This is the only place I buy my dogs tags. I still have the first tag I bought from them back in the early 2000s and its in perfect condition. Easily readable on the back and the front. A quality product from a quality company!

I’ve ordered tags for the past several years. The service is fast and I live on the East coast!!! The tags are always correct!!!

This location is terrible. Scoops are tiny, usually the order is wrong and now they are up charging $0.25 for sugar cones. Not waffle cones, sugar cones. We are done here, never coming back.

How is it that they are still in business i have no idea. Hot summer day and the lobby is closed, only drive through open. Theyre rude, fridge is always missing the most popular flavors. Dont bother going there at all. Zero stars if possible

Absolutely horrible. The servers were rude and gave the tiniest scoops of ice cream I have ever seen. Also the ice cream was old and inedible especially their Cherries Jubilee(the cherries were old and rubbery). Do not go they charge extra for cones and bowls. All around terrible experience.

Terrible. .. Went there for first (and last ) time today . The staff made us feel like they were doing us a favor waiting on us .. Didnt know they had for flavors and icecream I recived was old and tasted off ... wish I could give a minus star .. Now yesterday we were at Baskin Robbins in Romeoville and that was a wonderful experience five stars ...wish this location could be that good ..

They close the Baskin portion early and are always out of the flavors we list. Really? Youre out of all of them at an....ice cream shop.....ok.

The cappuccino blast is the way to go !
