This is my go to place! They never miss, whether its finding the right part or helping diagnose a problem. But the real reason I shop here is the employees. Ive never been treated as anything less than a valued customer at Advanced. Never 2nd guessed or talked down to just because Im a woman.

1st visit knowledgable staff and unhelpful other staff that didnt help. 2and visit no problems.

This is the only place my husband buys his parts. Great staff

They will not honor battery warranty, they just hook it up to there little portable battery tester which only checks charge and voltage. There are many more reasons batteries are no good. I was only 5 months into battery warranty. They wanted to argue the battery was good and it was another issue. Guess what? put a new battery in and lawn mower running great. Purchase your batteries from Napa they can test for shorts or bad cells.

Absolutely the best experience Ive had with an auto parts store. I wish there were more professionals like John and Rob. The gentleman was more helpful than the young lady that waited on me he put my coolant in my car and the lady told me my car was to hot and Id have to put it in myself the gentleman was Hispanic

Its a parts store, not too much to say. Staff is friendly and willing to help if you seem lost when looking around.

No problems on this visit. I did find out that if I ordered the same things online for in store pick-up, it wouldve saved me 25%. I dont know why they cant give the discount at the register.

My daughter had her late model Xterra breakdown in Lewisburg recently. (we live in Indiana) At your store, a young man named Preston identified the issue for her. When asked to help fix the vehicle he stated that it was against company policy for him to do so during his shift. He did offer to come the next day (4th of July holiday) and fix it for her then. WOW! That is an Advanced Auto employee going above and beyond customer expectations! My future auto parts $$ will be spent at our local Advanced Auto stores instead of the Zone and O- O-O-OSpankeys!!! Thank you SO MUCH Preston and Lewisburg, TN Advanced Auto Parts!!

Great service great prices

Supposed to open at 7 am, I pulled up at 7:20 and the doors were still locked and the employee was just sitting there behind the counter looking at me. Had them test a code on my car the other day and it took them 10 minutes to figure out how to run the obd2 scanner. Then they forgot the error code when they got inside. Ill take my business to one of the other parts stores from now on.

The service is always lowsy and they never know what there talking about.
