I recently relocated to lenoir city and this Starbucks is so awesome! They took my order and were just so polite about it! Even though I felt like I was asking them to make a complicated drink I definitely love and appreciate a nice and helpful person at the window they definitely deserve a raise! Christmas is coming, they need bonuses!☺️

I love this location its close to home for me and Dre always does an amazing job and gets my order exactly right! Very nice employees with really great attitudes both pleasant and kind and everybody has a smile on their face! Its nice to walk into an establishment and feel like youre not ruining somebodys day all because they dont want to be at their job. I dont know how Starbucks assembled this location group of people but they really are hard workers and they really go above and beyond!

Seriously, the nicest staff ever. Their hiring manager knows what theyre doing! Asked the cashier what breakfast sandwich I should get and she replied with the gouda - because its so gouda! and she was right!

I used the drive through and the guy at the drive through had the dirtiest Apron. I mean it was disgusting, not stained, just pure not washed nastiness! Gross. Layers of dirt.If an employee cant wash his apron and the manager lets the employees get that nasty what is happening behind the scene? It was so dirty I couldnt drink my coffee. I just kept thinking what if his hands are nasty too.

When you get a Carmel macch with 4 shots you should clearly taste it has 4 shots....... tasted like sweet milk and a touch of coffee what an absolute rip off

Absolutely love this place. I recommend the Iced Chai Latte or The Dragon Drink replace coconut milk with Heavy Cream.

Pretty standard Starbucks but as with any chain, its the staff that make the difference. Ive never had an unpleasant experience with the staff at this store. Theyre always polite and friendly. Heck, even down right funny. They brighten my day not just by being the makers of coffee which I so desperately need but also by being pleasant humans.

Well I go to this location often and I can say it could definitely step it to be as good as one in Turkey Crk I’ve ordered the same thing and been charged differently multiple times now the nitro cold brew machine is down so I come to one in ingles which shouldn’t even be allowed to use the Starbucks name but anyhoo they don’t even have nitro cold brew😏

My wife and spend at least $100 to $200 per week at this location on ourselves and our employees, we love the service we get, however, the next time a shift leader threatens to fire a Barista for having American and Blue line flags on their vehicle, we will take our business and that of many others elsewhere.We respect everyones feelings and rights, but, if its not a two way street then how can you preach about equality? This sounds dangerously close to a hostile work environment to me.

Judy (I believe she is the manager) is one of the most amazing managers Ive seen in action. I work in retail as a store manager as well, and it is refreshing to see good quality managers out there. Excellent staff who greet you by name if you are a frequent customer. The manager has trained the baristas well. They are efficient and motivated to make your beverage the way you like it and your visit an enjoyable experience.

Used to go here a lot when I worked in lc. They people were so friendly, they knew me by name and knew my order as well as my students. I spent a lot of time researching and writing there because it was easy to concentrate in the environment!

Ordered a grande frappuccino, was given a tall and it wasnt frozen it was watery. $7.00 did not get what I asked for and the way it should have been. Will not go back to this location no matter how convenient it is. Very poor service.

Not a great experience, which is unusual for this company. My drink was dropped from the order list and three female employees talking and laughing loudly didnt have time to notice me standing and waiting for too long. The drink was good, but 10 minutes or so of waiting, with one other person in the cafe, was too long.

The staff here is always super friendly. They are all very fast and provide great service. One of the employees, Faith, always serves with a smile! Plus, the coffee always tastes fresh and great! Great job Starbucks staff!

Excellent coffee drinks. Super-friendly staff! The new Ultra Caramel Frappacino is so good. Its my new favorite! I do wish they were open 24 hours, but I understand why they arent. A girl has to dream tho!

My wife is addicted to Starbucks. Staff was friendly, received order on a timely fashion. Store was clean. The drink and breakfast sandwich I ordered was approved by wife.

Left my purse and realized it about an hour later. When I returned, I was greeted at the door with one of the employees with my purse. My husband wanted to tip him but he insisted that it was just a part of customer service and refused the tip! Thanks again and again, Starbucks!

Amazing staff, they have gotten to know my daughter and I very well. Ive only had 1 drink not taste right and they fixed it no question asked. I cant say enough about how amazing the staff is. Ms. Judy is always nice to talk to. Love love the staff here.

No matter who is working my usual order is always the best! This is my favorite Starbucks ever, and thats saying something because I travel to big cities a lot. It might be a tiny bit (like 1% for real) because of the warm and fuzzy feelings of being at home but its 99% the baristas here! Ive been coming here for a long time (ever since it opened but don’t quite remember when that was *laughs*). They are always so friendly when I go inside, which I usually do on mobile pickup because they deserve to be thanked in person for making our $6 coffees. And don’t forget to tip! Even in the app! *smiley face*

Staff was slow, only one person in line ahead of me and 6 people behind the counter. Drive thru was empty and it took about 15 minutes to get a simple coffee. The coffee was great, nice place to sit and enjoy, but they definitely werent in a hurry.

Its a little slow, but not overly slow. To be honest, the new fresh-grind machines at Pilot stores make coffee just as well, but the Starbucks drive through convenience is a good reason to skip Pilot.

Its ok I suppose. Too high prices to get every day. White chocolate mocha latte for me every time I do go.

Nice, clean, friendly staff and excellent coffee. Just 1 minor drawback. I had a toasted bagel and when I asked for butter, I was told that they discontinued providing butter, they have only cream cheese. 😕

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. I think that the service and quality of the drinks is better here than any of the other locations that I go to (mostly in West Knoxville).

This store will not honor gold status same day refill lady at the counter after I left said I was just trying to get free stuff she is the assistant manager every other Starbucks in knoxville and surrounding honors the same day refill which is great for me since I work a route all over town

This is the best Starbucks location around this area. They drive thru is rarely overly busy and they’re always quick to get things going, as well as staying consistent. They never mess up an order and I’ve never had to ask them to remake a beverage. 10/10 recommend the Lenoir City location and its staff!
