Very decorative and clean Georgian restaurant. The staff are very welcomong, genirous, and cortius. The ambiance gets you in you in a good mood. Everyone is happy: both patrons and staff. The food is fresh and tasty. I had as Greek salad and it was as good as it is in Athens. My main dish we as steak; medium well. I was really satisfied
Food was excellent, we ordered a fish and they didn’t bring it for 1 hour, then when we asked them to cancel it they said wait for another 5 minutes, then we waited for 15 minutes and they didn’t brought it!!We asked for the bill, they told us take the fish (take away)We refused, and asked them to remove it from our billThey were deserve 5 stars, but for this issue 3 is a lot.
Amazing place. They are very busy, so be prepared to wait for your table for a little while - but its totally worth it. Absolutely incredible khinkali - take the ones with meat, the vegetarian ones were not as good - and khachapuri. Great wine, great service, and great prices. A must visit in Batumi!
One of the best Georgian restaurants in Batumi. The food was just absolutely fantastic, even though we visited best places in town. Be ready for lengthy waiting time as the place is full of people and try to reserve the table in advance. We are here on Monday and the place os full. Many thanks to our good waiter Lado.
I have a mixed feelings about this one.We came to the place when it was full of people (overcrowded even), but the staff was somewhat attentive and gave us a place reasonably fast (it was a corner seat in the back of the restaurant, but we didn’t mind, since there was a live music and a seat in the middleOf the restaurant would have caused us deafness for sure!)We were hungry, and curious- so we ordered a LOT of food. I need to say that almost all of the food was superb. But here came the downfall- for the main dish, which is the hinkali, it took them more then an hour to serve! And for the fried version of it - we waited 1.30 hours- and couldn’t wait no more (besides that we were stuffed already) - but just to make it clear, salads came, bbq beef came (the best one i had in my life btw!), bean stew came, hachapuri came, chicken came, and ONLY THEN, came the hinklai - which are dumplings basically that are boiled for few minutes! I don’t know what kind of magic they put in them to prepare them for so long, but they indeed were very good, not sure if better then other places i have been, but good enough to come back again (of course when it is less crowded!)All’n’all it was a good experience, with a poor finish taste.
I would give it a 0 star if I could for a customer service. We were seated at the table that was cleaned in front of us for 10 minutes, then we were told that table was reserved and we needed to go and stay in a waiting line to get another table! I have never ever was treated like that at any restaurant in my life. We just left...Cannot comment on food obviously. I would not recommend going to that place if you wish to have a pleasant service experience unless you like to be treated like not a normal human being.
Very delicious food. Seriously, i didnt expect it to be that good. Loved everything i ordered. Service was good. Waiter was surprisingly nice and polite,(rare thing in Georgia).Only Negative side is if you dont like the smell of cigarette smoke, you shouldnt seat on terrace. Also gipsy kids were begging for money when we were trying to enjoy our food. And service is VERY VERY SLOW. Expect to wait for food for at least 1.5 hourOther than that, great restaurant.Definitely will be back.
Great beef and cheese khinkali with great service. Nice choice of meals, but not always the are available for the order, e.g. beef shashlyk ( kebab). You can choose to sit on the terrace or inside. Inside they have different designs of rooms - traditional and modern. We enjoyed or time there a lot. Nice music as well.
The restaurant was very busy when we went and the food definitely took well over an hour. When it finally arrived, the food was good but they had seated us right next to a big speaker and halfway into our wait, they had singers come on stage and since we were next to the speaker, it was insanely loud. I think maybe next time they have a concert, they probably shouldnt seat people at that table. I think at another time and at another table, the restaurant would be nice, but just dont go when its busy or sit next to the speaker.
At the day of our visit we where informed they don’t have chinkali( after about half an hour into our dinner they said they have them). Food is good but some is too salty which is a normal thing in Georgia. In general place is too popular with tourists.
Because of heavy rain, I ordered 4 dishes to be delivered. Pirosmani was recommended by my hotel owners. I was assured several times, when placing the order by phone, that it would arrive hot. The order arrived 1 1/4 hours later and two dishes were practically cold to the touch. When I immediately called Pirosmani, the woman that I had talked with and assured me the items would be hot, now made excuses because of weather and traffic and I should have eaten at the restaurant, etc. I told her I would not eat these since they are only good freshly made and hot, not reheated and asked her to pick them up and refund my money. She no longer, however, remained on the phone with me. And there has been no one coming to pick up and refund money.Since I specifically questioned whether these items would arrive hot and because she voiced a strong assurance, I placed the order. If she had told me they could not guarantee that the items would remain hot, of course I would not have placed the order. I would never recommend this restaurant since the restaurant took no responsibility. And I am out the money for something I will not eat.
Like this place.Visited it continuously for 2 years. All time servants serves best way.Nice food choice, tasty and quality.Very recommend this place for visit.Don’t want to write the good review because next time I can be in queue to have a sit this restaurant)
I fell in love with restaurant from the first time. It has very beautiful national interior, delicious local cousins (especially hinkali, the are the best in the region) and the perfect service. I mean people who work there are the kindest people in the world.
I was there by lot of advices from Locals.almost everything is good but in my opinion its not that best as you await from locals best. or i am wrong. hard to say...
Very good hinkali?
Food is good, waiters barely speak any language besides Georgian, food was delivered fast and there was a boy that came to us all the time asking for money which kinda ruined the whole experience for us as we had to stay aware all the time to watch out for this annoying boy.I’ve told that to the supervisor, but not sure she understood me. I asked them to have a security guy on the entrance to prevent this from happening. So overall, it’s 3+, or 4-.
Waiting line before entering 20 minutes, waiting for food after order about 50 minutes (place was full), but it payed off, food was amazing!Recommend!
I liked the dishes, almost best khinkali in Batumi. Stuff are trying to work properly. Sometimes you should wait for a food for around an hour.
Delicious national cuisine, low prices, good service,it is better to take wine in bottles. I paid 70 lari for two person.
There is Pirosmani in every city all over the Word...this is the best
Great khinkali and homemade wine, quick service. Cheese was a little too salty, but otherwise excellent place for a lunch.
Delicious food, the best khinkali in Batumi. Recommended place.
The food was amazing and the restourant had a good vive
Would definitely recommend this place for khinkali with beef, they are just amazing and 5 stars for food. The prices are okay, regarding the counter points it is a bit loud in a terrace and service could be faster. But food is great so make sure to taste meat khinkali here
The best restaurant in Batumi as for my taste. Friendly and cosy atmosphere, tasty food, fast service, nice prices. Good luck!
The best khinkali ever
Amazing authentic atmosphere and great food and service. Recommended!
Comfortable place, with very delicious food, especially khinkali was fantastic
One of the best Khinkali in Batumi, but too much clients, so you need to stay in a queue during summer when there are a lot of tourists in Batumi, and when you are finally inside, need to wait up to 1 hour them to bring your order.Quiet lousy personnel (waiters), do not pay attention at all.
Best food in Batumi. Friendly prices. Professional stuff.
Delicious food, nice service and interior design))
Great place with good food
One of the best restaurants in Batumi! Must visit!
Music was so loud and disgusting, but food was very delicious
Very very nice restaurant
We ordered Khinkali and it didn’t came. We waited about hour and half.
Best khinkali in Batumi. Good stuff and service. Pre-reseve table always.
The Khinkalis were absolutely delicious!
Good place, but too crowded
Good restaurant, beautifully decorated, excellent fresh hot food, excellent service, cheap prices, very worth it, highly recommended
Wonderful place, tasty food, caring and friendly personell.I was satisfied. The food is of a Georgian origin, hinkali taste was great)Enjoy)
Nothing special, food is averagenot cosy at all
Tried veal ribs with ajka and it was not ok. Hard to cut with the knife and tasted bad.
Realy rasty food and perfect service. locals go here for khinkalis and khachapuri. not expensive btw ))
Great food and service. I intend to eat there more often.
Amazing Georgian food.
Great Khinkali!
Pretty much the best place to visit for quality food. I have been visiting this place since 2012 and the taste is constat. Never changing quality of food.My personal best is beef khinkali. It is must try. Regular ones are good too but beef only is much tastier. Also i would recommend royal khachapuri, it is stuffed with cheese both inside and outside.Only thing you could say against is wait time and seats. It is always full and they have little bit higher waiting time.
Very good taste 👌
The best dishes
Must go place, delicious food 👌👌👌👌
You should waiter forever in this place
Great place, low prices, best quality, tasty food. ❤🥰
The best khinkali in the world
Excellent khinkali! We booked a table, but we did it quite late, so when we arrived there was no place for us! Luckily, someone offered us to stay at their table! The waiter was extremely nice, spoke English, and recommended us what we can eat. Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos, as when we were there the electricity was off and it was already too dark! It’s worth the visit, it’s an excellent place to eat and the prices are very decent!
Absolutely terrific, everything
Very nice
Weve ordered 35 khinkali by a phone and wait time was about 15 minutes. 35 minutes passed, we are still waiting. Good food but service is a weak point.
Amazing place with amazing service! Our waiter Edo did great job to keep up with all requests and satisfy our appetite! The kitchen was so tasty! Have never eaten Khinkali anywhere else that would be as tasty as here!!! Highly recommended! Keep up guys ✨❤️
Delicious food, especially Khinkali I would say is the best in Georgia. Good service, stuff is very kind and supportive.
Pirismani is always s good option for nice tradirtionsl georgian meal
Nice place where u can enjoy delicious dishes
There is the one of the best chakaphuli in Batumi city.
Pretty good place3/5 service
One of the best restaurant for khinkali and other georgian cuisine
Great place, that is not touristy at all. That is where locals go. So they have to keep up with the good food and service. And they did!
Mmm perfect food, xinkali and kababi was delicious!!!
Its good
Delicious, fast, not expensive 👍
Delicious food, amazing staff.
Great service (Sulkhan), delicious food, big portions and reasonable prices.
Great atmosphere. Very polite and helpful staff. Serve dishes quickly. Portions are big. Delicious khinkali
After we were reluctantly seated outside, we waited for 20 minutes and never got a menu. There was plenty of personnel hanging around and we got an impression they didnt bother to serve our table at all. Shame because apparently the place is popular with locals.
Good food for good price.
Good food, good service, good music and great vibe!
Perfection
Very delicious cousin and comfortable place with an open space for smoking.
Worst service I have ever hide...please stay away from this place
Magaria
I don’t recommend this place. We’ve come with an infant and had to wait for 1,5 hr .... and our table wasn’t served. We have ordered just a glass of wine and khinkali but nothing was served except one glass of wine. Staff is friendly but its quantity is not enough for such amount of guests. We went to the restaurant in front of Pirosmani and it was the best place to eat and enjoy Batumi.
One of the best kinkali in Georgia
