No organization at all. No wonder they are 7 months behind. No welding drawings or nothing. Supervisor expects you to be a mind reader. Come up to you 30 minutes before shift is over and said you gotta work Saturday. I guess they expect you to not have any life.

I stumbled upon Arsenal Strength a couple years ago when I saw a unique piece of equipment at a gym. Since making multiple purchases from them, Im a true supporter. AS not only develops some of the most high quality and cutting edge equipment in the fitness game, but theyre customer service is by far the best. Ive bought equipment from many companies and AS has always treated me right, even years after making a purchase. If youre looking for equipment that will last forever and want a great customer experience, definitely check them out. Brad and his team are do amazing things to change the industry.

Great equipment but if your not a commercial gym and plan on getting this for home gym, plan on 20Plus weeks and bad customer service. It took me 2 weeks to get a quote and my equipment which is beyond the 15 week mark was supposedly be shipped 5/23 has not been shipped. And when question on its status, I get no answer except we will send you a tracking number when it ships. I’ve bought equipment from EliteFTS and rogue and sorinex. This is by far the worst experience, but they are quick on getting your money.

Best equipment hands down!! Equipment is very well built and manufactured. The design is impeccable. It’s the Rolls Royce of gum equipment. Brad is an amazing guy and will help you with every step along the way!! Great company!!

The Arsenal Showroom is awesome. Professional offices, and the gym is a total playground. All the Arsenal pieces you love, new prototypes, a few great pieces from other manufacturers to round out a complete gym. Find an event theyre hosting and make sure you get a chance to train here at some point.
