No fault of the location that I went to but they are severely short staffed. It was difficult to go get my coffee on my lunch break because you cannot order ahead you cannot go inside the building and the drive-thru line is so long and takes forever to get through. I will say that the staff was incredibly friendly very upbeat and courteous.

This is such a good starbucks. The service is always fast and the orders are always correct .

Ever since Covid this place has gone down hill. Wait times are longer than sitting at a train most times a good 20-25min. Also coffee is inconsistent; certain times its luke warm and/or not fresh. Other locations are on point in comparison. This place has no sense of urgency. Too laid back for a drive thru only service.

Very nice staff, quality drinks. However the drive thru is consistently 8-10 cars deep. So if you want a coffee plan on it taking 10+ mins.

I dont understand why it take 20 minutes per car to get anything. Honestly been sitting in drive-through for 45 min. The line is your average length as far as people waiting in line. But I swear it feels like only one person is working in the store. Dont know why this place is even open if they cant get it together. The inside is closed which should mean all hands on deck not everyone take a break.

Always makes my morning when I come here! Dan is my favorite employee always so positive and genuinely loves to make conversations with his customers! He knows me by name! Always a great experience when you get coffee with a smile on those rough early mornings!

This is one of our favorite Starbucks in the area. We could choose between this one and the one on 159th street but this will ALWAYS be our spot! The drive-thru service is quick and exceptional on a customer service stand point. When you can get your favorite coffee in less than 5 minutes, what more can you ask for? Bravo to this location!

A bit slow and the drive thru path is inefficient. Otherwise, a typical starbucks!

The drinks Starbucks sells are pretty good however, inside the chairs were sticky and there was flys in the establishment. Starbucks needs to work on making their locations clean and sanitary. Also this Starbucks get VERY busy on Friday afternoons when all the kids from the middle school get out at 2:30

Drive thru is pretty quick and accurate

An exceptional coffee shop that sets the bar high. You walk in and are immediately greeted by the friendly baristas. Not to mention the ease of ordering with staff, you feel comfortable and somewhat at home. It has easily been my favorite Starbucks to frequent.

I been going to the lemont one since 2009 great workers, i had met some many people there and they always treated me like a queen id walk in they all know me :) since i moved out of lemont and into chicago i still go out to lemont to get my drink they are the only ones that know how to make my drink the best chi tea. the drive is worth it :) ty

On our long cycling hill route we always stop at this place. It is a little drive-through centric but they always give us pitchers of water to refill our bottles. They have been nothing but positive to cyclists and have a decent outdoor patio seating area.

Ok items for a high price

We always have a great experience here. My bike group are regulars on weekends, since this is the midway point on our ride. The staff always recognize us, and get a couple of pitchers of water ready for our bottles when we arrive. Its the staff that make the difference between different Starbucks stores, and the staff here are one of the best.

Bad customer service. We were waiting in line and were the second ones from the window, and they decide to close 7 minutes early. WHILE WE WERE IN THE LINE WAITING. Talk about lack of professionalism. No respect to even let us know as we were waiting. We definitely wont be returning. I will say I for sure felt disrespected by the worker who looked at us and them turned away from the window. Ill be looking for the corporate number

I was in this store this morning and got verbally and LOUDLY scolded by RACHEL b/c she accused me of ordering my drink in the wrong way which resulted in a remake. Nice way to start a Sunday morning! Ill never walk into this store again.

Why Lemont Starbucks has art else. in that sense I ask for a drink, and his recipe differs from another place in Starbucks. 🤷‍♀️ every time same difrent recipe drinks 🙄

A pup-a-chino. Which is whipped cream. Cream comes from cows. Do cows drinkI still get names mixed up. Grande.. Venti, Dopio, etc. I think those names are a clever device to distract you from the rudiceulous coffee prices.The bathrooms are clean until I use them.. Woo-Wee..poor Starbucks people think its a pony stall when I leave.People there are really nice. Employees are really nice. Coffee is good.
