I called Mr. Windshield because my window was severely damaged. They said, it would be on back order & it would take so many weeks for the windshield to come in. I waited and on the appointed time it came in. An appointment was created. On the appointment date and time the windshield was replaced! The quote didnt change.Mr Windshield was spot on all aspects of the windshield replacement process. I would recommend them to anyone that needs windshield work.

We had our windshield replaced which required the Eyesight system to be calibrated. Everything works properly and the job was completed in a relatively short time. Im happy we have a reliable shop in our area.

Professional and efficient. Had a windshield replaced and they had me in and out quick, plus they took care of all the insurance stuff for me. And the interior of my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off!

They were good about working around my schedule, gave me a ride from and back to the business while they had my car for window tinting. They had a special going on so I paid $230 for my sedans windows. I would recommend them, theyre very nice.

Liyan and Josh were both super friendly and got my windshield repaired quickly. I accidentally showed up half an hour early and they were able to get me in right away. The chip on my windshield was pretty serious (actually a golf ball sized spider web) and I thought I would probably need a new piece of glass, but they were able to fill it and I can barely see where the crack was. I would recommend to anyone.

Called them 15 min till close with a small emergency, my drivers side window had popped out of the rails and fallen into the door. with temps in the teens and having to drive to Moscow- they got me in and had it fixed quickly! Thank You guys! I appreciate it

Is it possible to walk out of a repair shop singing with happy? Yep. I did. After 9 calls to various shops to get costs, turnaround time, cure time, etc. for a vehicle window that had come unglued from its track, I landed here. Best price. Best turnaround time (from 8 hours elsewhere to while you wait!) and people that are awesomely nice. I almost want another window to come off its tracks so I c an go back again. LOL. Today, December 20, the windshield of my 2014 Toyota RAV4 received a rock chip on the drivers side in my line of vision while en route to Moscow, Idaho. When I returned to my Lewiston, Idaho, home, I placed a call to our local Mr. Windshield. The gentleman who answered my call told me that their schedule was pretty open this afternoon. I took my car down to the store and the technician, Josh, came immediately to look at the windshield. He then drove my car into the shop and begin fixing immediately. Within a few short minutes the paper work and insurance approval were completed and I was on my way back home. Their very courteous service was exceptional and professional. I was on my way to lewiston and a rock hit my windshield got a chip in it. Went to Mr. Windshield with no appt and before I could get off the phone with my ins company it was fixed and u couldnt even tell there was a chip at all. Even though he was extremely busy, he came in an hour early the next morning with his crew to make sure that I got my windshield replaced and got ion my way.
