Joshua has amazing customer service! He helped us switch me over to a new phone for a great deal and put up with my 2 and 4 year old the entire time! Sweetest person I’ve met ever! Really enjoyed my time with him, which is typically unusual to enjoy being in a cellphone store lol! Everyone needs to go see him!

The service is fine. They are friendly and courteous. The wait time to be helped is just very long, over 30 minutes. The employees arent at fault, it looks like they are doing what they can, just expect long wait times before you go in.

Not sure what customer service Sprint customers are used to but not happy as a long term T-mobile customer. They are short on staff and short on smiles. Store is cute and small. Parking is good convenient. Otherwise, do mobile ordering and pickup. Not a good feeling inside store most times I have visited. A consolation is Starbucks is open in same plazaStill love Tmo tho

My grandson & I went into the store to add him to my account. He had boost mobile (which I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND) & so we closed boost mobile account, added him to my Tmobile account, & they needed to unlock his account. We called boost mobile, & they wouldnt do it. Long story, but Joshua & Justin took care of the situation & were awesome! They even stayed 1 hr & 1/2 after closing to help us! Theyre not only efficient & know what theyre doing, theyre very patient & kind. I highly recommend this store! & I recommend Tmobile period! Thanks guys! 👍👍😊

Just wanted to give a big shout out the Sprint/T-Mobile store in Lewiston,ID I went in to get a broken tablet switched over to a new one and they did it with no problems. Got home to set it up and was having problems with getting iCloud password to work so went back down and Josh helped me get it figured out. Josh and his team blew it out of the park! My husband and I were impressed with Joshs exceeding customer service skills. He stayed HOURS after his shift ended and even battled with sprint on the phone to get us taken care of (due to the merge). On a scale from 1-10 I would say 1,000 and that man needs a serious raise in salary. He knows how to take care of the customers and he puts them first. The waits are sometimes long but I promise you, if you stay patient and realize the employees are doing the best they can, its worth it! They made a lifelong customer yesterday!

Best customer service. Even if you do have to wait Josh will put a smile on your face. You are always greeted and acknowledged the moment you walk in the store. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Any issue I have ever had they have fixed. They are busy because that’s how good they are. I have gone to other stores they have been dead and they’re dead for a reason. Knowledge and excellent customer service as with Josh’s store has to offer.

Many thanks to Logan for helping us set up five new accounts yesterday. It was a process switching over from a previous cell phone provider but in less than 24 hours all lines work properly and everyone is satisfied. 😀👍🏽 I also want to thank the store manager for his help as well. I just wanted to leave a positive review for the Lewiston store. My fiance and I went in with broken phone screens expecting to pay a bunch to get upgrades. Josh explained to us a smarter, more cost effective option, had he not done that, we would have spent HUNDREDS of dollars. Im greatful he took into consideration that we have a family and spending that much is not ideal. Thank you Josh. Such a fun, friendly environment! Highly recommend this store!

I was in the store on Saturday 10/24. The workers made sure we were greeted and check in right off the bat. They let us know we had an hour or so wait that if wed like we could leave and come back. So my grandmother and I did. We came back they let us know they were running behind. They were working as fast as they could while they were all checking on us still. Plus they even got us all coffee. As it was my turn to get helped they were quick and efficient. I love my T-Moblie team!

The store on Lewiston, which used to be sprint and now is t-mobil still has the same great customer service and people working there. Knowing that it will always take a while because setting up new products takes time, I know to expect a bit of a wait but they are always friendly and work hard to help people as quickly as possible. I always walk out with what I came in for and never get treated poorly.

Ive been with this store for about 12+ years. I loved the store and staff then and I love the store and staff now. Josh is always helpful and informative. Chris is always a help and good for a laugh when you look or feel frazzled. The store, since its remodel, looks pretty cool! Id recommend this crew to everyone and I have.

If 0 stars was available, I would put 0. Ive called them and asked what was wrong with the towers in lewiston and asked about the new one they built near Lapwai (i live in culdesac so idk how the signal would reach thru all the hills. smart.) anyways, they left me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back and asked the same thing. they just hung up on me and whenever I try calling back they decline my calls. cant wait to end our contract with Sprint/Tmobile or whatever they call themselves. We should of stuck with Inland Cellular. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE EMPLOYEES!!

I went in to buy 2 cords and 2 chargers and replace my protective shield (per contract agreement). They were short staffed and Birthday Boy behind the counter was more interested in chatting. 165.00 later and I get home and had extra cords (not needed), and no shield.The Staff needs more supervision and training.

My daughter went in today to pay off 2 devices. She was not even acknowledged. She waited for close to 2 hrs. Customers would leave, others would come in to be greeted and helped while she stood there waiting. The Lewiston store is notorious for having the worst service. If you want anything done, call corporate.

I went and signed up for the thirty-five Dollar Kick start program. The manager help me himself and he and his helpers told me many times I was on the $35 per month plam. I signed up for auto pay as required. My 1st bill was $89 my 2nd bill was $124. The manager will no longer talk with me and does not seem to be able to fix any of these problems. They told me no harm no foul you can find another Carrier. I am now attempting to deal with Sprint corporate.

The rep. was winning to help but couldnt make changes to my service. To make changes to any service or plans you have to call the service center. The plan that we originally signed up for was explained as a 2 year plan, when really it was an 18 month promotional plan. At which point the price of our phones and service went up monthly by almost $300. The service is great but shouldnt cost more than my house utility bills combined.

This is a great store for any of your Sprint service or phone needs. My family and I have all been coming to this store for years now and consistently find that this location has the most knowledgeable and helpful staff we have ever met. In particular I want to shout out Jon. He has always gone above and beyond to help me, like the time I lost my phone in the ocean in Hawaii and he had me back up and running with an insurance covered replacement in no time. This man deserves a promotion, a raise, or something because his excellence in customer service is second to none. Thanks again everybody at the Lewiston Sprint store! You guys rock!

Been a Sprint customer since 2002, and have been going to this store for most of that time. Its a good store with friendly employees.My only beef would be with the long wait times during the busy parts of the day (which I always seem to hit). Expect to be there at least an hour, if youre wanting to talk to someone about your account or phone.Overall its a good store, just a little understaffed at times.

The employee helping us was nice, fixed our issue within 10 minutes only after refusing service because I forgot my ID when added to the account wasnt completely necessary. Had to drive 20 minutes round trip and when we got back had to wait at the back of the line again. The guy helping us had a couple snot-cycles running into his mustache. Said employee begged for a good survey report because it could potentially effect 10% of his pay if we didnt give him a 10/10. I understand going to a cellular provider for help is frustrating and nobody likes it when their phone is acting up but dont try to guilt trip me for a good survey score.

I agree with the long waits. When I called to try to make an appointment, the girl said to just come and and give her a nod to get her attention and she would help me. When I arrived she was with a customer. I waited for 45 minutes plus while four other associates roamed around and ignored me. One was the manager. When I needed to purchase some accessories, they said I had to buy more than $100 or more before they could charge it to my account. Yet, when I first bought the phone a month ago, they were all happy to pile stuff on to the bill. I kind of feel like it was a bait-and-switch, especially since it was the failure of the product they sold me, which prompted me to come in in the first place. The two stars is for the phone and the service. It rocks. Store and associates (except for Nathan) sucks.

Made an appointment and ended up waiting past that for service. Got a phone I didnt want. The whole thing was a mess. The store manager told us not to pay until they got everything fixed. They would honor the plan that was made. Still waiting for it to happen. Ended up going to Moscow store who were helpful, friendly and understanding. There was a Lewiston customer getting help from them as well. Go figure.

Buy back was a bait and switch. Manager did not have time to speak to me. Manager never called me back. Sprint never called back, and their regional Manager never called as pledged by sprint.I was stuck with a final bill from Verizon for over $1000. $650 a line? its a joke. i should have stayed with Verizon.Commission Salespeople that said one thing, promised no money out of pocket several times, and then pretended like they were shocked i did understand their plan. What a shame they do these things is such a good town like Lewiston. The people who live here deserve better

Worst employees every! Spent an hour in the store. The girl at the counter ignored us, playing on her phone, the 3 guys hid in the back room. Then the girl got a guy to come out from the back room. They then preceded to trash talk the other employees. The guy said he would get fired for helping us. This place is a total joke. Sprint as a whole is a joke, so glad were switching to Verizon!

Its a mad house in there with absurdly long wait times. Though nice, the employees seem overworked and under-trained. They have limited ability to truly help troubleshoot issues leaving them at the mercy of Sprints horrible customer care line. The customer service overall just doesnt compare to local competitors. They do have enticing offers to draw people in but I dont foresee many sticking with them for the long haul. We certainly didnt. My experience with Sprint in general has been that you get what you pay for. We are happy to go back to Verizon.

Absolute nightmare shortly after leaving with a new contract. They promised the moon for service, broadband speeds, and connectivity. They delivered on absolutely none of it. Speeds in major cities like Chicago are less than 20Mb. My tablet is AT&T and it outperformed Sprint in every way in every area I tested. Returned the phones over a month ago, having to make several trips into the store to wait in 1/2 hour to 45 min lines and they charged us another month of service. They are now claiming theyve only received one phone back at the warehouse and are looking in to the matter.If you like standing in lines and enjoy some of the worst cell service and customer service, then youll love Sprint.

I waited in line 20+minutes to ask for help retrieving my account number and pin number. The salesperson Travis was extremely rude to me and refused to help, sending me home to get it myself although I had explained to him that my computer account info prompted me to go into the store. He said, switching, huh? and refused to help. I went home, accessed my account once more, and once more was directed to go back to the store to access my account number and pin. I waited again for 20-30 minutes, got no apologies, but was helped by a professional woman. I missed work.

Went in cause my girlfriends phone was not working right. They were absolutely no help. Told me that my insurance policy on her iphone is changing with sprint so the only way to do it is to go to moscow apple store. I left unsatisfied and called sprint themselves and they troubleshot it over the phone. I then asked about my insurance policy and they said that everything was still normal and just send it to them if ever needed. I absolutely love sprint but this store has no idea what they are doing. I wish I could get my stuff fixed at the store whenever needed but they have never been able to help me at this store. Again this is not against sprint as a whole I just have lost all hope that this store will ever be able to fix any problem that I have.
