Great Manager, AND Employees.They are...Very Knowledgeable,Very Competent,Very Nice,and Very Helpful.I have been going there for awhile, and whenever I have a question, or need any type of help with my phone or service, they are always happy, pleasant, and informative.They go above and beyond, and have Great Customer Service.I go there Specifically, and keep going there, because of the Great Customer Service, AND, I have sent friends, and family there because of it.I just went in yesterday for a phone upgrade, and got a great deal, (Even better than expected) along with Great Customer Care.I highly recommend them.Thank you to all at the store.

I would give it a zero if I could. After spending 30min in the store waiting for someone in customer service to unlock account (that was the only way the associates knew how to get into the account), we inquired about an iphone and payment plan, the associates said the person that knows how to do the instalments isnt here today 30min wasted and a locked account!!!

Metro bytmobile has bettered my phone service, my phone is faster, the customer service is unbelievable, the plans are awesome. i absolutely am more than satisfied with the 7885 Metro bytmobilecome by and check them out! you wont regret it. Nor is incredible :)

The best customer service in any metro store Ive been in. I live closer to the other side of Lemon Grove (other metro store) but I come all the way here because it doesnt matter if Im in a wheelchair, I get treated with respect & fairly! Will continue to send other metro customers there as well as people looking to change carriers. Great management by Noor h his staff. It doesnt make you feel like a customer, but like a guest!

Terrible service dont let the 4 stars fool you, would give MetroPCS at 7885 Broadway LG no stars if possible. They will try to sell you phones that will not work with any other plans or services. Rude, crude, do not know phones. Owner/operator has little or no knowledge base to recommend anything but what he sells in his store. Employees have trouble with understanding and communicating in English . Will talk over you to push their products. Only go there if you want a very unpleasant visit. There are many other phone stores in Lemon Grove.
