There isn’t a more inefficient gate entrance and exit than this place. Easy fix if the powers to be cared.

Easy in, easy out. Unless theres a mad rush for the outbound scale. People are pretty cool there and they dont waste any time getting you loaded.

Excellent service from All receivers at the bulk milk area. Being my first visit delivering to Leprino West and not knowing the proper way from the moment at the gate to the complete process, I was giving professional attention explaining all I needed to know and perform . Ive been driving milk tankers for 30 years now most as a weekend driver going to plants south & north in California as with Arizona and Nevada. Im now retired from my main employer of 27yrs allowing me an opportunity to drive more so after a year paused I rejoined All Seasons Logistics (ASL) to get in some wheel time hauling from Bakersfield to your plant. They have always been very friendly and helpful when we come here. Normally we just drop and hook..very friendly people.

Arrived at 1130 for a 130 apt got a door right away can’t complained about that load taking me to home time so it’s a good start

Been coming here for a while. This a drop and hook for JCT. However, to make it so you need to get here at or after your appointment time or you will be live loaded. Need to have strong heart and knees to climb 3 flights of stairs outside. Otherwise easy in and out. Great folks to deal with.

Usually a great place to load out of. But I guess some in shipping office think its prudent and acceptable to make a driver wait while they conduct personal business, i.e making credit card purchases on the phone while at work. Thanks Shellie

Plenty of room to dock and park. Shipping is up 3 flights of outside stairs. Youll have to go up twice once to check in once to check out, so be prepared for it. Load fast usually takes maybe 45 min from dock to check out. Scale on site, overnight parking outside on the street. They know how to load legal, Ive never had to be reworked.

Great shipper once you get inside. It will take you 2hrs to go through the scale. What is this 1960 hurry up guys. It shouldn’t be this hard

Not really horrible, got a door right around appt time, the loading was that style of one or two pallets in, then 10 minutes of mystery time (?), then another pallet in. Never understood this. But the eternal question about this shipper is, you put your shipping/receiving office UP SIX FLIGHTS OF STAIRS (on the outside of the building, uncovered) EXACTLY WHY??!! I guess putting the office at ground level for the convenience of everyone involved just makes too much sense.

This has to be the slowest place I have ever been to makes you wonder what kind of people work there they have no problem making you wait 4 or 5 hours no concept of time no planning just the worst HATE COMMING HERE

Great place to load out of, can park on the street right outside the company. Easy check in, easy check out, very friendly staff. Usually load within an hr to 2 hrs.

Appointment was at 5:30 am, checked in and had a dock at 5. Was loaded and heading for front gate by 6 am. Friendly folks....enjoy loading here.

After reading the two previous reviews I was expecting these people to be unpleasant. That was not the case. When I first got to the guard shack they were very helpful in trying to see if I could be loaded early. When that wasnt possible they told me I could park under the trees in the shade. It was nice and quite there. When I went to shipping... I saw that the office was on the third floor! When I finally got up there we made jokes about how out of breath I was and they have you only come up ONE more time to sign your bills! :-/ However, the people in shipping were perfectly fine. I was out of the facility within two hours, start to finish. There is overnight parking on the street but make sure you are out of the red zones!

It takes a while to load if you miss your appointment, about 4 hours.But they are organised and helpful even with a onsite scale

Dont get here early or on time slow and behind get here late The load and unload is quick but then you have too wait again for your papers after your loaded

Here every week, never changes 7am appt. Lucky if we get unloaded by 4am the next day..... this facility caters to local drivers while road trucks have to wait.

Works only upon appts .. 2hours for loading .. checking out at gate long line I always expected and over here milk delivery truck guys don’t have patience.. they don’t care ur in line.. they always try his trucks in front of any truck who give him space... not doing this time every time when I pick up load here same thing .. they don’t follow rules here ...

I am a truck driver and have hauled several loads for this business. very seldom have I had a pleasant experience with the shipping personnel here! most times it seems the employees in the shipping office have had bad attitudes. and do not speak in a polite tone of voice to the drivers.today I called them on the phone to ask if I could get my load a day early since I was already empty and near the shipper. I introduced myself to the RUDE man who answered the phone and told him my appointment was set for 13:30 the following day, and before I could ask him about getting the load a day early, He interrupted me by saying in a very rude tone of voice Then come in tomorrow! ignoring his ignorance, I continued with my question and asked if getting the load was a possibility. his remark was anything is possible so I asked again what do I need to do? he repeated me in a sarcastic tone what do you need to do?...well, someone will obviously need to miss an appointment and if we can we will work you in...so all I can tell you is come on in and waitI found this mans attitude very offensive and to say say this nicely?... I was left with the impression he was a jerk!

THIS PLACE LOOK LIKE RUN BY ONLY JCT TRUCKING AND GARDNER TRUCKING .THEY ONLY HAVE DOOR FOR THEM .REST IS JUST WAIT IN LOT TO GET UNLOADED OR LOADED FIRST TIME HERE BAD EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE @ ANY COST OFFICE IS ON 3 BLINDING UPSTAIRS

To second what thay guy said^ after reading some of these reviews i thought i was in for a horrible pickup. not the case at all very pleasent bunch of guys. i got in and out in less then an hour and even had to leave and go buy load locks and come back (i forgot them on the dock of my drop in reno oops.) p.s. the three flights of stairs arent that bad if you havent given up on life.

Shithole.. make sure you your dry van is spotless to the point you can eat of the floor cuz they will make you wash it, no holes not even tiny ones or they wont load you.
