Awesome work from these guys. Got my new radio put in and works amazingly with no problems, and I will say that I recommend buying through them and dont bring them things to install, it makes things harder for them and its easier for them to be able to get the correct parts that are compatible with your vehicle. They can look it up in no time and give you your options. I highly recommend asking for Corey, great guy and he gets straight to the point!

So I went to this place last month out of recommendation. I had a car stereo system installed and was pleased by the fact it only took about two and a half hours but that was it. They charged me $170 which the manager told me later it should of been more. Basically if you dont buy from them they charge you a lot more on install and also depending on the vehicle you have note I had a used system to. Everything worked well for a few days than problems arose. When me and my dad went to look at the job the installer did, we discovered he not only poorly connected the speakers but also ruined my back speakers with the tool he used to drill the holes. There was multiple new holes drilled per speaker because he was guessing at where he had to drill. The manager denied everything and covered for his worker. I only got $50 back to cover the cost of new speakers once he realized what damaged my speakers. You cant tell by the picture, but a vital part of the speaker got deformed. My advice is to take your money elsewhere.

My husband needed a dash kit and a wiring harness to upgrade his factory car stereo, and since this place was close, we tried it. I got the dash kit, and had to send my husband (who doesn’t know about any of this stuff) to get the wiring harness as I was already disassembling his car. Over the phone, I was telling the sales rep that I needed a basic wiring harness, nothing fancy, and I wasn’t keeping the steering wheel volume controls. I get off the phone and my husband brings home a $76 wiring harness that helps maintain steering wheel controls and helps connect an amp. The sales rep didn’t listen one bit! Needless to say, I returned it (and the sales rep we were dealing with before completely avoided me and let me stand there til a manager (who was on the phone the entire time) processed my return.Idk if it’s because I’m a female and he thought I wouldn’t know what I was talking about or what, but I was livid and took it back, and never again will my family be customers here. To the sales rep - thanks for being so ignorant, you made my decision extremely clear.

Nice audio equipment

Was searching for a simple am/FM radio. They had several types. Could not find one in Columbia or Pulaski. A friend told me about the store.
