With four employees on site was unable to get service

The store hours on your website so that you close at 9 p.m. on Saturday but on the front the building it says you close at 8 p.m. and when we got there at 8:06 the doors were locked. So you need to change the hours on the website!!!

The staff are very helpful and polite whenever you go in. Been dealing with them for 8 years and would not go anywhere else for automotive needs or questions!

I just went in and they had one other customer and and a red headed young man was helping him amd I stood waiting on at least 2 other employees to help me and no one said anything so I walked out and Im caring my business elsewhere. Always helpful and knowledgeable even if you own a vehicle that has a different engine than stock. Knowledgeable enough to figure out what motor you have even if your not completely sure, without them even looking at the engine.

The manager at this store location would NOT honor a warranty on a lifetime part, and is very rude and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend buying parts here or any other auto zone for that reason.
