Ill start by saying the staff are always super friendly and helpful, answering any questions you may have and providing detailed information. I love how I received all the necessary information by email after obtaining my unit online. I created an account and I can make payments and check my due date all real fast while also finding my unit number and gate code in one place. The units are very nice and my climate controlled unit is inside and its always clean and theres always a cart in the designated space for my use. Locks were provided so I didnt have to waste money. Im very happy I found my unit here not to mention the location is convienent and also gated which makes me feel safe and I feel more relaxed about my belongings.

So happy with my experience here. The people that work here are super accommodating and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your space. The units are clean and safe, well maintained. Locks are provided and are great quality. I highly recommend this facility for all of your storage needs.

Driveway aisles are wide and easy to get trucks in. Cant bring a semi truck in but the penske truck we got was 26 ft and it was fine. They also have small rolling carts to use while you move stuff in. Made it easier for us.

Always great working with Dena and Rebecca at Extra Space Storage. Once again Dena got us into a unit exactly the size we needed...and on very short notice to her. Regarding a unit we already rent... I got a call one evening after putting something in that unit earlier in the day. It was Rebecca telling me that I didnt get the unit locked correctly and she discovered it during her security check. I was so pleased and impressed that they not only do this extra security check, but that she had reached out to me to make sure I was aware and could correct the problem. Such great service!

I was in a bad position when PODS messed up the delivery of units. I needed a large storage space that day and Extra Storage Space had the perfect size unit available. I was able to book it online and pay. The office employees were very helpful and made the whole process easy. I am so thankful they had availability when I was in a pinch. This storage is more than twice the amount of others I looked at. Then they kept upping the price on me. With Corona alot of companies have waved late fees or at least worked with people. This company enforced the late fees. I understand its a business and people shouldnt expect companies to wave things all the time but during this pandemic it would be nice to see a little caring like other companies have done. Id rather give my money to those companies who care about the people as much as their business.

Very cool and secure place to store your stuff. I had an indoor climate controlled unit that was easy to access. The staff were pleasant to me the four maybe five times I needed to speak with them. Had used this place before, so I was aware of the services. Will be back if I need more storage needs!

I store an old car there... recently desired to move it from outside parking to an indoor garage spot... we looked at several.... finally decided on one and my truck (daily driver) wouldn’t easily fit in there... so we found yet another one that was ideal... throughout all of this she was kind and patient... Went to check this out because my friend suggested them (moving soon and need some things stored for a few months) and I’m glad I did. The ladies were so nice, it was actually CLEAN (went to some nasty ones) and definitely a great choice.

I was happy that I was able to reserve a unit well in advance without payment since I was coming in from out of town and had not seen the place. Brad was very helpful and professional. He showed us the unit and placed the lock and quickly set up the account. ES is a very clean storage unit. If you need something kept warm during the winter this is not for you since the units are kept at 40 degrees minimum but max of 80 in the summer. We recommend ES. The security gates were malfunctioning both days we were there so consider this. Overall nice place, good location.

The staff at Extra Space Storage were extremely helpful. Valerie was able to provide us with the storage we needed at a very reasonable price. The first month free was an option that my husband and I loved being offered to us. Also, the facility was very clean and offered various packing supplies, too. We really appreciated being able to purchase a lock on the premises. The paperwork was very easy to sign, and Valerie was very helpful answer questions about the paperwork, too. We would highly recommend EXTRA Space Storage to others!

I stopped by to take a look at some units bc were moving in another month.I met with Becca. She took me out and showed me several different sizes and I was really pleased on her level of care and taking time with me as this is my first time ever using a storage unit. My wife and I are in the process of moving into a slightly smaller house across town and were looking for a temporary place to store some stuff and so I came into the store recently and I could not have asked for a better experience, Becca, the girl that worked the counter was more then amazing. She showed me everything and so kind and easy to talk to I felt like I was talking to a family member not a stranger. Im going to talk more with my wife and see if we are needing to store the stuff or just sell most of it for extra pocket money but believe me, if we do need a place then Im coming back to set everything up with Becca and renting one of your units.

Very pleased with my experience at this facility!Edit: Only a few days after moving into the unit I was one of those unfortunate people to use a lock that comes apart and accidentally put it back on upside down so I couldn’t get the key in after that. Rebecca immediately ran up to the unit to help me cut the lock off so I could replace it with a normal one. A++ to her!!! I am so appreciative!! Our storage rental process was extremely easy. David was great to work with. The reservation process was simple, streamlined, and very efficient. We will definitely rent with them again.

Rate will start out reasonably and increase every 9 months. Don’t listen to them when they say “may increase”. I’ve been there 18 months and mine has gone from $147-187.
