Food was amazing! I was recommend to come here and glad I finally came. Only reason for the missing star is this is a very small and tight diner. The tables can very tightly seat 4 and it is not at all baby or toddler friendly, which made it difficult for us with a 1 year old. If I didnt have the toddler, I would come back more! But hey, there is always To go!
Service was a tad slow. However they had a large party in front of us and we understand. The food however.... Was absolutely amazing. I was looking for a small diner type place like back east and i feel this was exactly what i was looking for. Everything we had to eat was amazing and well worth the little wait we had. Definitely will be back here when i get the craving again!
Came for breakfast and left with a fiesta in my mouth! The Machaca & Eggs were expertly spiced and had amazing flavor. Try both of their salsas, just perfection. So friendly and helpful. Will absolutely return, there were too many amazing choices to choose from.
We love going here. My favorite part is the Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. They keep getting better and better and better. Keep up the good work guys. We will be ordering more take-out every week. If it were up to me, Id have one 3 times a week lol

Great Place for drink and dine. I was with my family here and had a great experience. Food was on top with great varieties of drinks served. People were nice there and environment was very safe and friendly.
Like the name suggests, this a great local classic American diner with a Mexican twist. I had the ultimate omelette which was very good. The portions are good and not ridiculously huge like you see in most places.
Met an old friend for breakfast to catch up. The crepes were wonderful, and it is a classic neighborhood diner experience. Chef is wonderful.
There was a time when I wouldnt hesitate to rate the Bleu Whisk with 5 stars. Sadly, that time has clearly passed. Under the current ownership, the Bleu Whisk has taken a dive in both quality and service. When I entered the restaurant at 11am on a Saturday, I expected the place to be packed; instead I was the only customer in the place.I waited at least 5 minutes before my server finally appeared. I ordered country fried steak, the waitress asked me how I wanted the steak done. Im pretty sure country fried steak only comes one way: done.The food was fine, nothing special. As far as greasy spoon type diners go, it was utterly forgettable. I dont think i will be returning. (if only the previous owners would...)

Fresh ingredients, great taste! They offer both Mexican and American dishes. Chilaquiles are bomb!! Crunchy with not too spicy not to bland sauce. Great service as well!!!
Angelica is the cook there, she is always smiling and laughing with the customers. Angelica puts alot of Love into her cooking! Always a Great and Friendly Experience!

Eaten here several times. Quality food, thick bacon, large servings, friendly servers excellent efficient cook. We are now regulars for breakfast!
Small classic dinner with a Mexican style. Salsa and beans made on premises. Locally sourced eggs and bread. Price is good. We had Huevos rancheros and chiliquiles with coffee for $28.Very friendly people, too. Of the three parties that were there for late breakfast, all there commented on not having been there before.
