Every single time I try to call the Lemoore or Hanford pharmacy I can never get through to anyone. I have been trying to get a prescription switch over to them for weeks now and no one will answer. They definitely lost a customer.
Its just okay. They did not have what I was looking for and I noticed there were a lot of empty spaces in the shelves. Not stocked.
They are slow and they do not have their stuff together. I have been waiting for three hours and then I was told they are going on lunch.
I have never had anyone be rude or unprofessional to me or anyone in front of me so reading some of these posts you need to be aware that maybe the customer is to blame. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in if there is anyone at the front register, They are a clean store and usually I can get what I need,yes they are a bit more pricey, hence the word convenience in convenient store. youre paying for convenience of them having an item that may not be stocked somewhere else. No complaints here.
I use to go to Rite Aid in Lemoore but there service started going down hill. I would call in a prescription and then wait for a few days so it would be ready, would get there and it still wasnt ready. After numerous times of this I transferred my families prescripts to WALGREENS in LEMOORE. They were very good for a few years but not any longer. They are now doing exactly what Rite Aid use to do. When calling into WALGREENS pharmacy, you wait on hold for a good amount of time, only for them to pick up and then hang up on you. When calling to speak to the store manager, I was first told he was on break then put on hold then was told by someone else he was on a conference call. Will be looking to move prescripts somewhere else.

Pharmacy is a joke!!! Horrible customer service I waited 6 hours for my prescriptions to be filled and I get here right after their lunch break to find out their systems are down !!!!!! No call.nothing!!!!!! Horrible!!!
One of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the time and drive to the Hanford location.Dropped off a prescription that I’ve had refilled multiple times at multiple Walgreens. It has never taken more than 20 minutes to fill because it is a common medication. At this location, they told me it would take over 3 hours to fill. When asked why, the staff was rude. When it was explained that it has never taken this long at other locations, I was told “this is not other Walgreens”.When I returned to pick up the medication, I had to wait again for the pharmacist to get off the phone (another 10 minutes)to question why I was picking up medicine for my immobile wife-once again, never had this issue in the 3 other times I had this medication filled at other Walgreens locations.In summary, rude staff, slow. Avoid if you can and go to the Hanford location.
This is one of the worst pharmacies Ive never been to. Even action by the district manager and the investigative team of blue shield could not correct the mistakes of this pharmacy. On at least 5 occasions the pharmacist interfered with my health care. They are unprofessional they are incompetent and rude. It is quite a shame considering they have a good store manager. According to the store manager the pharmacist in charge would leave mid day and not perform her duties as expected. It is in my informed opinion that anyone trying to receive quality health care avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
The pharmacy staff is rude, lazy, and has absolutely no concept of customer service or courtesy. This pharmacy allows you to turn in a prescription but dies not check to see if they even have it until hours later. Then they call to suggest you pick it up and take it to the Hanford store without telling you they can transfer it for you. Recently, after being released from the hospital I sent prescriptions to them to be filled. The gal told my friend 30 minutes. When she went back in 30 minutes she was told my husband had picked them up, but I dont have a husband. When I sent a second person to get them he was told they didnt have any prescriptions for me. I called the Hanford store and was told that they couldnt be transferred because of the type of medication involved. I needed that medication but could not get it until the next day. I had called and spoken to the store manager and requested a call the next morning from the pharmacy staff but never got it. When my person went to get the medications they were rude to him. Any time I call to complain they accuse me of yelling and hang up on me but Im not yelling as I am too ill to yell.. The supervising pharmacist is Tom Buford who was the owner of Leonies in Lemoore before Walgreens opened. He is in Walgreens once a week on Wednesdays. Im going to make it a point to let Mr. Buford know what a rude, uncaring staff he has in his store and strongly suggest he look into some serious staff changes. From now on Ill do business with the Hanford Walgreens.
Worst photo lab. Dropped of 35mm film, it did not arrive when promised. Went to pick up 2 times it was not there. When I called the prints were hard for photo clerk to find. When the prints were finally available for pick up, I opened and the quality of the photo paper was horrific! Flimsy and the pictures weren’t even placed on the paper correctly. Horrible and never again.
Ive been there hundreds of times great service and there stocked up on almost everything you need.
