Went on opening day at the Lebanon farmers market! Little bit of a wait but its fun watching them make orders!! Will defenitly be coming back with all the kids soon!! Tons of different choices- I had the Nutella. My sister had the Snickers. Both were awesome!

Excellent choice of flavors and very friendly staff. Each dish of icecream takes about 5 minutes to make, but its worth the wait! Very good!

I had to try Zala’s Rolled Ice Cream after all I’d heard about it. And it was so good! I loved trying a variety of flavors. I got a single scoop which is a lot for your money. Great value and yum!!

We are a bit picky about ice cream so we gave it a try. We were not disappointed....There was a line but it moved quickly as there was a staff to accommodate the crowds. Seating could be tricky but people tended to eat and move on so we had no issues there either. The shop was clean and well maintained and there were lots of great photos to browse.

Easy access from anywhere in Zala’s Rolled Ice Cream. It is, in fact, really outstanding Ice Cream. It is not low calorie but it is really good. A real treat.

We decided to brave the daily line out the door and try the ice cream since it seems so popular there. It was very hot, about 97 degrees and sunny and we waited in the heat part of the time outside. The line moves at a fair pace, but it was still 25 minutes from getting in line to reaching the counter and placing our orders.

We stopped here after our Bonaventure Cemetery tour. There was a line, but it want pretty quickly. What a great time we had! The service was quick and helpful, and the selection of treats was awesome. Peach ice cream, Zala’s Rolled Ice Cream

According to friends, Leopolds is worth the wait. I have to agree. If you are going for just an ice cream cone or cup it’s an easy thing. If you want to order lunch or maybe a sundae getting a table could be tricky. We got there at just the right time and didn’t have to wait in a line extending out the door. We also got a great table. Sandwiches were excellent. You can also pre order your ice cream with your lunch, return to the register without waiting in line again and pick it up when you’ve finished your sandwiches.

I have heard a lot about this place so i decided to stop for icecream, it was hands down by far the best icecream i have ever had in my life and ive been to 89 countries! The rum bisque and the coconut flavors are to die for, you may have to queue for 20 min on a busy day but trust me its worth it.

Was so good .I had the coconut and the Lemon and yup it was delicoius.It was a long line but went quickly and the brought menus so they could keep to line moving because people already knew what they wanted

I got the peanut butter/chocolate chip. Can’t remember the name. It was good. I’m not an ice cream connoisseur, but I would just call it good ice cream. With a wait.

We planned a Zala’s Rolled Ice Cream for our Girl Scout Troop. We ordered over a week in advance and had payed for delivery to a city square. Our food did not arrive on time and when called we were told 20 mins. Then 20 mins later called again and told 10 mins.

They have rolled ice cream, frappes, and limbers, all of which taste amazing. The people are friendly, and the environment is also great due to the fun, colorful decor. The prices are good too. Would definitely recommend.

Ive been here once and will definitely be returning!! This place makes excellent cold treats! Rolled ice cream and limber. Customer service was so so but I think it was during their first month of business. The other thing was the atmosphere. There was a family and these kids were running wild!! Harassing customers waiting for their ice cream and none of the staff said a word to them. Very uncomfortable. Take your purchase and leave unless its empty. I was gonna leave bcuz of it but I really wanted to try their rolled ice cream. Its Definitely worth checking out and a little pricey.

My girlfriend and I were very disappointed. Too many rude people working there. The ice cream was fine, but not worth dealing with them or investing my money to have this place have any longevity in this town.

At this time we have leave the square for a tour that was already scheduled. We did receive a refund and were told we could come get our food after our tour. Which we did but now it’s raining and we ate with 11 girls and 8 moms sitting under an awning on the street. Also the order was messed up when we finally received it.

This establishment would have been given 100%, the ice cream and it presentation were amazing, but it was cut down to 50% due to Customer Service. I was not greeted and was immediately ask what do you want? I hope this will change, because it can become rewarding experience at the end

The atmosphere is amazing and so is their Limber. Its really flavorful. Their rolled ice is a hit or miss depending on what you choose.

You got to check this place out it is a new experience for this area we enjoyed our ice cream everyone was friendly the place was very clean.

My family and I went here for a fun Sunday trip and we absolutely LOVED it. There was a variety of options to choose from the the serving size was BIG (took half of mine home).

Place was not busy, walked in and got looks as opposed to being greeted. Menu is pretty confusing. Ordered, paid and got no interaction from anyone behind the counter. Ice cream kinda just tasted like frozen milk.

Heard about this place, decided to give it a try.The store is bright and inviting, could use a bit more atmosphere (decor), but its good enough. We got some Oreo ice cream, Fruity Pebbles ice cream, Nutella ice cream, and a Nutella frappe. Everyone was happy and loved it. It stayed cold throughout the entire cup. No melty mess at the end.I recommend stopping here, perfect for a frozen treat and its cool to watch how its made.Im happy to see more unique and family run businesses in Lebanon.

Waited 40 minutes for my ice cream and when I got it it was very underwhelming. It tasted like frozen milk. It’s unacceptable to wait 40 minutes for ice cream when I can order a pizza and have it delivered to my doorstep in that amount of time. I had high hopes and the service and product did not deliver.

The customer service was amazing and tye prices were cheap on icecream and the establishment was very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Lebanon.Also to Erica Pineiro the restaurant makes the ice cream rolls fresh and the process is long. Also they only have two stations to make the rolls. So you should expect to wait.

This place is very clean humble friendly excellent service natural fruits fresh icecream recommend it cuz u could go with your family friends even alone they would make u feel at home 😍😍💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

Zalas has the potential to really turn into something big for Lebanon but if they don’t correct their customer service then I don’t see it happening, you need to greet your customers once they walk in and either help them right away if possible or tell them we will be right with you, I went in yesterday and nobody greeted me, and nobody seemed happy to help. You guys can have the greatest ice cream and limbers in Lebanon but if your customer service is bad that’s what will keep the customers from never going back, this isn’t a post to bash you guys, this is advice to help you guys grow into something really big for Lebanon especially being Puerto Rican owners I’m Puerto Rican and I want to support but you gotta fix the customer service!

Wait time is terrible, one of the workers just walked away when the place was packed, I got the salted caramel and it had so much salt in it I couldn’t even eat it and it made me sick. Waste of money, don’t bother.

Customer service was horrible. No one greeted us, just kept doing whatever they were doing. Wait time was too long. We waited about a hour for 3 rolled ice creams.
