Very quick and easy and very nice people and not along wait and helped me get the phone I was looking for

The manager at this store was no help at all and neither did she try to figure out a solution to my problem. I was wanting to change the number on an existing line I already have and she kept telling me it wasnt possible because of the other carrier that we was porting the number in from. I told her that we had talked to the port department before coming in and that the port department said to just have the sales associate to call in and they could finish it. I told the store manager that and she was clueless about what I was talking about and told me I could just call them myself. I will never visit this location again because its obvious they dont know their job and neither are they trying to learn it.. It is very sad that you cant get help from employees that are siting around on the clock just collecting a check

Zoey is amazing I came in there and she gave me the advise I needed and helped me even afterwards and I cameBack in for another phone and did such a great job best att rep I have dealt with in years!

I really enjoyed talking to the reps and they are very friendly and ever so helpful 😊 and once they got to me they were nice and answered all my questions to the best of their knowledge thank you and I plan on staying with AT&T

Great people, great service! I came here a year ago and I told myself never again. I gave it another shot and I’m so glad I did. They have new staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing like it was before.

I broke my phone and needed to buy a new one. I also needed to upgrade my daughter’s phone. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. They got everything done and set up quickly and they were so friendly. I recommend anyone who needs something with their phone to go to the store.

Best store in a 100 mile radius.

The educated people working at this store tried to convince me their was no problem with my phone. I had 3 phone signal bars and none under the 4g symbol. The 3 signal balls covered my 4g also and would not check my phone out futher. This is after I had already been on the phone with AT&T for 3 days and they suggested that I go to an AT&T STORE and get them to replace my Sim card.

Jody is wonderful! Definitely recommend her! Any time I need anything regarding my account I go see her and she helps me every time!

I came to this store to sort out a long on going bill issue. Jody was able to fix it with no problems I couldn’t believe it I was so happy. I will go to this store from now on.

Why is there only 1 person working half the time? And on a Friday??? This gets ridiculous. I’ve been here waiting for 30 minutes and this dude hasn’t even said hello or estimated a wait or anything, and there’s 3 others behind me waiting as well! Service is good from everyone else normally, but this guy takes the worst service cake for sure!

The customer service was outstanding. Ive been burned by hidden charges with contact carriers in the past but the representative explained my bill and charges upfront. As long as everything goes as planned, Ill be a customer for a long time.

Customer service is ok, definitely not the best Ive seen from AT&T. Just a heads up, if you call the local phone number for the store, you will be routed to the general customer service line, which directs you away from the store. Customer service cant answer why this happens and has no information on contacting the store and talking to an employee at the location.

ATT store is pretty good with excellent service and short wait time

The Wi-Fi goes out every 10 mins the tv cuts out all through the day. Cant stand it

I live in city limits and still get crappy internet speeds, at&t being a multi billion dollar company should be able to provide decent internet atleast
