We originally went to dependable motors to look at a camper they had parked to the side of their building. Later finding out it was the owners, we decided to just take a quick stroll to look at car. Joseph was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He knew just about every cars price and Mileage off the top of his head and answered all my needed to know questions. Eventually a Nissan caught my eye and he sat down with us and was able to take my credit and keep my payments exactly the same as my old car. He talked me through everything making sure I understood and was very attentive. After purchasing the car Joseph realized the car needed an oil change and new windshield wipers. He had me bring the car by the next day and fixed up the car free of charge. I would 100% recommend this place to anybody looking for an amazing used car in great shape. They work with you to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your car.

These guys are awesome. One of the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Joe was great to work with. Drove from Knoxville to see a truck I’ve been looking everywhere for and they made sure they found a way for it to fit my budget. 3 weeks after buying it a small issue came up with the heat and air systems (not their fault) it was a known issue with that model, they had it fixed in less than 48 hrs and gave me a car to drive so i wouldn’t be in a bind. Would 100% recommend these guys.

I recently purchased an 06 Mazda Miata at Dependable Motors 803 Broadway, Lenoir City, TN. There were two issues I pointed out to the owner Mike and his assistant Joe. No hesitation on their part getting both problems remedied. My co$t - $0! GREAT customer service!

Car dealer I didnt have problems. The garage that is owned by the same person but is ran by an employee, another story. I waited days for repairs to be done, and when they were done I had to take my vehicle to another shop to fix a mistake that the garage manager wouldnt own up to. Im sure Mike will say this isnt true but the other shop could plainly see where the brake caliper was installed incorrectly.

I bought a truck and after I bought it stuff started going wrong with it, but the previous owner of the truck completely abused it. Mike and his staff did everything they could to help me out free of charge which I greatly appreciate, they even let me eventually trade the truck in on another one with no extra fees or anything. Went in there and they where nice ....we applied for loan and I guess we didnt get it...as I called several times and messaged and never got a response back.when they needed papers etc. They got back quickly but once I guess we didnt get a loan they couldnt take 2 mins of their time to call us to tell us....instead they blew us off and their checks caused a 23 point drop in my credit score

Mike is a incredible person to work with. He helped my Fiance and me get into a Nissan Sentra. Its been a great car and we are more than satisfied. Not very dependable. car was in the shop there 4 times for same issue each time they had it almost a week! first time they replaced 2 parts and it went back the 2nd time they replaced another part they thought the issue might be and third time they said the first 2 new parts were bad and they had to replace them again and the fourth time they couldnt figure the issue out. Took it to another shop they found the issue with in 1 day of having it and its been resolved. I have other friends that go to this place and they like it. But from my experience there, never again.update - 3-17-20I saw owners response and he doesnt even have the correct person here. He never reached out to us, they did nothing to help with this issue.

Thisdeer was not friendly and lacked professional ethics. The car I luracbased was for my son, I’ve had it thank year and have had to put more than $2800.00 dollars in it. There were some issues they did t disclose that they put bandaids on and gave a good car fax. I would not recommend anyone do business with this car lot at all if you want ensure you won’t be deceived.

I get my vehicles exclusivity from here. Nowhere else treats you like family instead of customers.

A few of our neighbors recommended Jeramy at Dependable Auto for any vehicle issues we may have. I went there yesterday morning for a full synthetic oil change. For a little under $80(cheapest price around) they changed my oil with 7 quarts of oil, oil filter, washed my windows, filled up my washer fluid, coolant, differential fluid, lubed chassis and checked all belts! They were extremely thorough! Matt and Jeramy are very kind and friendly and more than earned a repeat customer.Late last night my husbands truck started having brake issues. Jeramy and Travis agreed to stay after hours to do all the repair work on it to make sure it was safe to drive back home. Reasonably priced and excellent professionalism. We have never been so satisfied in a garage. THANK YOU FULL STAFF OF DEPENDABLE AUTO!

My Dad 76 years old, bought a motorhome from there that looked almost new inside, the owner of this business stated it needed a fuel pump only. I ask him if he was being honest and if that was all it needed, he assured me, belonged to a friend of his, whom had died and i stated that I would be back to see him if there was more to the repair bill than what he was telling us. Repair bill is now at $9,000 and its still not running! Gas tank was removed to clean out, new fuel lines, fuel pump, valve job, air bags, air conditioner fixed and recently learned the cam is bad! So, once we buy new tires, fix the generator, because all that bad gas has been pumped through it as well, here we go again! So instead of going back to the dealership, another LC business owner recommended for me to do a review! Shame on you for doing my daddy this way and all the others you have taken advantage of over the years! He had blood, sweat and tears in that money sir and always believed there is good in everybody and continues to bring it out in everybody he meets, regardless! Just saying.......
