really looking much better... still a lot of construction inside and out. Even with the construction I probably would have given it 5 stars had I not had to go back to the other side to check out and then all the way back to the other door. Its hard on my bad knee to have to walk that much.
I have been ordering my groceries for over a year online and picking them up from the same employee named Isreal. He is such a hard worker, prompt and professional. Each time I see this young man, he is sprinting from one car to the next with a smile on his face. He has been a blessing to our family and definitely a gift to your company. He keeps my family coming back.
I work for instacart Im in there all the time. The staff they have are the most down to earth as well as the manager. I just cant wait till they get done with the store and parking lot. So for the ones of you that go to Krogers and order thro instacart please be patient with us.
This Kroger location in Lebanon, TN is exceptional. Friendly, accommodating staff. Facility is always clean and tidy. Great Kroger is one of the best for produce quality and selection. Great deli and love the Sushi department.
This kroger is too small. Meat counter ignores you and meat dept. also dont have key items like ever other shelf i went looking for. Terrible place to spend money especially for the price of unfresh food but doesn’t surprise me one bit since majority of produce they get isnt fresh.
Absolutely horrible, waited to get down isle for almost 40 min before a employee in a green shirt told everyone to move to the side so that disabled people can get down main isle. Got what I needed. Stood for almost a hour in line waiting for a self check out. Lady working self check out told everyone that is waiting that they need to move over and block isle again . When she was told we where told to move that way by her higher ups. She said she didnt care and we where going to do as she told us or we can leave our stuff and exit the store. She refused to get a manager and told us she will not bother one for the likes of us and that we need to leave or she will have us truspassed and arrested. Just because we asked to talk to a manager. I have it all on video and will be turning it over not only to the better business bureau and channel 4 news. But the fire marshal and disabilities enforcement agency.
I have loved coming here because the prices are good and the selection is great, however after one too many bad encounters with a clearly disgruntled employee who is named Kate or Katelyn I have decided not to shop here anymore. I worked in a grocery store for over 7 years and I have never spoken to a customer the way she has spoken to me, more than once at that. You are there to help people, the same people whose business pays your bills. Sad that such a miserable individual makes me so uncomfortable that I don’t even want to step foot in the store. Do better in your hiring, Kroger.
It was ok, the parking lot was awful 😖 became of the remodeling and construction of the store...
Always short staffed!!! Ive gone days in a row for certain items that should not be sitting on a boat.... But of course... Not replenished!!!! I have to go to other Krogers in other cities to get what I need!
I am not sure what is going on with the lettuce at your location in Lebanon. This is the third time I had bought lettuce there that looked fine actually this one was a spring mix it says its good on or before December 26. I just opened it up and it is like slimy brown all in it. This is the third time - twice buying it in the store - once home delivery. This is unacceptable.
Corey is the worst bagger I ever deal with since shopping with Kroger. Corey don’t smile, doesn’t greet you, and unprofessional put my items in the bags
Kroger pharmacy is the worst. Please get it together. They dont answer the phone your medicine is never filled when they say it will be or tell you it is when they do answer two days later im tired of this
Used to get my prescriptions filled here, had to change locations because they are almost always too slow and have a minimum of 5+ people waiting in line. Overpriced and Underwhelming.
Everything is amazing at this location EXCEPT Lisa in customer service very rude
Many bags of potatoes had lots of unwanted growth. Some employees don’t wear masks and come up within 1 foot of you while the intercom repeats “employees and customers must wear masks”. This store is a bad representation of Lebanon and Kroger. I will happily shop at other stores with safer employees and better potatoes.
Had a very embarrassing experience at the pump checkout when I had a roll of quarters that I had disinfected. I needed 5 dollars in gas and a loaf of bread as all I has was peanut butter, but the biggest: to make my appointment to return to work. The cashier bluntly refused to take my shiny clean quarters. There was no line, also noone around to ask them to change for me. I left ashamed and embarrassed, did not make my appointment, which ended in my losing my job over 20 quarters. And I did not get bread.
I have old reviews below.. at this point I am giving up on this location stopped pushing my empty carriage and walked right out the store.. I shop 8am every Wednesday and the normal now at this location is: Sale items not stocked/totally out. No sale signage out for products. It is such poorly run store. P.S. Kroger, the list function on your app is a nightmare. Lumping 3 totally different products on sale for the same price means I see different things other than what I want.Re-Re-reviewed, the ongoing expansion of Kroger was needed and is very exciting. With our growth we really needed this. Thank you Krogers!, ***The store is clean and well stocked. The people are helpful and the sales did not change after the pandemic craze unlike others (publix) Kroger has good sales prices and many digital coupons. Also I receive frequent mailed coupons specific to me and for free items up to $5. (Package of sausage this time).
Just stopped in to get a gallon of milk, it was in stock for a good price and had a pleasant conversation with a manager. No wait at the self checkout, good experience overall
The Lebanon store dies not have good customer service. Good meat but produce is sometimes poor.
I purchased small lobster tails today and the purchase price stated that that time was $2 each. When I got home I found he had charged me $4 each. The reason I bought them was because they were only $2 because you can buy them for $3 anywhere period when I went back to the store they were almost all gone and there was a yellow sign saying sale $4. I never would have purchased them for $4. I will not go back to that Kroger again ever period and I tried to speak to the manager and she never showed up.
Kroger’s is my first store. Always can count on good deals. However I got Very Sick after eating Kroger brand crab dip. This is the chopped up crab and fake crab in a small clear container. It is located in rear, by the meats and other seafood. I called to report it and my message was received with a very nonchalant attitude. The meat guy says he would check the code dates. I expressed to him, I don’t think the code date is the issue. I also spoke to manager on duty and she did not seem too concerned. My purpose in calling was to get them to pull the product so others would avoid what I have gone through. I feel confident they did not pull the product based upon the response I got. This should concern everyone.Be careful.
Dora is fabulous! This store was crazy busy with people getting off work and shopping for Valentines Day, but Dora was very gracious in spending the time to try and fix my problem. Other employees also pointed out that she would be the one to help. I just moved here from Chicago and am really impressed with the friendly staff!
Better than Walmart.. other than not having certain items.
Great meats.
The night time staff is very considerate when they are stocking the shelves. The daytime staff is very helpful as well as the pharmacy and bakery. The prices can be a little higher, but I feel that its worth it on several things. Also, they do have great deals a lot of the time.
This Kroger location in Lebanon, TN is exceptional. Friendly, accommodating staff. Facility is always clean and tidy. Great Managers Specials every Monday on meats. Kroger is one of the best for produce quality and selection. Great deli and love the Sushi department.
Great employees, poor parking, inventory problems. Open early and late, which is good since they have sacrificed their prime parking to their pick-up customers, so the only way to find a parking spot near the door is to shop around sunrise or after dinner. Lots of empty shelves after the weekend and holidays.
Its not one of the best Krogers that Ive been to, but its not the worst either. Theyre never fully stocked and the employees are not friendly or helpful at all. And Im not crazy about the way that the store is set up either. It seems too much like a maze and that makes it difficult to find items in the store.
I love to shop this location. But...I dont know whos in charge of cleaning the bathroom next to the pharmacy, but their manager needs to be fired. That room is always D E S T R O Y E D!
Krogers has good produce as well as competitive pricing. For me fresh fruits and vegetables are the first thing that I look for in a grocery store. Some of the locations also have a good fresh seafood and butcher counter...Generally side by side.
Theyve been having problems lately keeping everything in stock. Other than that, the staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Williams the assistant store manager. Very cheerful.
Shopping here is great and convenient. We love to drop the dog of to get stuff done at the pet store and then do our shopping here. They always have what Im looking for and even some stuff I wasnt looking for. Fresh meats and fish are always good.
Friendly staff, good prices, quality products. The only thing that keeps this from a five star rating is the fact that there is almost always a wait in the pharmacy. Many times there is one person getting peoples prescriptions and multiple others that seem to be walking around and playing on their cells. Overall though, a great store to shop at.
The store is very convenient and everyone is friendly & helpful. They carry a wide selection of everything you’d need and also have great weekly sale items! Clicklist is so convenient & their awesome staff are attentive and very customer-oriented!
Love this Kroger. Nice people. Union workers are the best ! Cordial. Friendly. Helpful. Im 61 and wouldnt shop anywhere else. Been a customer over 40 years.
Pharmacy will not answer the phone. Customer service will not answer the phone. Store is always crowded. Self check out machines are very picky and the employees are scarce with help. Not a pleasant store to shop at. Definitely a poor choice for filling medications
Kroger is a great place to shop. They have a wide variety of food to choose from at great prices. Publix is more customer service oriented but the people at Kroger are also friendly.
Cant say enough about this Kroger. Love it. Staff always talks to you while your shopping. Great selection of natural food items as well. Good beer and wine selection too
Sale pricing is confusing. The Buy 5 to get sales price is now Buy 10 in many cases. It can be any combination of 10 items, but this leads to wandering through the store if you dont need 10 of the same item. The best thing to do is go to their website to see the sales and make your list. Overall, the store is clean, the people are nice and the prices arent bad.
Its a great big chain grocery store that has what Im looking for 99% of the time. I wont fault them for that 1%. There are always great deals to find, a fantastic deli selection, a wonderful meat department with an array of seasoned and specially prepared selections that make it a must visit every time Im in the store.
Great service with friendly and helpful employees. Sales are usually really good. I like using the loyalty card with digital coupons. Saves money on your gas purchases as well.
Great place to shop. The employees are all very polite and take the time to help. Love the fuel point rewards. Save on groceries and save on gas. Highly recommended.
Always busy. One way isles did not work.
Exemplary grocery store. Lots of items in stock. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the store and quick checkout process. All that you could want from Kroger and more. This location does have a gas station for even more value.
Parking sucked before they designated spaces for Click List, now it sucks even more. This particular store is not big enough for that. The employees are great though, they are always friendly and helpful.
Good place to get hard to find special foods. A little pricey... usually busy. Usually friendly service...
Nice store. I came from out of town and navigated right through. Staff was nice, and so were other shoppers. Overall a great store.
Good produce, good quality meats, clean store.
We saved a lot of money on the things we purchase weekly. The store is clean and very easy to find the items we are looking for. All the employees are helpful.
Now dont get me wrong. Most Krogers Ive been to have not been like the last two times Ive been here. Each time I used a couple of my coupons when I checked out. And each time Ive ended up no where close to what I should have been. And one trip she went to scan my coupon and said I didnt have enough to use it. And then this last trip the post cereal was marked $1.99, and it rang up $2.99, before tax. But it was closing time and I was tired ready to get home. But I am calling in the morning. Whats the point in cutting coupons and shopping smart when its messed up.I will change the stars Tommorow after I get off the phone with them, unless it has a bad ending.
I love Krogers! Plus I love the double fuel points during the summer! To me the employees have become friends I look forward to seeing each week!
This particular location was very busy but everything appeared tidy and clean. The isles were free of debris and swept clean, the restroom was stocked well with whatever youd need and was also obviously cleaned every few hours or so. The only thing I would say is a difficulty here is having to use their pharmacy. It takes hours, of not a whole day, to fill your prescription and then, when you go to pick it up there are only 3 people working there in the pharmacy. One person stays at the drive-thru window, the pharmacist fills prescriptions by herself and the last person is the one at the cash register, running to fetch prescriptions then ring people up and NO ONE is worried about time or how long customers have been waiting. After waiting 40 minutes in line at the pharmacy behind 2 customers, I finally got to the check out and when I asked the lady a question about my prescription-she completely ignored me and just kept leaving the register. The only words out of her mouth was my total. No smile, nothing. Thats it, just what my total was. So, nice store but a word to the wise- be very wary if youre thinking of maybe using the Krogers Pharmacy!
Great employees, all the time. No matter what time or day I go, the staff is always so kind. Theyll always offer to take groceries to my car. Of course, I will tip. Ha!👍
First time in a Kroger . Great selection . Loved the sushi .
Have shopped here numerous timers, usually twice a week. Excellent choices in bread, meat, produce, departments. Excellent prices when added to coupons, and kroger care discounts. Really enjoy the fuel saver points you can earn.
Im handicapped &have to use a scooter...I spent 2hours getting groceries & when I went to check out there was only self checkout lanes. When I asked about this the young girl got snotty with me. I cant do self check out. Period.I will be taking my business to Publix where theyre always very nice & always very happy to help the customer.
Went to Kroger in Lebanon to fill up the car. The pump would not read the card. Wayne goes to the window. The hateful employee, Myra, was rude and yelled at Wayne. She actually told him there are plenty of other places to get gas. We only got $25.00.I called the store and asked to speak to the store manager. The store manager said he would come to the pump and get the situation resolved.Ken, the operations manager, came to the gas station. Wayne and I got out of the car. I showed him my receipt and asked whether or not I had 300 points to use. He agreed I did. He asked if I had another card. I said no. He said he would take care of it. I said I dont want 30 cents back on 1/2 tank of gas. Thats stupid! He told me he would not talk to me if I kept yelling. I told him he needed to tell his employees not to yell at the customers. He said yelling at him wouldnt get anything done. I got back in the car. Wayne talked to him. He did not yell. Nothing got done.Wayne and I both worked at Kroger for many years. We would have been fired on the spot if we had treated a customer the way we were just treated. You just lost a 36 year customer, Kroger!
Kroger or King Soopers which they are known as west of the Mississippi River have many items that you just cant get anywhere else. My mom loves a certain brand of can chicken that is only found at one of their stores. Whenever I go to Lebanon TN and visit with my mom, I always stop by the Lebanon Kroger and pick up a few cans for her. They also have a can pork that I can not find anywhere else and I always pick up some for myself.
To be fair, the workers here are overworked and underpaid. I would know because I was once one of them. They do a stellar job in the time they are given. Most of my coworkers would have gladly taken a moment or two to help out a customer, even if there was stuff they had to get done. So please appreciate these workers and you will get it back tenfold. :)
Parking lot is hard to navigate but, once inside everything is great. Layout is awesome. I love shopping here.
Something has been different about this store the last several months. The shelves appear to be more bare (like tonight, there were zero Kroger brand eggs this evening, which is a staple. Those should never be out), and Ive had to bag my own groceries (not self check out) a handfull of times in the past 2-3 months. Ive never had to do that before. And Im not coming in during dead times. The store is still pretty crowded when Im there. I dont feel like Im saving enough to justify bagging my own groceries and having to either get different, or more expensive brands than I usually do. Publix is closer to my house anyway. At least their customer service has never let me down.
I’ve been going to this Kroger for years and can not recall a bad experience. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and I usually find what I need. There are a couple of things I buy that they run out of very quickly and I never know if it will be available, but typically they have everything I need.
I drive 20 minutes to shop here. I could go to Wal-Mart since its closer, but I choose to come here. The coupons and fuel points are amazing. The workers are helpful and were willing to help me locate items. I love it!
Great fresh fruit. Was able to get several bargains. I rode with a friend and she was amazed at the bargains as well.
I couldnt find the current Friday freebie but a very nice employee looked for me. He did find last weeks that I wanted. My daughter orders every week on the click order online and today she was charged for unsweetened almond milk but it wasnt in the bags. Also she ordered 3 kinds of tea and only received 1 of them. At least they didnt charge for the ones she didnt receive.
Who wouldnt love the grocery store who does this for ♥ Day?!?
I want to update. While thats a nice picture of the Kroger on the westside of Murfreesboro, a store this size just wont work at the current location. Kroger needs to go across the street and do what they did in Hendersonville at Indian Lakes.
Good store I guess. But once again I get cash back and later I find I have been short changed. Thats twice they got me. Dont think I will try again...
Store has a good selection. They also have a very good deli department. They have a good selection of fresh prepared salads.
I enjoy shopping here. Some of the employees are rude and think you actually owe them personally for your groceries but I go to self check out to avoid their attitude! Deli Dept is just as bad! I once got a cake and had the gentleman to write happy into it!!! Lol. I wish I could add the picture cause it looked like a 2 year old wrote it. Sad! All the man had to say was he wasnt able to do so.
I cant even begin to say how much I hate this store. First, parking is an issue, you can never find a spot, they layout of the store is confusing and horrible, but whats worse is the workers. My groceries were literally thrown in my bags, I did not get even get everything I paid for. I had to go to my car and rebag everything I bought or I would have had milk all over and squished bread. The only reason I even shop there is I like their meat, but that is all... Horrible store!
Hermitage Kroger is better. It would be nice if this Kroger had a salad/soup bar, better meat and seafood department and large selection of fresh nuts.
Good if youre in a hurry. Prices are comparable to Publix, a little on the high side. Meat Dept. Has good prices on fresh chicken.
I used to love this store and I still do love the employees there; however, there Deli and Meat department has slipped. I now purchase theses from Publics. Also, the shelfs are never stocked to capacity. They have consistently great deals on Coke products
Very nice full service grocery store. Large selection of various grocery items and other products at reasonable prices.
Love the store for its selection of organic and gluten free items! Ladies at the deli are awesome and friendly.
Got in and out really quickly and I always have a good experience with all tge people that work their that I get to interact with
Convenient. Everything you need. Low prices. Efficient and helpful
No gogurt that was on special. Cannot locate the seasonings. Store is laid out different from other Kroger stores.
Kroger continues to wow me with the lengths they go to, to be competitive yet still offer the highest quality goods! Incentives through the Kroger app, great customer service and seafood will keep me coming back!
Always have the odd things you need. The first store to make an isle for the people like me who have food allergies. This is where mom shopped and have never been disappointed in almost 64 years.
I love shopping here because they have great prices, great meat department in the viewing case meats, great seafood, produce and bakery goods, fresh sushi made right before your eyes and courteous and friendly staff! Prices are about average here.
Busy clean better than cookville location
The parking situation is horrible. I have difficulty finding anything in this store because theyre always changing things. Not too happy that they changed their coupon policy either, prices sure didnt change
Friendly staff.
Great shopping experience in at Kroger! They always have what I need at any Krogers!
The pharmacy was very helpful on my husbands recalled medication.
My time at Kroger was good. In and out. No long lines and freshly service.
2-15-17 | Hateful (older) employee(s) at self-checkout didnt know how to operate his new computerized register. Told me, an idiot trained me. Happened more than once with multiple employees. Whats bad, theyre all employees with tenure working around young people that need positive influences. I hope my son is NEVER trained by someone like this.
They were the only place that had toilet paper an baby wipes when no one else did an their store was very clean
I always find what Im looking for. The people are always nice and willing to help me find something if I cant seem to see it.
GThey need to make sure the mark down price is in their system so they give the shopper the correct price.
Lots of great selections on hand and fresh deli salad items as well.
Krogers just saved me $2,000 on my prescription! Im going to have to switch to them!
