This crew was absolutely awesome. Came in late this Monday and was well taken care of. Felt like I was in good hands for some vehicle maintenance that I needed to have done quickly and conveniently. Very impressed with the speed and professionalism.

ZERO stars!!!!“assistant manager” never said a word to me, just grabbed my paperwork and credit card and waved me out with a scowl.Today I noticed that I’ve been separately charged for services which I never agreed to or needed and which were never even discussed. When I was given my receipt for the work done, the extra services were not mentioned, and the extra charges were not included on my receipt I didn’t know additional charges were placed on my card til I found out myself today when reviewing my transactions.When I called Jiffy to tell them what happened the Manager told me there is nothing he can do. Apparently because they did the service (which I have no evidence of and again was never discussed) they have to charge me and there’s no exception for stuff like this. Not once did I hear an apology or an acceptable answer. The man literally told me that the only way I could get a refund is if I give him my car otherwise they would have worked on it “for free”Completely absurd and unacceptable. I’m no lawyer but I suspect this kind of bullying isn’t legal.Avoid at all cost. This place does not deserve your a penny of your money.

Good service and not too pushy on the upsells. Great place for an oil change and/or emissions test/registration renewal. Still a very crowded location, and not as fast as they used to be, but all around a good experience

The team was awesome today! Diego leads a great crew. Although some mistakes were made, the guys were doing the right checks and verifying all was well; which helped them realize and fix what had gone wrong even before I had an issue on the road. Great execution and great customer service!

I went to get an emission test done. The guy who did the test was great. Very fast an efficient. When I went to pay however Hunter asked what vehicle I had and then answered 2 phone calls walked outside. And I was waiting longer to pay than yesterday test took. Someone else came and helped with my payment when I was walking back to my car I saw hunter going to the pizza place across the parking lot. Terrible communication

Awesome service. All of the staff were super nice. I usually don’t like or go to Jiffy Lube but I gave this one a chance and was pleasantly surprised.

It took me more than 2 hours to change the oil and change the back break pads. They did not check the tire pressure as I asked. Not going back to that location. Staff seems to be very nice though.

I love going to this Jiffy Lube. I went to get my emissions done and renew my vehicle registration. There was no wait and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. Their staff is always friendly and helpful.

Murphy at the Saratoga Springs location worked so hard to fix my breaks. I thought I needed a simple brake job, but it ended up being more work. Even they could have told me to come a different as the work required more time. Murphy and the team there insured that I was able to have my car fixed up that day. I was so happy to drive away feeling safe and taken care of.

I’ve been bringing my car to this Jiffy Lube for my emissions every year since 2017. Every time I have been there, my car has passed without a problem until today. Today I went in and they told me that my car was failing so I explained my confusion because they had always passed me before. The guy at the shop told me that whether or not I pass “depends on the inspector” which is a complete joke. I haven’t made any additional modifications to my car within the last 4 years so I don’t understand what changed. You’d think that it wouldn’t matter because all of the inspectors work at the same shop but apparently this Jiffy Lube location likes to just roll the dice on inspections and let the employee decide whether or not they want to let the car pass, which is absolutely ridiculous. I will never bring my car to this Jiffy Lube ever again.

Very professional and kind and fast service. There is always a long line though.Today they didnt show me my charges before taking payment and I was charged for things that was not communicated.Also be ready to wait in your car during the service due to COVID.

Was told a half an hour but took over an hour. Paperwork says I declined a vacuum but I did not decline anything, was never even asked. They also put on the paperwork that a new sticker was placed in my window and that was not done. A lot of employees were just standing around and cars could have been being worked on instead of 4 of them just standing around 1 car talking.

Was able to pull right up to the bay for an oil change, they were courteous and fast which is much appreciated on a busy Monday. Will return again

The staff and service at the Saratoga store was help and very thorough. The Saratoga store has always my Jiffy Lube of choice and I would recommend them to anyone.

Went there today to get emissions test and oil change done. I went to run some errands while they worked on the car. Before I left, I asked if they would call me when it was done. I was told I would be called when they brought it in... Never got a call. As I was killing time waiting for it, I finally decided to call and it had already been done. The worst part about them not calling is when I got back to the location, I was informed they only did emissions and not the oil change because they thought my car had an issue that didnt let them. I went to another place for them to do the oil change to see if they would say the same thing and they didnt. I dont think the people at jiffy lube really know what they are doing and it was very frustrating to not get a call at all especially when they suspected a problem (one that would end up totalling my car with the cost to repair the issue) Im not going back.

Everything was fine except they pointed out a chip on my windshield that was not very noticeable after they fixed it now there is a white dot on my windshield I asked and they said it’s supposed to be like that, with a white dot I looked at videos and it’s supposed to be clear almost invisible.

Great job and fast friendly service

My engine had a clicking sound so I took it in to have it looked at. They charged me $250 and the car died the very next day. I had to get it towed and get a new car. It would have been nice to use that $250 towards my new car instead of Jiffy Lube getting whatever they could out of me (while most likely realizing my car was about to die). When friends asked where I took my car to, they were all appalled that I took it to Jiffy Lube and told me their own horrible experiences. Lesson learned, I guess.

This location is like a box of chocolates. You never know what youre gonna get!

Came around 8:50 with maybe 2 cars in the bay, just for oil changes. I came for emissions and registration. I’m currently sitting here at 9:50 and nothing is close to being finished for me. There was many employees walking around, mind you I’m not sure if there’s only certain people who can do emissions, but I think an hour + wait for a 20 min inspection on a 2017 car is kind of absurd. I’ve never liked jiffy lube to start with and will never be coming back.

[Updated] Good experience overall, except recommending I get the “extremely corroded” terminals cleaned on my brand new battery and changing my brand new filter because it’s “dirty”. Come on guys. This is ridiculous. Stop the BS. Be honest and maybe I’ll buy the additional services when I actually need them. [Update] Gotta eat my words. Went back today with another car. Everything was perfect. Fast service. Great value. None of the other concerns came up. These guys do a great job. Even had a short windshield wiper for my rear window, and those are hard to find. Nice job guys.

I’ve always been treated courteously at this jiffy lube and been given great care for my vehicle. We bring our vehicles here for lube maintenance and DMV renewals and are always pleased with the service.

They were easy to work with, but didn’t call me when my vehicle was done. I had to walk back to the Jiffy Lube and tell them my vehicle was done for them to give me back my keys (they had computer up with status of your vehicle status). They also parked my car so that I was boxed in and needed to wait five minutes for an employee to back out the other car so I could pull out. It was a busy day for them, but I think they should have been expecting it. Otherwise, very pleasant and customer-centered business to work with.

Great service and quick turnaround. Much more organized than the Jiffy Lube on Pony Express. Ill be coming back to this one!

This Jiffy Lube is fantastic. They are efficient and polite. Very clear in the walk through of any additional needs that your vehicle may have. They caught that my registration needed to be renewed and made it unbelievably easy. Jax helped me and the customer service was top notch.

It was fairly busy but they got my inspection done quickly. The staff was courteous and efficient. Its nice to know that theres a good place in the neighborhood to go to for quick things like this.

I got to Jiffy Lube (in Saratoga Springs) right when they opened and was greeted by super kind, professional and upbeat service members who got right to work. They made honest recommendations based on their expertise, told me where I could hold off and where services that I thought I needed, were actually unnecessary. I wouldn’t have known the difference either way and would have paid the money had they not shown integrity. So, I truly appreciate the honest assessment of the actual needs of my vehicle, so that I didn’t pay unnecessarily. Also, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was in and out. Great service. Awesome employees. Happy customer!

Nice and helpful employees. However, when I came back to pick it up I found that it had been parked by the shop but not entirely in its line of sight with the window rolled down, doors unlocked, and keys in the ignition. FOR 5 HOURS!! Are you kidding me?? When I went in to pay and asked the guy for the keys he was like uh check the car. The keys might be there. If not come back. They might be in here. I cannot recommend a shop that treats vehicles with such nonchalance. Not going back.
