We were camping in the area and had a battery connector break in the vehicle we were in....the one we pull our camper with. My husband does business with Advanced in other areas all the time and has had excellent service and the best of experiences but not at this location. He was told where they were in the store and they were all the same. No they are not. We left.

Great friendly staff. My husband called and they had the part. Since I was out and about he had me stop by to pick up. I didnt write down the part name and I forgot what it was called. I went in and said that my husband had called about a part on the car and the clerk knew just exactly what i was talking about. Was in and out in no time. I highly recommend visiting this location.

THEY SOLD ME A BAD BATTERY AND THEN COME TO FIND OUT IT WASNT EVEN THE CORRECT BATTERY FOR THAT BOX OR EVEN FROM THEIR STORE. THEIR SCREW UP TO BEGIN WITH AND NOW IM OUT 60 DOLLARS CAUSE THEY MESSED UP. THEY DONT WANT TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP. THIS TYPE OF SITUATION HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES. THIS STORE IS GARBAGE. THE STAFF IS GARBAGE. DO NOT GO THERE. YOU WILL LOOSE OUT AND BE TREATED HORRIBLY MORE THAN NOT.

Be aware that if it appears you have money and you dont carry a sign on your back that lists what experience you have...they will try to swindle you into buying a product you dont need instead of answering questions honestly. It always makes me smile when a salesperson thinks Ive had no experience with fixing problems with cars,trucks, motorcycles etc. Ive worked on these since I was around 10 yrs old at my dads dealership,auto body shop, gas station and junk yard in Michigan. Ive got 30 yrs experience. Next time dont judge the book by its cover just do your job...which is provide Straightforward answers to questions customers ask.

Awesome, alternator was out,I was in a bind, the guys took my battery, charged it fully in 40 minutes and got me home. I am dealing with cad,and congestive heart failure,I was stressed out and the guys there put me at ease and on my way home. Thank you advance auto of lenior city.

Been here a few times for various things and it is always a great experience. Today I had them test my battery and it was bad so they replaced it for me.

Advance Auto saved me around 5$ on what wouldve been a nearly 40$ transaction. Polite and professional customer service. Friendly to my fiancee and 5year old nephew.
