I love inland cellular and have been a customer with inland for a long time at one time my hole family used inland cellular but this past year I have been very disappointed with there service over the last year. I know there working as hard as they can to fix the problem. Im going to ride it out with them because ones they do get everything figured and fixed they will be awesome company again. They still have awesome customer service and I love the fact that you have a problem with your phone you can take it in and get it fixed and not have to send it in and worrying about it

Super helpful and honest. I bought a new phone and asked for a tempered glass screen protector. It didnt seem to apply on the phone right no matter how hard he tried. So instead of just being like oh well heres your phone. He told me he didnt feel it would stay on properly so he applied the liquid screen protecter instead,free of charge (it cost more than tempered glass). Let me tell you liquid screen protector works amazing! I drop my phone daily.

The other day I took a brand new charging cable to the store to exchange it as I bought it in orofino the day before and it was the wrong cable. The lady managing the lewiston store was extremely rude and after hearing that I wanted to exchange it she told the kid behind the counter to go find me something in the back. In a couple minutes the kid returns with a shorter USED CABLE and says here you go my man its what you came here for right? I told them that I expected a new 6 ft cable just as I brought in! I cannot believe how they tried to pull that dishonest BS with me but I do not recommend that incompetent store to anyone! Go to Orofino where they treat you with honesty and respect!

So far my experience has been decent though. I would rather not be brushed off when I tell them to use my pin instead of going by the internet in transferring my number net 10. They fixed it quickly but it was rather frustrating. They are from what I can see at this point I time faith and honest. The young man apologized and thats more than any other carrier does whe. They screw up

The lines can be long, you might wait several minutes to get help, but great service sometimes comes at a price and I guarantee it is worth it! Inland cellular has been my carrier for nearly 13 years. I tried other carriers to “save money”, “get better service”, “special offers”, etc. Guess what? At the end of the day, the personal care and consideration, is more than worth the wait! Their network is extensive, their customer service deserves an award, and the small hometown feeling is not possible to beat!

Inland cellular has wonderful customer service and did not try to upsell me on anything I was buying. They were very helpful and sold me exactly what I requested and no more. Great pricing on their phone plans and will recommend to anybody looking to switch carriers or start a new carrier.

Their service towers themselves are great. A few of my relatives had been bounced around, and we could not figure out why their bills were so expensive, when the prices and totals had been paid off fully plenty of times. The business office is the better office to work with, if you want things done right the first time. I personally stopped going through them and switched companies. Definitely make sure to get the insurance on any device you get from them and make sure to know exactly what it covers. They were great in the beginning, but need to improve on a few things.

BEWARE of what youre told! I wish I recorded our conversations!I had 2 yr plan signed. 3 months into the plan I received a phone call that I roam too much. (I had unlimited data plan). They told me that my account costs them too much & asked if Id like to seek a different carrier. They said theyll buy my phone back & dismiss my account with no charges...As soon as I agreed out of courtesy & they closed my account I received a $500 bill for terminating my contract early. Im speeches at what they do!!

Dont waste your time, they JUST became 4G and there customer service sucks. Look into AT&T they are expanding coverage all over like no other and have great customer service. INLAND DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN. DISHONEST CROOKS!

Never works, asked about a refund for the new switch that was happening and had made my phone not work. Tried to pay my bill but they wouldnt let me till I switched. was told to call customer service. I did and the lady was VERY rude and told me that I still should have been able to pay my bill with no phone, regardless of the switch and multiple other issues.

I ordered a phone for my father that was supposed to be refurbished about the factory reset none of those things were done we couldnt even get it to work it had a SIM card in it that wasnt supposed to be in it it was awful and then my phone say way I ask it to take the spam thing off of it so I can get calls from my doctors and their lawyers and everybody but it cut them off in spam and I just was in there and asked them to take it off I looked at me played with it oh yeah I hear you go set me out the door and I just missed another phone call Im not so sure switching to them was such a good idea I thought I wanted them for customer service I havent got one ounce of customer service

Counting the days till my contract runs out. This carrier has cost me $1000 in lost business. The phone service is an absolute crapshoot! I don’t even know I’m missing calls till people telling me they’re trying to call me, or I attempted to dial out and nothing. Best price in town but it comes at a cost.

This is the worst cell phone service I have ever had or heard of. As an example, one time we were sitting outside the Inland store and did not even have enough service to send a text message, and when we went in to ask about it they just said they were having “data problems.” If you travel, never get Inland. I travel often and I do not have service in most of the United States, usually relying on wifi hotspots for data. The rest of the time it is so slow to load that I feel like I am using dial-up on a desktop. I was traveling this last summer (2018) and ended up totally losing all service for two weeks due to fires in the LC Valley area. I couldn’t make calls or send texts, and was lucky enough to have someone with me who had AT&T. Mind you, I had no idea about the fires, I just woke up one day in Missouri and was unable to use my phone for anything. This company simply does not have the resources to provide good service, locally or outside the area.They get one extra star because whenever we go into the Lewiston store, they always help us quickly and have great customer service.
