Secure pack storage gives your furniture the white glove treatment. I felt like my furniture was at a luxury hotel. The entire complex is spotless. The owners and reps are like family. We stop in and talk, get water, coffee, tea, snacks...all for free. they sell anything you need for your storage or move at very reasonable prices. you can set and relax in their lounge area and watch TV or have a snack. They take care of your furniture and you!

This is the best storage facility that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I came to them in a bind - needing a place I could store all of my belongings in while waiting for my new home to be ready for my family. They went above an beyond to accommodate me. Very secure - not once have I felt like my things weren’t safe. The only place I will ever use.

We had to move into an apartment for a while when we moved to Lenoir City, TN. I dont think Secure Pack Storage was the cheapest storage area, but it was reasonably priced, professionally run, and I wasnt afraid of my wife going to the storage area without me.The owner and staff keep the place neat and fully functional, are very helpful, and are just nice people! Once they saw me out in the heat getting stuff out of my unit and they brought me a bottle of cold water!This is my go-to storage area in Lenoir City, TN.

This probably is the best storage place in the country. Because the owners are awesome! great personalities. And the facility is well-lit and well-secured... They have several entry doors for easy access that is well-lit... They have roll carts at your convenience to move your stuff... For a storage place its very good. Plus they also have climate control at decent prices.... And for outside storage like RVS Etc they have overhead canopies that are lit.

We currently have 3 storage units at Secure Pack Storage. We can not say enough about how wonderful the owners are! They went out of their way to help us make our move as painless as possible. The storage center is kept beautifully. We were so impressed and feel so lucky that we found Secure Pack Storage! This is a 5 star place!!!

Very clean and very professional staff. It is air conditioned and has very good security. Also they provide bottled water because moving can defiantly make you thirsty. I moved out and was still charged for the next month. They took care of it immediately and was willing to do anything and everything to make it right. I would highly recommend to anyone especially single women, seeing how the security is so good.

New storage facility with many features like a dump station and covered out side units. Easy to get in with a big rig and easy to get back in with code access on your smart phone. Camera surveillance and high fenced area plus a staff that is working for you keeping your items safe twenty four seven.

Very conscientious and considerate of the clients needs. We feel our treasures are secure and very comfortable there. The layout is so convenient with a fluid, easy entrance and exit with no crazy corners to maneuver.
