Worst metropcs store. Employee that works there is incompetent. She couldnt figure out how to activate an unlocked phone, a moto x pure. Told me it cant be done. I told her that it can be done and I previously had metropcs with this phone.Went to a different metropcs and they had zero problems activating my phone. Employee from this store called the store I was at and was asking if I was there while I was standing there. This company needs to train their employees on customer service and how to activate unlocked phones.

Waited for over 30 minutes for the clerk to help a family of 4. Finally got sick of waiting and left. They need at least 2 people working the counter

We went one day right at 10:00 a.m. because thats when it supposed to open and after waiting 15 minutes nobody was there opening this store yet. That is very unprofessional.
