The restroom ceiling is covered in dust and mold. The employees act like they are super inconvenienced by your presence. The prices are wrong. Ill never stop here again.

Need new management and someone who can keep the coffee bar up and stock. There is never any fresh cream. Ive contacted Kenjo Market Headquarters weeks ago. They blame it on the Vendors. Simple solution if your vendor cant satisfy your needs change vendors. Today no coffee cups or sugar. Sounds like its a Kenjo management problem and someone cant order and keep there store stocked. If you cant provide a coffee bar and going to just half do it at that. Shut it down.01/14/2021

I love this market. The manager is always accommodating and orders items we purchase often. Always asks about my ailing father. Prices are better than most quick mart places in LeNoir City. They have Shell Gasoline, Diesel and a car wash ...

Store is dirty, staff were not wearing masks, and the bathroom walls were littered in swastikas and racial slurs. Not returning.

The lady this morning ask credit or debit and I said neither cash she replied saying the bank isnt giving them coins. She gave me my change except for the coin part and I asked where was my change and she said she didnt have any coins and couldnt give it to me. So I got upset and ask if this was a gas station and she said yes so I went to my truck and grabbed the change to give her to get my dollar back and she told me no to leave the store but the guy behind me did the same thing and he got his money and told me to leave so I threatened to call the law because she straight up robbed me is the way I felt about it. I will never ever spend another penny at kenjo markets !!!!!!!!!!

May 16, 2018 at about 5:15 pm I stopped for a fill up and decided to go through the car wash. After the machine went around my car a couple of times it got hung up on the back of my car and stalled. I checked to make sure it wouldn’t damage my car to pull out and then pulled just outside the wash went in and reported it. They came out and looked it over and said they were going to shut it down and thanked me for letting them know. I asked that they refund my $ back to my credit card and they asked why! I told them I only got half the wash and my car didn’t get rinsed. He spoke to the owner by phone who said they couldn’t put it back on my card but to give me half the $ back in cash. Now I have spots all over my car and windshield and I am looking for another car wash to get it cleaned off. The owner should have refunded the full amount obviously he doesn’t care about his customers or customer service! This is the last time I go to this station for anything!

I was just at the gas station here is Lenoir, TN. The service was horrible. The lady (who appeared to be manager) was extremely rude. She was too busy training the new hirer, her words not mine, to do anything about the womens stalls being out of toilet paper. They were literally just standing there chatting away. I have never been spoken to so rudely. She told me to go tell Buddys workers instead. I will never come back to one of these gas stations again.

The cashier with the red hair refused to sell my elderly grandmother chewing tobacco ( which she was getting for my grandpa) unless I showed my ID, because apparently I was staring too much in the direction the tobacco was in, the only reason I go into the store with her is because she is very weak and needs me for support majority of the time. When I questioned her she became very defensive and hostile, I really dont see how someone like that still has a job there.

Good place for a quick stop
