Allison at checkout was amazing - very friendly and packed my stuff up perfect. The meat section guy ignored me and then refused my request for Chicken cordon bleu. Carts were strewn all over the property with trash in them - a total cluster. Parking lot is a disaster. Fuel attendants are friendly and efficient.

I have not been to Safeway in over 2 years. I have however had groceries delivered to my front door. Thank you Safeway, you were almost always there for me. There grocery delivery is $3.99 which is great considering how far away I live. They usually have same day delivery, if not next for sure. There has only been one time I had trouble with ordering groceries through their app. But that went on for well over a week I was unable to order anything. I cant imagine the next time I step into Safeway. Hopefully soon! Pray for the best!!!!

Friendly service with a smile, I do about half of my grocery shopping here.Even though their prices are a little higher than some other places.I always find quality meats and produce which is important when you have a high demand for leafy greens a good protein.

This store is litterly the worst place in town to shop. Longest lines, slowest service, and highest prices. I was willing to deal with the prices since they carried the specialty items I wanted but now they wont sell you bags anymore either saying theyre out while leaving hundreds of them across from the registers. Its just too much at this point, shop somewhere else its not worth the aggravation.

Its Safeway so the prices suck but the staff, bakery and deli foods are really good.

I just love Safeway. They are always 100% reliable, Reliable in the way that you will always know everything will be 3 bucks more than anywhere else on the planet earth. When checking out, you will never have to worry. If all the lines are jam packed with people and you have 18 items, dont worry! Karen who works the 15 and under counter who currently has nobody in line will remind you that she will make no exceptions! and promptly direct you to another line. So thank you Safeway! Honestly not usually a bad place.Tonight however I got food from the deli and it was gross, raw chicken. Shrimp was on the brink of being spoiled... seriously not impressed.

Recently remodeled Albertsons. I like the new layout and they have some good sale items weekly.

I try to avoid shopping here in Lebanon for multiple reasons but today was an urgent visit and geez..after walking around trying to find an associate for 20 minutes-nothing so I walked over to the deli and asked. One employee made himself available for me, he even walked with me to try to help me find what I was looking for🥲 I sadly cannot even attempt to try to spell his name because I have never heard of such a unique name(he also didn’t have a name tag yet). He went above and beyond; I give his customer service a 5 star, also a complete gentlemen, well mannered and patient. This location should/hopefully follow his example, if and when the times comes again that absolutely have to go here I’ll update my review again as always.

Employees are nice, an polite... Also like the fact its one of the only stores in town that will do hand counts on cans and bottles....

I love Safeway for their Deli Department, Bakery Department, Pharmacy department. Right now the Deli has a really good Manager. She is always right there next to her crew doing everything they do. They all are a pleasure to be around. Even when a rush comes in for deli food the crew try to get each customer what they asking for as fast as they can. The Bakery crew are equally as polite and helpful, With fresh hot bread or baked goods on the shelf ready to buy.I can also always count on Safeway to have great weekly deals for milk, bread, produce and meat.

Rude staff, high prices, and there bottle and can machines need updated and serviced!!! The staff is rude to people who are returning cans and bottles when asking for help with getting the machines working again. They usually only have 1 or 2 machines running anyway so its a slow and agonizing so when one machine goes down its about 20 mins to get it running again. Very long and difficult process at this store. I would suggest any other store in town to return deposits

This Safeway has a friendly and helpful staff the store it self is clean and well maintained. However their restrooms are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. It is difficult to believe that the management takes so little care of their customers in this COVID-19 age.

Deli has awful customer service. Stood waiting for help, lady stood in front of me doing paperwork and didnt have the decency to even let me know someone would be with me in a minute. Legit acted like I was not standing there waiting, including ignoring me trying to speak to her. To top it off, I was picking up and order that I had placed a couple days before, they had no record of the order and did not have it ready. I feel bad for the ladies running around because they are short staffed, but that is no excuse for just plain rudeness.

Our butter from the meat department had some sort of fish oil on it and it REEKS!! I’ve washed my heads with everything I can think of even used lotion to try to cover up the smell. Is this an employee playing a sick joke? I can’t believe that was done on accident or unknowingly at this point. When I call the store it doesn’t go through.

Love their fresh meat and seafood. Clams were still alive when we bought them. Checkout lines are always way too long of a wait. Need more employees checking for a 5th star!

Since Shopping Cart closed down. Safeway is the best place to buy meats, fresh vegetables and fruit.

A little respect and common sense goes a long way. Unfortunately only half the employees of this store have that. The bad half give such bad attitudes you just want to slap them. I like the other safeway stores but this one is the worst. Whoever is running this and half the employees need to be fired.

Very clean. A shopper can save a lot of money by using the just for U app and the weekly flier. Without paying attention Safeway can be a little higher on their prices. I like the friendly staff and how clean the store is. They have a wonderful bakery.

Had the most disgusting pot pie from deli they used sliced processed chicken lunch meat in pie GROSS!

Small Safeway but nothing outside of what I expect for a Safeway. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed with small crowds, but its a small town.

This was my first time being in this Safeway store. I thought the store was very clean. All the shelves looked stocked. Staff was very friendly. It was somewhat busy. Some of the customers were not wearing there mask properly but the only thing I bought was a 20oz mountain dew. It was 2 dollars. A little expensive. But oh so good going down. I will definitely come back.

Friendly.staff, clean and organized store.(Jan 2021) Store was recently reorganized and added self-check.For me, the reorganization was smart and makes finding things simpler as like-items are now together (e.g. - chips aisle now has other snack foods like nuts/jerkey).

I usually shop at Safeway in Sweet Home Oregon but they dont keep the shelves stocked during the day so went to the 1 in a town about 12 miles away and it was so much bigger and nicer than ours I was able to get everything I wanted 😃😃

They would get a 5 starts but I havent been able to get prickly pear there in a few months for my dragons. Not really their fault though. They do have the best produce in the linn county area

Drive up & go is sometimes a joke...first time I got half my groceries & didnt realize until I got home (which is 20 minutes from town). Second time they tried to give me someone elses groceries who had the same first name (spelled differently), third time I ordered I again only got half my groceries. Not received were my frozen goods or 4 gallons of regular old 2% milk that I ordered. The milk was on my original order confirmation but not on my receipt or listed as an out of stock item. The lady on the phone indicated they were NOT out of milk & she couldnt explain why the milk was just completely missed. Moral of the story: check to make sure you have all your groceries before you leave the parking lot (kind of defeats the purpose of contactless, but...) I expect this from the local drive up & go big box store competitor but not from Safeway.

Great fresh fruits and produce. However long waiting periods in line surrounded by people with no 6 feet distance. Expensive as well be aware.

It was great. I like that employees were all wearing masks, especially those employees handling food. I also like that Safeway is wiping down carts and baskets and continuing to expect customers keeping 6 feet apart. Thank you for helping to keep this old man safe!

They should remove the 3s a crowd sign, clearly they dont care. Ive been in lines of 7 people more times then I can count. I can have one thing to buy and Ill spend more then 30mins in a line. I dont think its the staffs fault, I think its poor management. The number of registers open at any given day are never an appropriate amount. The sign spinning over the registers, reminding us of the company standard feels like a middle finger.

Masks optional, apparently. They will give you a gentle talking to, if you dont wear, but they will still let you shop and check out. My last visit to this store after learning this from the manager

Not a real fan of this Safeway. The parking lot is too small the store is too small and workers are rude. Dont bother to get your prescriptions there because youll be waiting there at least an hour sorry Safeway this place just dont cut it.

Great selection, I highly reccomend signing up for their Safeway Club program before going. If you have it and use it, there is large potential for a high amount of savings.
