I had my set of tires put on couple years ago and couple days ago hit a big spike and destroyed one tire. The staff were very helpful to get me a new one with no charge ( road hazard purchased ) in one day for special ordered tire and technicians were super nice and get me back on the road. Superior service and team !! Black TRD Tacoma guy !! Thank a lot !!

Normally don’t get service done here but just needed a quick oil change. Arrived 15-minutes before opening to get 1st in line to get in and out because I had other places to be. 30-minutes later the doors still are not open. I called and they are trying to find a manager to open the doors. Finally they come out and ask what service do I need. Just a quick oil change please. I ask about how long and he says 30-minutes at the most. I watch them for the next 30-minutes and they have literally not moved any vehicles into the service area yet. Another 15-minutes pass and they finally move my car in and lift the hood. After a total of an hour I think they are getting started on what should take 5-minutes.Terrible service. Lesson learned. Won’t be back.

At times the place is under staffed. However overall I like the place . They preform basic auto maintenance at a great low price ..one employee, James who is a excellent worker and takes pride in his work

Watched an employee take a customer car for a joy-ride and attempt a donut in the parking lot. He sped around the parking lot and screeched the tires.

Will never come here again for tires or anything else. I asked multiple times how long it would take before I dropped the car off. I was told 90 minutes max. Now 3 hours later I am still waiting, and my car is on a lift with no tires on it so its not like I can ask for my keys back and leave. Communication is terrible, and its disorganized chaos. I told them I had to go back to work before I dropped my car off so that it was important that if they couldnt do it in the time frame they said I couldnt do it. I have already missed 4 work calls because of this place, and currently have cold food thawed out and spoiling.

Dont go here told my wife they couldnt do an oil change on her 2016 VW bug because the engine was making too much noise and something might be wrong. Wasted money taking it to a mechanic for them to tell me there is nothing wrong with the car most engines make a little more noise the moment you start them. They apparently just didnt want to work. Second time in a week they had an excuse after we shopped. Last time didnt have the filter the computer said they had! Just pay more and go to a pro.

I wouldnt even give them one star if I did not have to. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day. We sat there waiting to be serviced and no one ever even spoke to us. Then once we decided to go ask we were rudely greeted, barely spoken to, and told it was going to be another two hours. How hard is it to be courteous and have respect for your customers to greet them and let them know before they sit that whole time. We will NEVER use Walmart auto.

This particular Walmart Automotive has been consistently the rudest and least friendly Walmart staff I’ve met in over 35 years dealing with Walmart. Today I arrived at 6:55am to have a oil change, rudely greeted and told it would be at least 30 to 45 minutes before they could get to me which was no problem as I needed some things from the store anyway and I got my car in line. 10 minutes later they noticed I was in line with only the one car in front of me and I was then told 45 minutes to 1 hour...ok no problem. 5 minutes later someone comes to check me in and I’m told 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes before they could start. I asked was there a reason the time had changed twice so far and the person checking me in rudely told me that he didn’t talk to me and he could go get the other person who gave me that time. At that point I said I’d just pass today. He sarcastically responded “you have a good day then” then yelled across the shop in front of me to the other associate “he’s leaving he doesn’t like your time”. I was Amazon could figure out how to do oil changes too....

I went in for a tire warranty, had to wait a little while, but in the end I was cared for very well with the warranty being honored, and four new tires being put on for a reasonable cost. Kudos to this team for making things right!

I was told I would have to wait 40 minutes for an oil change and to replace a headlight which was no big deal since I could shop for a couple things while I waited. There was one car in line in front of me. I come back, and they have not even started. Not only do they not have the right bulb, so I will need to go somewhere else to get the bulb, it took them over an HOUR AND A HALF to do ONLY the oil change. If I had known beforehand, it would not have been a problem to have my husband pick me up so I do not have to wait. I was quickly reminded why I had stopped coming to Walmart to get my car worked on in the past.

We on called Friday to check on tires and ordered a set of 4. We were told tires would arrive on Monday. We dropped our truck off when they opened with the intention of picking it up after work finished. The tires never came in and they didnt call to let us know. We called them at lunch and were told they would likely not be done that day. They were polite and friendly, but we were disappointed that the tires didnt arrive when they said they would, there was no communication about the delay unless we initiated it, and we gave up our truck for a day unnecessarily because they couldnt get our order straight. They ended up calling Tuesday, but I told them we decided to go elsewhere.

The wal mart here is fine, but the tire shop sucks. They actually made me drive 30 miles home on a donut because they did not have a tire in stock that precisely matched what the computer said I should use. They had many others that would work fine, but would not sell one to me even if I signed a waiver or mounted it myself. They were the only place still open and they knew that I had a long way to go. They are lucky my donut did not blow, or they would have had a lawsuit.

Three hours to put on four tires. While I waited an employee with course brillo pad red hair and a face that looked like it had been sandblasted named Lisa insulted us at least three times. Customer service is not a high priority for these po dunk back woods inbred losers. I Would NEVER EVER EVER EVER go here again. EVER!!!

Im giving a one star rating because I cannot leave a review with 0. My husband and I took our family can to see about a slow leak in our right front tire. We were met with a staff member that told us we had two (2) vehicles in front of us after checking us into the system. We spent an hour and forty five minutes waiting, during which time 3-4 of the automotive employees spent a large portion of their time discussing their work schedules and that they were extremely short staffed...while standing at the register. After getting frustrated over listening to who was off work that day and how managers just make schedules based off charts and graphs and not people, we asked about the status of our vehicle. Imagine our shock to discover that four (4) cars had instead been taken care of prior to us, with another before our van was to be seen as well. When my husband then asked for our keys back, as the wait was too much, one gentleman became condescending and proceeded to tell us it didnt matter what we had been told and that the attendant we spoke to outside didnt know what he was talking about. I only saw two workers in the shop attending to vehicles, so Im unclear as to the other employees functions. Im not certain what needs to change to make the auto department run in a smooth, efficient, and customer service-centered manner, but the staff would be a place to start.

Sat at Wal-Mart for 5 hrs and Im still currently sitting here only needed a new tire and only had two cars infrount of me and there is 2 different sections for just tires.Highly dissapointed because the guy is taking break leaving my car without a new tire.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, left with a screw in my tire! Could not be fixed, but told I would have to buy a new tire. Terrible experience, DO NOT GO HERE!
