Love the one in Massachusetts, Lemon Grove. Opened until 10:00 pm. The best service. Great people.

The staff at the location are some of the best in customer service and getting a placed correctly and the drive through area some of the best .When you have a location that looks small from the outside when you walkin its much larger in size with great features and large art wall. Customer friendly they have been the best if the drink is make one that you had ordered courtesy and team work makes it a great location .Located near other stores and for those that great hamburgers is In and Out burger with Starbucks you have great lunch location . Starbucks you can go and have warm coffee or the best baked goods with great coffee or a nice cappuccino . As a reviewer that I have seen many this one location is one of the best even where you can check your lap top .

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, we spend about $50 to $80 every day here and there is always something wrong but this is the worst time. We continued to come here because the convenience of the drive thru only. How can anyone give these two drinks and think it’s ok. I’ll let the drinks speak for themselves. Bad almond milk and what they give you when you order a venti with no ice.

It’s ok most of the time… I love Starbucks but u gotta train some of ur baristas better.. I asked for a venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and it didn’t look like a venti.. it looked like someone took like 3 big sips out my cup! I would have let them make me another one but I was hella low on gas.. but I really need one.. smh…

I usually have a really good experience here. One time I had a bad experience where the staff member didnt want to split a drink into 2 cups, but I still go here often. It is a drive-thru Starbucks and it is right next to an In-N-Out drive-thru. Always expect many cars!!

It was good, just a little disappointed that their wasnt any decaf coffee. Although they did offer decaf americano but that to strong as I tried it last time.

We went through the drive thru. As soon as we ordered we could tell in the guys voice he didnt want to work. Was very rude in rushing my order and not only that but the drinks were disgusting . Ive been coming to starbucka over 35 years and this is the 1st time thw drinks are NASTY and horrible service. Lazy kids not wanting to work. What a waste of money .

Slowest drive through EVER, even though someone stands outside and takes your order ahead of time. Get to window, I had 6.80 on my card for my regular coffee. They take all money from my card and tell me I didnt pay enough. Then when I ask why a regular coffee is 6.80 and my 84 stars doesnt cover it either. The clerk begins to be rude and say that I ordered more than I have money for. And repeated a long order that isnt mine. Doesnt refund money, and still wants me to pay for a coffee. I told him to keep the coffee and the attitude. This place is just cant seem to get it together. Not the first issue here.

Super busy location, long lines both drive through & in-store, pack patience. I ordered a carmel macchiatto only to realize after driving off that they forgot to add the shots. So what I got was a grande cup of hot milk & caramel.I guess I have to sip & hold up the line to verify.

Sometimes Starbucks is great sometimes theyre weak I go to the lemon grove Starbucks it seems like they do a lot of training there I go there every day I order two drinks the drinks are not consistent so I will go to the Starbucks on Spring Street to make up for that or I will go into Albertson s but one way or the other they keep me coming back with their dreams so theyre doing something right,,,,, addicted

This is hands down the worst Starbucks in Lemon Grove and probably all of San Diego. Their employees have attitudes. The Frappuccino I got had a crack in it and when they saw this the employees just looked at me. No offer of remaking the drink...nothing. I left the drink and walked out. Didnt even drink it. Way to go Starbucks. Great business plan. At this rate you wont have to make coffee at all. Just dilute some warm water in a cup with some sugar. Thats where this company is headed.

This place is so beautifully done, me and my friend couldnt help but say it was sexy xD!! With beautiful be furniture and jazzy sexy music for this setting. The staff were awesome and very calm. And the bathroom was fair . Enjoyed y your time!. The window are also perfect 👌

It was getting close to closing time and I needed some caffeine for the road. The outside lights had already been turned off but I saw another car take the gamble at going through the drive thru so I decided that theres strength in numbers, I may as well pull in behind said car and hope for the best.They actually took both of our orders, had great attitudes about it, got every detail of the special order correct ... and we drove away very grateful.Thank you team SDbux! I always go here but yesterday this young man name Issac was really nice. Excellent customer service and was very alive. 10/10 customer service! Starbucks better treat this young man good or I’ll go to a different location! 10/10 location.

Overall I have to say, I was ultimately disappointed. The very polite young man that took my order, had gotten the order wrong. When I noticed it, he was kind enough to fully refund one of my two drinks. I was especially happy about that. However, once I got my drinks and drove away, I noticed that BOTH drinks were missing the key ingredient of caramel. How does Starbucks serve Caramel Apple Spice, without adding any caramel??? I was surprised by this since I would have left resoundingly pleasant feedback for the refund mentioned earlier. Of course, I will continue shopping at Starbucks; but highly encourage Starbucks to more thoroughly train and vet its employees on being thorough. We, the public, expect better from Starbucks; for our $3.00 to $4.00 beverages.

I been meaning to leave a review for a year. The place is nice, the people are nice. But for whatever reason the drinks are always off. Not bad just not right. It always taste just a little bit off from literally every other Starbucks in the city. I can order something here with the same specifications I give any other place. And its just different.

The environment is casual, and the plugs by the wall with art are broken; theyre loose and wont hold up anything I charge.Started off by ordering water. 30 min later and NEVER got my water... so McDonalds got my business with their coffee.... yikes for this place....

Employees are almost always in a bad mood and then have the audacity to make fun of people about what drinks they want.During a pandemic too...Starbucks you need to get your employees in check and hold them to a higher standard. Easily my favorite Starbucks because of 1) proximity to my house, 2) drive thru 3) access to the 94 freeway. Fast friendly service, and theyll make things right when service is less than fast. Just be aware that the In-and-Out line can sometimes make entering/exiting the shopping center a bit challenging.

Nice new Starbucks... spacious... clean.. Manager is professional and conscientious.Note: The location is not the best (Funky area that needs a lot of TLC).. this Starbucks (one of two in this shopping mall) is a step up for the area on general. (4/2017)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who are quick even with a crowd. The space is nice and large, kept clean, and many areas with available outlets which are great for working.

Starbucks next to a In N Out, next to freeway exit and entrance. Other than the fact the 3 times Ive gotten drinks here, they either watery, or tasted weak, the driveway/intersection is a fkin disaster. I really like dealing with entitled soccer moms blocking traffic to get their Starbucks fix.

Nice location that is fairly new! Drive by is always busy so be patient. Im not really a Starbucks fan but I receive gift cards so I go. I havent found a Starbucks that will serve the Mocha HOT enough. Most of the time, its lukewarm, even though i Order + 140 degrees.

This Starbucks is one of the worse ones around. I come here because. It is the only one in my neighborhood. The employees working here have terrible attitudes. Not very friendly nor catering to their customers. It more about the quantity of customers served rather than the quality of the service. The facility is unorganized...messy...and the restrooms are dirty. Dont order cold brew here...they just simply cant get it right. It always too light and watered down and tastes awful. The employees here needs serious coaching and to be re trained when it comes to customer service. This place give Starbucks a really bad reputation!

I’m done.(1) Several times, my mobile order has been wrong. I’m paying a lot of money for a wrong drink. I haven’t said anything in the past until now. (2) Starbucks coffee training has gone down. It’s not good like it used to be (2016-17).(3) Your stores are too focused on drive thru and not on the mobile or in-store customers.What I’m relaying is not new information. (In San Diego, I can name 3-4 locations that closed for low sales - poor people and sales skills on top of bad coffee training aids in producing low store sales)Done.

Staff is always very friendly! I always do drive thru, there can be a long line of cars but it always goes by quickly! I ordered the Green tea lemonade and the iced chai tea latte with two scoops of matcha!!! they were BOMB!!!!

Excellent customer service. Traffic can be a bit challenging if you are driving in from Massachusetts entrance due to in n out being across the way and within the same shopping center. If you can, I would suggest using the Broadway entrance make a right towards Carls Jrs and just follow arround👍

Live in the area, this is not my go to Starbucks. Came here because i was in the area, order and very specific complicated drink and they KNOCKED IT OUTTA THE PARK!!! This is my new go to for sure -Anna Ochman (doesnt have gmail)

I like the new location since theyve moved from beautiful downtown lemon grove..... the baristas are all engaging and fun. The best thing to do here is drink; read; relax....

I ordered my coffee online today, 20 minutes later I went to pick it up and it’s not there. Then they took another 15 minutes to give me a rushed order that tasted really bad. Compared to all the other Starbucks I go to this one usually never gets it right :(

There is this guy named Tito who works here. He is very helpful and super humble. He cared about my order as if it were his own. Outstanding service.

So many employees; very little help! This is maybe the only Starbucks that will make you wait at the counter for few minutes. ... while employees walk by you back-and-forth patty will be there, she is getting something from the back also every time I go there it seems like everyone is in a training again. If youre always in a rush like me, consider other locations.

Dont come here!!!!!!! Door from the bathroom doesnt work even if its lock. Internet is slower than a turtle might as well stay home. Workers are nice just the quality of the internet is very very very bad. My drink didnt taste as usual either.

4 stars for cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. I agree that this place is very busy, but they made their own parking area so that helps. The internet at this Starbucks is painfully slow so that factors into losing a star from me as that is important to a visit to me.
