David and the staff in the service department were lifesavers to us. Our car’s hot engine light came on during a multi-state trip. We called the dealership looking for a place that we could stop on the way. David answered the call and graciously invited us to bring our car in, right at the time we would be driving through. They figured out the issue and fixed it. We are forever thankful to David and the guys there! Their kindness was noticeable and so appreciated. We highly recommend!

We were traveling when we experienced trouble with our brakes. We showed up at the dealership 1st thing on Saturday morning with the hope that they could get us fixed up and back on the road. They were able to fix our vehicle that day and get us back on the road. All of the staff there at the dealership were extremely friendly and helpful. They also helped us find a place to rent a car, gave us a ride to the car rental place they even let us leave the rental with them to return for us. Drove 40 minutes for a VIP test drive after being invited by a rep. I got there only to find it was in service and I could not even see it. Why would you tell someone to come test drive if it is not available? I really dont like when businesses waste 90 minutes of my time.

Bill Presley was great! We were treated very respectfully by all of the staff from sales and financing for a Monday morning. We will return to Bill and Lenoir City Chrysler for our next Dodge vehicle. It was only a 90 minute drive for us but well worth it. We didnt feel pressured to do anything which made it a pleasurable experience. Also, someone needs to get Bill a shelf for all of his Salesman of the Year plaques since he cant hang them on the wall. Maybe the guy from corporate that was strolling around could hook him up??? 😀

We purchased a used truck in June 2021. Sales people were super nice, no problems. We took the truck for a service in September. Upon arrival they told us the cost would be $500 +/-. We were shocked by this amount and unprepared that day to pay that amount. So we cancelled and rescheduled for the following Friday. We took the truck the following Friday and then are told the cost is now $2,100. I dont understand this. We have only had the truck less than 3 months. I am beyond disappointed. I left my name and number today for the sales man to give me a call so we could discuss this amount. I have yet to hear from him. This was our first purchase from this dealership, and I have a lot of regret. I dont understand the amount, and I dont understand why the amount changed in 7 days time. I dont like leaving a bad review because the sales department was fine, but the service department is a different story.

Untrustworthy. Charged to fix a problem (overheating), worked for a couple of weeks. Wanted more money to fix it a second time saying this it was a different part. They told me they couldn’t get it to overheat but it overheated before I got home. They don’t stand by their work and don’t try to make things right.

I recommend you go to another dealership. I located a vehicle online, sent email, spoke to salesman, did credit pre-approval, credit approval, and finalized the monthly payment from 9 am to 12 pm. I live almost 3 hours away and told the salesman I would be leaving my residence at around 12 pm. I called and verified I was leaving and all was good. About 20 minutes in the trip I was told the vehicle sold. The GM made the decision to sale the vehicle even after knowing I had been on the way. He stated people lie to them all the time. I HIGHLY a recommend you go to another location based on this experience.

I went in for a jeep wrangler. The one that I had been keeping my eye out unfortunately had sold, but the dealer was able to get me into one that I’m pretty sure I will love so much more. They were very thoughtful and kind, explained everything thoroughly, and I left a very happy person with a beautiful jeep. Highly recommend, will buy from them again.

Just bought my 2021 Grand Cherokee in Dec. 2020 and Abdul made us feel welcome, showed us how all of the features worked, and followed up with us a week later to make sure we were happy. He even recognized me when I went and picked up my plates, and came over to say hi :) I wanted to make sure he was acknowledged for doing a great job! I love my Jeep!

I contacted this dealership on 07/14/2021 and was working a deal and was promised a call back from a Salesperson named Janet that I never got. Called back the next day for the same deal and was told the salesperson got busy so they would send me the deal. I got it alright! They sent me an offer of 1500.00 for my car which has a KBB value of 8000.00 and had 50000 less miles than the car I was looking at trading for. The vehicle I was looking at was 9500.00 and with all the doc fees and the trade it was going to more than the original price. Stay clear of the rip offs. I have bought new from this dealership and I do not know what has changed. It was the biggest insult of my life. All other dealerships in the area was offering me 8 grand for my trade. BEWARE

My wife and I had been searching for a Chrysler Pacifica hybrid to replace one that was totaled by our insurance company. Lenoir City Chrysler was the only dealership within 150 miles that had one in stock.We had a great experience working with Ken Pruitt our salesman and with Andy and Brian who took care of all the paperwork. I went in to test drive a truck. The truck was listed high and had rust on frame and the interior smelled like smoke so I brought this up with salesman. He said they could make price adjustments to accommodate for those things. Got my car appraised and they offered me half of the kbb value of my car and didnt lower the price of truck. The managers response was, I can pick these cars up for dirt cheap at auctions. Dont waste your time with this dealership. They are overpriced and will low-ball you.

Ordered a Jeep Wrangler 392 back in January and I just Got it in person and financed. Ty Bennett worked with me throughout the four months from start to finish. He was an amazing salesman even when answering my many questions throughout the process. The finance team was also amazing. I’m in love with my new vehicle and will definitely be going back for all my services.

They will give you a decent deal on the vehicle. They seem screw you over and lie and doing maintenance. IE they lied about doing an transmission flush. Took the vehicle to another place because it seemed fishy. They said the transmission was never touched. Too summarize dont but from here. Unless you love being bent over.

Very happy with this dealership. They have been honest and efficient with service. Todd is always on top of any service appointments and takes great care of his customers.

Terrible service department. Kept telling us they would call in an hour with an update, never did. We had to keep calling back and then just show up. Jeep was there all day (9 AM appointment) and didnt even have a diagnosis by the end of the day. They stated they only have one technician and couldnt get to it. Why have appointment slots every 30 min then? Then they estimated over $2000 to replace wiring while the insurance company and other mechanics said its a couple hundred dollar fix max. Terrible communication. Terrible service. Price gouging. Avoid at all costs.

Dealership followed up quickly when we were looking for our first jeep and met our needs and so we purchased from them ( Lenoir City ). Our service manager is Chris and he always gets us an appointment or calls in a timely manner, communicates with the service tech, contacts us with what’s going on and saves us money and time if can. He is why we drive to LC to get service even though we live in Knoxville.

I’ve been to many dealerships that advertise an internet price, only to change it once you get there in person. Not so with Lenoir City. They actually worked with me on price, and gave me more for my trade than any other place I looked. The process was quicker and easier than anywhere else I’d ever been. I’ve been a loyal customer of another company, but after this experience I have been won over. From Buster in sales to Brian in finance, so far I have nothing but good to say about LC.

After being in a wreck that totaled my dream car I researched several car options. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would be buying another car, especially a new one! I had my 93 year old mother with me and Janet got my mother into the Challenger for a ride. I live in SC and found a Jeep I like online at this dealership. Jessica Houghton wont even give me figures on her Jeep and my trade without me first filling out a credit application. I have never heard of anything so absurd. HUGE turn off. Im sure shes aware that there are not many Jeeps available now or I would be looking to purchase in SC. You would think shed welcome our business. Very strange. The last 3 cars we bought (2 Hondas and 1 Ford) were all negotiated via email. Im not sure what her deal is, but well take our business elsewhere.

This is the third Jeep Grand Cherokee I have gotten from Lenoir City. They are always pleasant to deal with. There are other dealerships closer to me, but the drive to Lenoir City is worth it. Ken Pruitt helped me this time and he went out of his way to get the Jeep I wanted. I contacted the other dealerships around me with the same request, but none of them contacted me past the initial phone call. Ken was patient and friendly throughout the entire process.

This seems like a good dealership but,needs better management and new staff. This place is not for poor people or disabled. My wife and I wanted to up grade to a better car but, we had to come up with $9000 in order to make that happen. During a pandemic we could not do that and so were still driving a car we do not like. Thanks for helping us see that poor, disabled people are not wanted at your dealership. Im sure you will help others if they have money.

Took my vehicle there because windshield wiper light stayed on. I filled the reservoir anytime I noticed the light coming on but it would drain overnight and come back on. I sat at the service center for 2+ hours, only for the guy I was working with (Chris, I believe) to tell me that they didn’t notice any cracks, the reservoir was just empty, so they filled it.(I knew that the reservoir was empty, it ALWAYS DRAINS on its own.) I really don’t even think that they inspected it for cracks. They probably just noticed it was empty and moved onto another vehicle. I know how to fill windshield washer fluid, and I also KNOW that it doesn’t take 2 hours to do.What a waste of time.

I have brought my vehicle back for service and had a subpar experience with the service center. Long wait, would not put vehicle in my name, only my husbands, even though vehicle is in both of our names. Pay is only accepted in service center through text message/app.(which they wouldnt put in my name with my phone number, so I dont know how I would have paid if my husband had been unavailable at that time).

On October 10, 2020 I purchased my 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Lenoir City Jeep. Twice during my conversations with Lenoir City Jeep personnel (once with the salesperson and once with the finance manager) I posed the question,“ would I be able to use my credit card with Knoxville TVA Credit Union (the financing agency) to automatically make my Jeep payments?” Both individuals answered an unequivocally yes. Then between the October 20, 2020 and October 27,, 2020 I contacted Knoxville TVA Credit Union on three separate occasions to begin the process for setting up my Visa card for automatic payments. Three times I was told the credit union “was not set up” to do so. I then contacted the salesperson twice (by phone on October 28th, 2020 and by text on November 3, 2020) noting this problem so as to have this matter addressed by Lenoir City Jeep. The first and only time the salesperson responded (on October 28, 2020) was to say she would have the finance manager contact me. He never did. After waiting over two weeks I had no response from Lenoir City Jeep regarding the resolution of this matter.In a final effort to resolve this matter a draft of my complaint was sent on November 16, 2020 to the General Manager of Lenoir City Jeep. Almost immediately he responded, “I will call you this afternoon, so we can discuss this situation.” However, there was no call.As promised, I then contacted the CEO and COO of Chrysler Jeep and the CEO of Jeep North America. The COO responded and sent me a check to cover the cost of the misstatements of Lenoir City Jeep personnel.I love my Jeep Wrangler. This is my third Jeep and the best vehicle I have owned. I give my Jeep Wrangler five stars.I just wish I had bought it at a dealership more interested in accurately answering the customers questions and believed their word is their bond.

Always great service. Not cheap, but do you really want that when it comes to the bigger maintenance for your car? Not me! Fuel filters, transmission flushing...definitely dealership jobs to know its done right and warranted.

Horrible experience. Brand new truck sat in their shop for 6.5 weeks with little to no communication. They blamed the the time it took on RAM corporate but they did nothing for weeks at a time. I would never recommend this company for anything. I called the GM ( JC ) 3 times and emailed him and never got a single response. The 1 day repair has now turned into a Lemon Law Suit because of their negligence.

Randall and everyone else I met at the dealership were friendly, honest, and helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

So they had a van online for sale. Doc fees included in price! I drove up there after calling to confirm it was available, when I got there it was in the back, they said it had to go into the shop first before I could test drive it.The sales rep said it would be ready the next day. Well it wasnt, nor was it the day after, I had the money and financing ready, but they couldnt sell it yet then they sold it without letting me know it was ready. Never will I buy a car from there or deal with them again.

I had a recall on my Jeep and contacted Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I made my appointment for the recall and to have a leak fixed. Upon arrival, I was greeted, checked in and we went over what my concerns were. Chris contacted me later that day and discussed his findings with me, the leak was repaired, the recall part is on back order, so a return trip will be in my future. I am very pleased so far with the work done and recommend this dealership for any service needs.

We met Abdul when a salesperson was summonsed to the floor at our arrival. I could see that he jumped up from where he was siting and ran right over to us. That was a good first impression and the continued experience did not let us down. We had visited and searched several dealerships within two hours of Knoxville. We had driven a couple of Ram 2500s, both new and used. We came very close to buying a used Ram 2019 with several thousand miles at another dealership. After a rather troubling experience at the other dealership we decided to check out Lenoir. Not only did they have a large selection of new trucks, they were in line as far as price with what we were going to pay for a used at the other dealership. Anyhow, we left with what we perceived as a good deal, both on our trade in and our new vehicle. Abdul was excellent to work with and has called to make sure we are happy. If/when we are ready to buy our next car, we will be going back to Lenoir - and they are an hour and a half from where we live. Good job to all involved in our sale - thank you!

Drove 3 1/2 hours to trade in a Ford I hated for a Ram.... no dealer in my area wanted to make a deal, but these guys did. They got me in and out very fast so I could get back on the road. I went to the shop with an electrical problem that was not fixed in NJ. They fixed the problem in two days and I can now say, it has been a non-recurring issue for well over a month.Their service facility is spotless. You drive in and drop your vehicle off indoors with service advisors right there to greet you. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a wonderful experience.Since then, I have been back for an oil change. Again, great experience.

The overall sales experience was great. Ty, Ethan and Andy did a great job of tag teamingand taking care of us. They ordered the vehicle we wanted and got it quickly. The only negative was some miscommunication about financing. The finance gentleman was wonderful and knowledgeable, but we had told Andy early on that we could get our own financing through the credit union at a good rate and he assured us he could do as well, if not better. Unfortunately Andy was out when we finalized the purchase and the rate wound up over a percent higher than our CU, so we will be refinancing soon.
