After years of using this pharmacy- apparently they hired a couple new pharmacist ... one in particular.. Chuck.I have a transportation issue so I plan my appointments and my pick ups for the same days. I am meticulous about my schedule.-- on the 14th I was told my script was not due until the next day- which was wrong. he made up the excuse that the first day doesnt count ; when counting 30 days- so its always picked up on the 31st day. < not true>-- when I was finally able to pick up my meds the next evening- the date on the bottle said it WAS filled the day before- when he said it wasnt.ppl can read dates, chuck.why fib? what was the point? power ? laughs?--- Im greatly ☹️ disappointed

Walgreens is great. I could not get my medicine from my mail order company because they were out of stock, I only had one day left. The pharmacist at Walgreens was so kind to meand he checked to see if he had it in and he did. He was also willing to call my mail order company to get that prescription transfer from mail order to Walgreens so that I could get my medication. I didn’t have to do anything. I know that they work so hard and it does involves a lot of work and time to do this. That was so superior and so kind to do this for me. I love Walgreens pharmacy. Thank you so much it is very appreciated.

Store on general seemed clean however the actually service on the pharmacy was awful. The cashier asked for back up due to 8 people standing in line and no one came to help her or the customers in line. I usually go through drove thru however it was completely backed up as well. Would not use this Walgreens for medication refills at all.

Pharmacy staff is outstanding, compassionate and knowledgeable and the store is clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. One week ago I asked a local Walgreens to fill an emergency prescription for a few days as I am on vacation. They didnt think it was an emergency. I have been there 4 times and no meds were /are ready. Based on past experience with Walgreens, I didnt trust them and have been rationing my last few pills. They control blood pressure and edema. No small thing. When I went today, the pharmacy worker told me to call my insurance myself. Wrong answer! Insurance asked to have the pharmacy call. I am beyond fed up. This is why I dont use walgreens anymore. Incompetent and uncaring. Just hope I make it home without having s stroke.

Went to refill my prepaid card. Was in and out in less than 5 Mins. Friendly cashiers :)

Pharmacy is always slow, be prepared to wait 30 minutes any time you need to pick something up.

The worst Walgreens I have ever been for prescription, there is always an issue, either the refill quantity, or the insurance or anything they can create but they always called me and leave me a message with the automatic system that my prescription is ready and when I get here I run in to all kind of issues and I either have to wait or come back the next day. I am going to start moving to another pharmacy.

Found out they’re open til midnight during the pandemic. Hell even Walmart let’s their employees go at 11pm... otherwise very helpful staff, good location, and can get what I need fast. Boycott the late night hours so people can go be with family.

Their prices are too high and their employees have no idea what they are doing.

Utter incompetence at this location. My father went in to get pain medication for his dying wife - a prescription faxed in (multiple times) by hospice. My father went up to the counter multiple times asking for the prescription, and the young lady working at the counter told him they didnt have it, and offered hollow apologies. No one bothered to look at the fax machine. Was my father grumpy and agitated? You bet he was. All it took was someone to DO THEIR JOB and go look at the faxes that had come in.Shame on Walgreens.

Not even 1 star. My daughter just out of hospital was treated so poorly by a woman in pharmacy named Hannah. She spoke rudely to her the entire time my daughter was trying to get meds filled. They were outrageously high and my daughter could not get them, and the entire time being treated like she was nothing. My daughter left after being humiliated and went to food city where they treated her so magnificently, also showed her options to reduce cost, which they said Walgreens offers as well but Hannah never mentioned. I called to ask why she felt the need to be so rude and guess what, she was rude to me, also denied everything, she said never delt with any customers, I said Im sure they have cameras well then she remembered. I then called and spoke to store manager who was kind and very apologetic about everything. I do not understand why this woman felt the need to be rude to a person who just wanted her medicine, or to anyone for that matter.

With a line of customers, the tech leaves the pharmacy drive through window and the hole pharmacy area without saying a word to the customers as to what was going on. We waited over 10 minutes at the drive up window while he was away and no one else said anything.

Staff are extremely rude and judgmental. I transferred everything to CVS, their staff are friendly and actually treat their customers with respect.

Walgreens sucks big time. Everything is double the price of anywhere else.I have priced checked them numerous times and they are almost always double the price.Even the prescriptions not covered by insurance are outrageous.One drug I get that is not covered by insurance is $48.00 per pill at Walgreens and at a locally owned drug store they are $34.00 per pill. Both are high but Walgreens bends you over then laughs at you.

The Walgreens Pharmacy in Lenoir city Tn, is slower than snails. Suppose to pick up my prescriptions at 1230 they were not ready. I was told it would be 30 minutes I came back an hour and 10 minutes later still not ready. So I waited another 15 minutes before they were ready. They need to figure out something to speed up the process that is ridiculous

Such a awful place to work for. Literally left a job and was very happy and pleased to begin a new postion as a Pharmacy Tech. While Im in training for this new postion I was promised I got replaced for someone with more experience. The team was beyond unhelpful and didnt seem to care about the vaule of patience only title and their own strengths. Such awful management and system was out of date. Pure chaos.

Never used the pharmacy but the store has some good stuff.
