Worst store. N the customer service. Was bad. All because they dont pay attention...or communicate...will never step into that store. Dont even know why those girls are workkng there.

Have you ever been to a store where, when you walk in you can immediately tell that the employees give zero F#@ks. That is this store. Asked the lady behind the counter a question and immediately said she didnt know and to go somewhere else. I have no idea how this place is still open.Given 2 stars because the store itself is presentable.

Worst phone service I have ever used, rather have an obama phone. At least then Im not PAYING for a phone that only works half the month

Yeah Right I went there. Just left why cause one thing was advertised and when I got there 50 turned in to 79 when 50 was for six I only wanted one. Tell the truth.

Useless place, I have been trying to buy a plane, but I cant they said like not. Whats wrong with this place??

The store couldn’t activate my unlocked iPhone but could activate one purchased from them, this seemed like a con job. I was told “a known issue” prevented them from activating my phone. Twenty minutes turned into 45 minutes. Other then these two issues they provided ok service, the store activated the new phone I had to buy from them. Phone and network work well.

I got an iPhone 5s for $50 you cant beat that anywhere. They offer a big waiting area, a comfortable couch. Must be the biggest Boost Mobile Store Ive ever been to. They take payments for other carriers.

I never complain so for me to even be doing this you know someone messed up, i went into this boost location on Saturday December 3 2016, now every time i go in that store to pay or make a change to my account everything goes wrong with my service, since day one ive have nothing but issues with BOOST MOBILE, really im just tired of horrible service i will be switching to another carrier and never recommend BOOST MOBILE, i run a respectable business, and i dont do this to my customers!!!!!
