Didnt even rotate the drivers side tires. I had to argue that fact that I know my truck! The manager even had the audacity to say they rotated them and shrugged his shoulders at me. I wont be back to this monkey shop.

AJ met with me and figured out why my check engine light was coming on. Fixed the problem within an hours time and the price was more than fair. Have had great luck with these guys. Wish they still sold tires 😄

I was treated politely and the shock install was done on time after making an appt for a reasonable price,, I felt the $ 10.00 environmental fee was a bogus charge for throwing away my old shocks, could have thrown them away myself for free. checked with other shops, they said they did not charge such a fee for shocks disposal.

I live in Brownfield, and was in Levelland only to drop my daughter off at SPC. I was then heading to Plains afterwards, but instead had an unexpected blowout on my truck. After sitting on the side of the road for an hour, Flatlands was a lifesaver! Nobody else,was open or willing to help me with service, but Flatlands sent over a guy to help me with my tire change. Super nice guy named Gilbert, and had me back on the road in 20min. Im so grateful for their service, and generosity that day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Flatlands went out of their way to help me out, letting me borrow a tool etc. Mcwhorters Tires in Levelland, on the other hand was no help at all, didnt let me rent/borrow a tool or offer to go help me (will never go back to them!

I needed my truck a front alignment......all i got to say they are SCAMMERS....The employee there said my truck needed new ball joints..and i told them how much would it be for an estiment and it cost me about 25 dollars just for them to check how much it was.....The next day i went to another shop and they said the ball joint where okay.
