Customer service is horrible. Young staff that are snotty and lazy! Refused to take their own products back.

Replaced our generator, Larry and Daniel were very helpful. They took the bad one off our RV got us a new one, set it up and put it back on and strapped it down good and tight. Thank you.

I came to Tractor Supply as a little uneducated waitress, however, when I left the store I had received the education of a lifetime. Their chicken selection is exquisite, and their resident chicken man was very knowledgeable. Needless to say, I will be heading down to Tractor Supply Lenoir City next chicken season.

Drove 30 minutes because the website said they had 5 of what I needed. They had none. At least the staff was helpful and suggested some alternatives.

I recieved an email that I had two items I bought online available. I took the drive from my town to the town it was in Lenoir City to pick said items up. Only one item was available. We’re 35 minutes away. Madison the cashier just said obviously it was not there. Hmmm. Ok went on bout her business. I am not happy when I have to make another trip to get an item that was clearly there the first time. Not to mention receive several emails and texts stating if I didn’t get my items in two days money would be refunded and items put back. Not good customer service at all and rest assured I won’t be back. She walked away and didn’t say another word.

Leaving five stars because my negative experience was because of another customer.I was in line to checkout with some feed when the man ahead of me began to become irate with the girl at the counter, red in the face screaming. He kept telling her something about wanting to be referred to as “Longhaired 3gunner”??? After berating her about what he wanted her to call him, he then found something else to yell about in the form of her having a“face diaper”?? The girl had more patience than I would’ve had with this man! I’ve always enjoyed my time at The Supply, so I definitely felt bad for the girl at the counter dealing with what was clearly some kind of crack head. 5/5 for TSC!!

Ignorant employees think its a good idea to make a hole in a rain coat with security tag. Instead of putting through the velco cuff where it wont make a difference they put on back of neck so moisture will run down your back. Cant think for themselves, can only do what they are told. Wearing their face diapers like good little slaves.

This place is so frustrating. They are always out of what we need. We have goats and chickens, they never have cracked corn, goat feed, or medications we need. There is ALWAYS a long wait in line. We have to drive 40 minutes out of our way to Rural King to get what we need. Poorly ran, bad customer service and very disappointing every trip we make.

Awful customer service. Placed an order for pickup. No one contacted me about this order and they cancelled the whole thing b/c they didnt have 1 product. No explanation, nothing. Told me to do it again if I still wanted them but werent able to tell me what exactly was in stock even though the website said everything was available

Incredibly friendly and courteous employees. Unfortunately, I cant remember the gentlemans name that helped us pick up our kayak. He isnt the exception, all the other employees that weve dealt with were equally as friendly and helpful.We purchased a 12 dolphin sit on fishing kayak from them and have been pleased with the purchase and the kayak. They had the best price by far of anyone in the area. Youll have to get a better paddle but I really enjoy the kayak. Once you upgrade the paddle, you wont have the as much issue with water getting in and sitting in a pool of water. However, it might be refreshing considering the temp today was 94.

They had some really good clothing on clearance. I always like shopping here, I could just wander around the whole store for hours. Customer service is great!

I had just bought dog food. Apparently, when I went out to my vehicle, I dropped my credit cards. Not only am I impressed by the Good Samaritan who turned them in, but the employees at TSC! They called me to tell me what had happened. I love this store! Always friendly, always helpful!

Tractor Supply is a very friendly work environment. Every employee seems to be happy to be there, and happy to help. This store has fairly inexpensive supplies for your animals and/or plants. Tractor supply also has a section to get pants and boots, just in case the working day gets a bit too rough.

Its the only place I ever went for chicken stuff. But guess what? Their 4Health Dig Food is good for dogs. Got it because it sounded like an upgrade but wasnt so much pricier that I couldnt do it. Vet asked on next visit what I fed the dogs and, when I told her, her reply was, Well, you couldnt be doing any better for the money.So Id encourage anyone to check it out!

Ok. Please forgive spelling and grammer errors, im dysliex and a horse trainer not an English major,-- I shop here ALL the time....i dont always have problems but when i do it turns into a HUGE inconvenience....the first big inconvenience was when I had placed an online order, even though the website said they were in stock of my feed they were not, they brought me out the supplement that was also on the order and then tried to make me sign that I got my whole order, I refused to sign and the employee huffed at Me....he said the manager knew id be able to pick up my feed the next day with no problems. Guess what....problems. And good thing i didnt sign bc they asked and if i did they would of not even attempted to fix my problem telling me that the employee tried to cheat me... The manager had no idea what i was talking about even tho i was told by the same employee that tried to get me to sign that he was informed....i was told to come in...and then had to wait for an hour for the manager to get off lunch when i got there even tho i was told to come in......i did finally get my feed but after alot of effort and wasited time......now todays problem.....i made an online order...i was charged twice on my card for it.... I called and guess what they are making me come in to talk to the manager after putting me on hold for 10 mins....so again I have to drive to the store.....anyone else know of a feed store that carries purina? As I believe tractor supply is going to lose my business.A few miner complaints while im here....their employees are not qualified to be working in a feed store....i had an employee at check out ask what i was buying. I thought she was curious about the type of feed so I started explaining the nutrition details, and she interrupted me and she meant what kind of animal is it for so she could mark it down....and I look at her dumb founded...and said....a horse....like the one pictured on the bag...... If youre working at feed supply store and you dont know the difference of what feed is for what animals you prob shouldnt be working at a feed store.....ive had employees be very rude to me....ive had to have help with shavings bc the plastic wasnt cut off it that and it was stacked to high for me to safely get it on my own being a 80lb girl...and the employee who came out to do it, Huff and Puff the whole time and rolled his eyes at me, and was very rude when I said thank you. Acted like I inconvenienced him when I waited 15 minutes for him to even come out....i even had cashiers roll their eyes at me as im checking out....i dont know if its bc im normaly in expensive riding gear being and English rider i get this attitude from people alot who think im wealthy bc i ride English...but i should not get it from a place i spend alot of money at for my farm weekly and I dont like the way im treated by snobby employees....There is one old man who works check out thats great....and thats about it....

I will attempt to write as fair a review as possible. I buy the Tractor Supply brand of dog food, as they have the best quality grain-free food at a reasonable price. Over the several times Ive visited this store (usually during the week), the staff in this store are typically very friendly, helpful and courteous. The only reason I give this store less than 5 stars is because they constantly (any time Ive been) have a long line to check out. There is usually only one register open. During my most recent experience, there was a line with three people waiting behind the current person checking out. The employee had to call for a manager override. The manager came, did the override then left instead of opening the register to help all of us that were waiting. When the next person in line also needed an override, the employee called the manager again. By the time he got back to the front two more people were now in line. I saw one person set his items down and leave. After doing the second override, he finally opened another register. If he had done that in the first place, he might have made a few more people a lot more happy, and potentially not lost the business that they lost today. If this was the first time I had to wait in line, I would have not minded but every time Ive been theres always been a long wait. Besides that, the store is satisfactory.

Went in for replacement handle for a shovel, had trouble finding it but staff let me look in a side room and found the item. Very helpful. Good deals too, pants and shirts are reasonably priced. Lots of items not just for farm.

Good prices on cattle panels which are great for plants for the garden. Always got great service until tonight. The cashier, Maddy, was in a bad mood. Instead of looking up the price of the cattle panel in the binder at the register, she had us walk across the parking lot to get the number off the sign. She failed to call the clerk to come out and unlock the panels and left us standing out at the panels waiting for assistance. We had to go back into the store to get someone to help us. I dont think Maddy is well suited for her position at Tractor Supply.

Well lets say because it is the only farm/feed store in the area they have very little competition. Therefore the store associates could be a little more helpful. You finally find someone to ask for assistance, you get a point in that direction and they are gone ...Otherwise they have a decent variety of feed supplies and farm and garden needs.

My husband went in the LC tractor supply store earlier today only to find a young man and two young ladies working. We needed a part for a wood splitter that we’d bought there a couple of years ago. He looked for the part himself but couldn’t find it. He walked to the front of the store to where the workers were, stood there for a couple of minutes before one of the young ladies ask if she could help him. He told her what he needed and she said the young man would be the one to help him,(which was standing right in front of him) he ignored my husband and continued to flip his phone up in the air. The young lady told him to help my husband, he “finally” made eye contact, my husband told him what he needed and the salesman said, “Oh, we don’t sale those.” My husband said, I could tell you didn’t want to help me and walked out. We know that if you don’t sale the part, that you could at least order it.So you lost a sale to a very irresponsible young man who was more interested in impressing the two young ladies over helping a costumer. We’ll order the part else where.

This location gets the returns from other stores across the country. When you go into their Back 40 you can get some very good deals. Sometimes hard to find an employee that is not on a register and the last one I did find was not so friendly or helpful. Cannot say that this happens all the time, so it might have just been a persons bad day. This store is fairly well stocked and fills a gap in the local market for farm supplies.

This is a nice store. They were helpful by going and getting what I needed from the back. Although the clerk was not really rude she just acted as if I was bothering her. Maybe she was just having a bad day. It is a good store though.

Id definitely go back. They were a few dollars higher than other competitors, but had the things we really needed. Nice people

3:00 P.M on a Wednesday...Lenoir City store.The worst customer service I have ever experienced.After around 5-10 minutes of looking for what I was looking and/or someone that might help me, I had to wander WAY back into the stockroom to find anyone (other than the lone checkout person) in the store to talk to...who was busy and more focused on his new cup of coffee than doing his job. When I asked about some merchandise (Stove pellets), I got a snarky response (Well, theyre either up front or outside. Didnt you see them up front?) followed by a reluctant and apparently inconvenienced escort to the front of the store...where there werent any pellets...followed by a a clueless engagement between the cashier and my customer service representative as to where they put them....with no further offer to assist.I walked out.I like the store, have spent many dollars there in the past and value the asset value it brings to the area. BUT, if this is how Tractor Supply feels about its revenue generators, it needs to go out of business.If I had the option to leave 0 stars, I would

The girl at the counter with a nose ring was no help. we came in looking for a certain wormer, went back and looked for it, couldn’t find it so we went and asked her and she acted like she wasn’t even going to reply for the first minute then finally asked us if we went back there and looked and didn’t even try to go back there and help us. I can’t speak for every employee but I just left after that. Laziness.

I love coming here! They always have the right belt I need for the mowers I work on and same with the air filters. They have so many things to look at here as well!

Im here 9/9/2019 & needed some chicken supplies. I tried to get the attention of a clerk to get help with my product, he looked at me & turned his back. Would give them 0 stars if available.

Theres a good place if you need any type of seed or youre doing lawn or property work. Has a good variety of heavy equipment tools and at times you can even get chickens and Ducks LOL.... If you have a farm or horses Etc this is the place to be.

Ive always gone to tractor supply. Its only place I get my bird seed. I get alot of my garden stuff there. Canning supplies. Everyone is great at helping u.

Prices seem high to me but a lot of people shop there for certain things I noticed but a bit pricey for me.

Next to nothing in choices for a 1.25 receiver tube, not to mention a selection of different drops and rises.They didnt even have a garden hose mending kit with the brass tube and hose clamps. I bought a 75 foot garden hose, one of 3 choices in that size. Sad to say but, back to Amaz**.

I like this place but Im pretty sure ALL the good ol folks who work there dip as they all have HUGE amounts of chaw poking out of their lips. I can overlook that. But I go to this store to get my bird food and they dont ever restock fast enough for the birds to eat it! I dont want to have to go to the bigger box stores, too!

Customer service is horrible most of the time. I think on maybe 2 out of 25 times Ive actually gotten good customer service. Its a last resort go to for me.

Lenoir City TN tractor supply the worst customer service. Several times have been in this store and have asked for help not going to happen. Once a customer lady helped me load propane because the man that got it for me wouldnt help me. Tonight again I needed help with a large dog crate. Asked for help and the gray hair man looked me in the eye and just walked away from. I am done with this store.

Horrible service I went in to buy a go cart belt and the employee sold me the wrong belt so I went and got a friend and he took showed me in the store where the correct belt was. I brought the go cart and showed the employee exactly what belt I needed and he couldnt direct me to the correct place the belts were located. So Im saying very bad service

This store struggles to keep their shelves full. More often than not I have to wait for someone to get it from the back vs. just grabbing it off the shelf.

Love this store! The staff are always helpful and treat you like a hometown business should. Id I cant find what I need theres always someone there who can.

Poor customer service. Pricing charged wrong at the register. The clerk often has a lip full of snuff or Skoal. Hard to find anyone to help if needed. Slow lines at the cash register EVERY time. I really need for this store to work since it is close by, but if things dont change, I guess its back to driving to the Coop. BTW one of the 5 star ratings was written by the store manager.

Doesnt carry the pesticide we needed and the people werent very friendly or helpful when asking about certain products. They werent rude either and carried themselves professionally.

Trying to fill my propane tank a week before Thanksgiving I went to two places before TSC, both closed at 7pm. I arrived at the 1st store at 630 the 2nd at 640- neither would fill my propane tank. If it were within 10 mins of closing Id understand but that wasnt the case. I learned via Google that TDC in Lenoir City offered to his service so decided to make the 30 min drive and take my chances on arriving in time. Theyre open til 9pm but it wasnt til 810 that I found them on Google. Pulling into store at 845 I expected to get turned away like before....No Way! Those guys were more than happy to take care of me and even apologized for the difficult time Id had at other retailers. So nice and helpful! Ive already went back for some early Christmas shopping- regardless of the fact I passed several other places offering the same type of products as these guys. Thanks TSC
