This place is great! Cory, Dylan and Emma were so nice and provided awesome customer service. Its the perfect place to sit out and enjoy the awesome weather with your dog or friends! Thanks to the awesome employees!

They let me sample the ice cream til I found a good one. The brownie batter was delicious. Best of all, it was super cheap yet I got tons of ice cream for the price.

Our family had a bad experience today on our only visit. We were passing by after dining in the area and decided to stop in for dessert. Unfortunately, the ice cream was very watery. My chocolate soft-serve was actually vanilla with chocolate sauce poured over but not mixed in. Is that an old-fashioned touch or something?? Upon closer inspection, the vanilla was grainy- closer to a yellow color - and was mostly melting from the moment it was handed to me. I am wondering if the product is actually ice cream. Its consistency is more like ice milk -remember that? The shakes (cake batter and snickerdoodle) also didnt look thoroughly mixed and were thin and tasteless (maybe from too much milk).We didnt stick around long enough to voice our concerns to the staff. I can only hope something was wrong with their soft serve machine today and maybe the staff on duty was the b crew who werent trained very well. I hate to say something negative about a local small business but the prices are too high (small cup of ice cream starts at $3.95) for such terrible product. I wouldnt want another customer to have the same costly and unpleasant experience.

They are a cute little ice cream shop that reminds me of the old days where everyone is nice. I was sad that their flavor burst machine was broken but they are working on fixing it. The young men working were really nice to both my kids and were patient while they tried to decide what they wanted.

If this place wasnt so expensive i would give it five stars. Almost five bucks for the smallest ice cream.Also - they serve coffee tea espresso and muffins........ But they open at 3. Hmmmm.....Prices looked good on coffee too- if they were open 6-10 am and I would be a regular.

The ice cream was delicious! The inside is also really cute. The bathroom was clean and had a changing table.

You get all of the classic ice cream flavors to choose from plus daily specials. I have tried chocolate peanut butter and butter pecan. They were neither bad nor outstanding. I will try a muffin or ice next time instead. Maybe they are better.

Terrible, the only reason for 2 stars is service. The service was good...but ice cream was freezer burnt and the sherbet was way to watery. As if to much ice was used during the making process.

VERY pricey and only okay for what you get. In all honesty you would be better off getting a gallon of ice cream from the grocery store for the same price.

This place is over priced and is very poorly run. They never have enough employees working, it takes 20 minutes to get one cup ice cream, when it’s not even that busy. I have been here many times and always have to wait a long time. They are constantly running out of flavors. They NEVER have a manager working. The employees have to call a manager if there’s an issue, which is ridiculous. I was there today and their iPad, which they use to make transactions, died, didn’t have a charger for it, and had to call a manager to find out what to do. It took them almost 20 minutes to get ahold of someone, and during this time they didn’t say anything to the line of customers waiting. Their ice cream is good when you finally get it but the place is very poorly run.

I tried this place some time ago and it is delicious, so I decided to bring my family in TODAY ... Mon 10/15/18... All the way from Blue Island IL...Guess what?? Its closed !!!

Stopped to get some breakfast on our way to Cog Hill for a round of golf - the owner hadnt opened yet, but was headed out to make some deliveries with fresh muffins. He happily called us over to the car to get a muffin, for no charge, and even offered to open the store so we could get coffee. Such a wonderful experience, it really made our day! (Not to mention the muffins were delicious!!)

The Ice cream and muffins are delicious, the coffe left too much to imagination as well as the attention from the young ladies there... better and so much cheaper coffe is sold on Ikea and you dont have to look at the face of a not nice teen.

Charged us small for kids scoop. Gave us melted ice cream. Then ask for a manager they gave me Kris and said he is the owner. Giving us false statements like they change prices two years ago said there are no more kids scoops dont have 99 cents after 5pm while we were there last year and 5 day ago and 2 days ago and gave us kids scoop price and 99 cents muffins. So which is false statements by a manager/owner. And when i asked for the manager s number the girl in the back and talked to someone while i was trying to call this so called manager it was busy and wasnt answering im assuming she was trying to call him. Not only that after we complained about the melted ice cream. The other customer ordered and they got more ice cream than my kids and they were smiling at them while us they were pouting and not smiling and pretend dont know the price and they were takling while we are paying. Totally discrimination involved in this matter and i will be involved with BBB with this situation.

BRUH I WENT THERE IN MAY AND THE LEMONADE WAS OVERPRICED BUT IT CAME IN A MEDIUM CUP AND WAS $1.99 BUT I WENT HERE TODAY AND IT WAS $2.17 FOR A SMALL LEMONADE. I CAN GET THREE SERVINGS OF ARIZONA ICE TEA FOR HALF THE PRICE. PLUS YOUR ICE CREAM IS OVER PRICED AND YOU ALWAYS MESS UP MY COFFEE.
