It was conveniently located, and it was a big stress reliever to simply see an In-N-Out Burgeron my way back to Tijuana, during the less than convenient crossing of the border. The food was fresh (as always), and somehow this location seems to have a shorter length of time for waiting in the drive thru-with an even longer line than usual! I think I jus might deep freeze my Burger for a special occasion*My only suggestion would be:Place an In-N-Out right near the border*(Drivers be on the lookout😏)

Went late nite. They were busy as expected. They got the food out as quick as possible. Quality meat. Quality staff. Great fires. Try animal style if you have not before. Ample parking.

Great freshly prepared food at reasonable prices! Why else would anyone wait in line upwards of 20-30 minutes?They are following the state and local mandated guidelines for Covid-19 by not allowing dinning on the premises and all employees wearing masks. The go the extra precautionary step and bag your condiments separately.They are staying true to the way they have always conducted business; fast, fresh and friendly. Well worth the wait every time!

This hamburger spot does a brisk business. Always clean and though its a popular spot, the employees keep the customers orders going fast. On my last visit, I did ask for a chocolate shake. And came out with a neapolitan . Which I didnt know they did for customers. So you learn about their dedication to pleasing patrons, in even small ways too.

Consistently long lines. But it moves far more swiftly than you would think. And, its worth it if youre going to do fast food. I hadnt eaten fast food in more than six months and tried another popular chain a few days before. The difference in freshness is incredible.

During this pandemic, In n Out Berger has gone way above and beyond in making me feel safe when using a drive thru. I love the fact that the money and food handlers remain separate as always. I am paying by Apple Pay on iPhone!!!!Thank you In n Out for really caring about your customers.

First visited the place and ordered a normal burger, the line inside the store wasn’t understandable (place isn’t around the east coast) so as a traveler I figured I see what the buzz is about.Second visit here, and for sure now it’s all about the secret menu options! Did animal style with peppers for the 4x4 burger; perfect flavor and price matches. Got fries (also “animal style” ) as a shared item. Easier to eat in an open box. Tight parking lot for drive thru; made some phone calls and waited out. Hooked!

This place has very nice employees. And there cheeseburgers are the best. Keep up the great work.

In and Out is pretty consistent and today was the same. Line was all the way out into the main street but it was moving. Food was great and tasted like In and Out. No complaints here. These people are working hard to get the food out quickly. About 17 employees working at full speed inside these stores.Have some patience.

My favorite burger spot where I like to go in and eat my cheeseburger with delicious hot skinny fries. Some changes since my last visit. Catchup and soft drink are controlled by restaurant and distributed to customers. Also, many tables had signs stating ‘not available’. Meat on burger is always fresh and burgers are the best.

In n out has always been a great American classic!! The burgers are very simple yet super flavorful and delicious 🤤😋. The fries is on the top 3 on my list for the best. There service is very attentive and wonderful. It truly is a great experience Everytime we go there. No matter which location. I highly recommend it but I know its not necessary.. because theyre one of the most popular food chains out there😍

I come to this place quite often. Usually a long drive thru line, as per usual with In N Out, but I just park and go inside. Much quicker, and all of the people working are always friendly and helpful.

Insanely long line for the drive through. Im told that its so popular that this is normal. All things considered they managed the line well, kept it moving and the order taker was very polite & helpful. The food was as good as I was told to expect & very reasonably priced.

Dont let the long line fool or deter you. Lemon Grove In n Outs employees are so kind and extra efficient. They have at least one person continuously wiping down contact surfaces at any given time. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious! I love that In n Out offers protein style burgers for those of us who have dietary restrictions. Thanks In n Out LG!

Burgers are crisp, fresh and toasted burger buns. In n out always has a way with making good cheeseburgers with fries. I recommend getting one of the shakes as they last a long time so they dont melt that quickly. The flavors of shakes are vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. It is welcoming with great service and a smooth look when walking into the fast food place

Sure the burgers and fries are good, but the sheer inconvenience of visiting this In and Out will make me never come here.The drive through line is so long it backs up onto the street and you can only get in the line if coming from the freeway.It’s mess and no burger is worth this headache.

Ordered inside the restaurant, thinking it wpuld be faster than drive thru. Only one person ahead of me, who had already ordered. My order took 18 minutes to be ready. It had been setting on the counter top for few minutes, I had to point out to the employees that was my order. Too much chit chat among front end employees to pay attention to orders. Ive never seened so much disregard ton customer attention

The line was incredibly long and felt chaotic. The food was absolutely perfect and superb customer service!

I went here Sunday 8/4 - the woman that took my order was a pro! They got me in and out in a jiffy! I order special and they got my order just right and was so good! I’ve been here before. The interior space is cramped so I would avoid eating in! I have heard they will be closing sometime soon to add more space.

Very popular place! Cars lined up in the street so thought it would be a long wait, but it wasnt. Food was good. Great deal for the money.

Except for wait restaurant was clean, we were able to sit down to eat. Kinda busy but worth it food was warm tasty and no matter what the prices are right. Even if you order items one by one by one stays the same as a combo price. Good deal.

Good food, but the wait, like usual, was horrendous. My truck overheated while waiting in the drive thru. Their drivethru is consistently a long line that stretches down the street and blocks traffic on a regular basis. They have a small property. I think that businesses who neglect to rent a space large enough to accommodate their average customer volume, and regularly create a traffic obstruction should be fined until they rent a property that is sized appropriately. The wait is ridiculous, but it is worse for people who arent even customers and are just trying to pass the place.

Who doesn’t love this place? Clearly the long lines are an indication they’ve got something good going on. I miss the pre-Covid condiments, and it can be a bit of a wait for your food. I would come more often if not for the long lines.

Nothing wrong with the food. Its just the poor layout of the location. Line is usually from the road creating a bottle neck. The other bottle neck is where you actually enter. Your trying to get in then you have customers leaving and making a left towards Starbucks. It would just be easier if they made a left to exit.

Incredibly efficient staff and our order came out quickly. Parking is a bit small for such a high visit place.

Delicious food and amazed me as always! The employees were extremely helpful as always! Surprisingly, it was not busy at all inside. I’m usually used to longer lines. But the drive thru was really busy though. I love coming here! I’d always give In-N-Out 5 stars!

It was good, but the fries were hard. Some of the fries had black on it. The burgers are always good, but the fries are a disappointment. Either they dont care, or they think people like them idk. Next time I go Ill just get the burger. Ill get the fries at McDonalds lol

Food was great as always but restaurant is too popular for its on good! Always lines out the parking lot you really have to want a Double Double to put up with the traffic!!!

For being fast food it taste very clean. The fries are the only meh part of the menu, but you can always make them Animal style!

It was drive thru only bc of CO19 but the line moves staff and the staff was very professional.

Props to the workers at this location. They are swamped nearly every open minute of the day. Could use a new In N Out in La Mesa to relieve some of the pressure. Until then, just be prepared for a decent wait, whether you go in or drive thru.

The food came out quick,looked as good as it should,tasted as good as it should,fully well stocked with condiments and peppers.It was delicious.

An easy menu and the burgers are always excellent! My choice is always the #1 Double Double meal with grilled onions!

Friendly staff, food good as usual, and drive thru has you in n out 😄 relatively quick. I know the lines can be long, but this location has definitely been the quickest one Ive gone to in SD.

I ordered a cheeseburger fries combo. Food was perfect. I went right when they opened. So fresh I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Great food.

Its In N Out playa!! If you dont like their burgers, you are a vegetarian or super picky eater because they will literally make your burger however you want it. My pick? Double double with grilled onions, chopped yellow peppers, extra pickles and triple tomatoes.

Weve been to about 5 of these franchises and this is by far the worst. They have a very poor set up when it comes to their ordering the food. We asked for 5 meals as they have a sign that makes it easy to order meals. I was expecting 5 burgers, 5 fries and 5 sodas. It took 17 minutes for us to get our food which for In and Out is a long time. We ended up with 5 burgers, 5 fries and 4 sodas. I asked why our 5 meals had 4 sodas and we were told by a very rude guy well you only paid for 4 so thats what you get I tried to tell him that we had ordered 5 meals but at that point I just wanted to get out. We left the place and went home. The burgers and the fries were cold by the time we got home and we only live about 10 minutes from the place so that was a huge disappointment. We will probably not eat here again as the customer service and the food are not worth the effort.

Excellent as usual. We used to live in San Diego. We always make it a point to eat IN AND OUT and have Mexican food.

Its In-N-Out! Of course the burgers are great when they get your order right. Food is good yet customer service really sucks. I make it easy for them with my order by writing it down and handing them the order and yet still wrong.Thank you for your hard work and yes Ill keep coming but thats what keeps guests there longer, complaining that the order is wrong.

You can taste the difference between this burgers and the others (McDonalds, Burger King, etc.) I definitely will eat again plus the customer service is graet.

In- N-Out is the best hamburger in all the Drive-in eateries around. Of course thats my opinion.

Even though it was busy, this location provided fast and accurate service. Their employees were kind and welcoming and the line went fast during lunch.

Extremely nice and pretty fast compared to other locations.

Food is great. Be prepared to wait in a long line, as it goes out the driveway at times. This is why I say its ok.

Always pleasant to eat here.....Parking is a bit of a mess....Just park away from InNOut.....And walk across the parking lot........Cute cashiers is always a plus.....

Very very disappointed I ordered a cheeseburger and it was soggy and wet hamburger falling apart and the fries were soggy as well. I do come here often and I will never disappoint but today was a very very bad experience.
